I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

Uber charged and never delivered Called store still waiting for call back and it’s not like it’s cheap - 50 quid on a couple of buckets - Uber say no refund as it was ordered Saturday and needed reporting by yesterday Monday however the money never was not cleared until yesterday - and the driver states ilthe food was delivered and it wasn’t Jokers

Just a warning about the King's Norton Kfc we ordered last night for delivery and yet the staff in this place messed up the order again missing a complete meal out of the order and I don't think they can read as we order a mighty bucket for one and they send a boneless banquet I try ringing them for over an hour to get the busy ingauge tone they must have taken the phone of the hook so. If you want your order right go in to store

During lockdown when most eateries were shut I had cravings for KFC and went to the drive thru and quite a few times since.These places always get a harsh deal I think but on the whole this place shows it can be fast and well prepared.Have only done the drive thru but each time the staff have been courteous and helpful even when I didn't really know what of the many selections was right for me ,tried buckets for one and extras and all times have got it home and really enjoyed ,so big up yourselves and keep up the good work ,might even venture into restaurant one day

As is normal the “crushem” chilled drinks machine was “out of order” again allegedly, this is now the “norm” ! No straw, napkin, fork or receipt issued at drive thru. The food was cooked quickly and appeared to be satisfactory. It appears to be a “thing” with fast food outlets not to have chilled drinks and milk shakes available due to maintenance hassle.

Drive though service, with a near smile, got home to discover the meal consisted of 15 chips!!! The small bag was half empty to start with (no they hadn’t fallen out, genuinely given half a bag of fries).

Dont bother with this place. Customer service is rubbish!! We waited half an hour for 3 meals and milkshakes. After half an hour they finally called my number but without actually checking they gave my food to another customer! When the server realised her mistake, she brought the food tray back up and tried to pass it to me like nothing had happened. They wanted me to take food that someone else could have touched without replacing so I refused and asked for a refund. When I complained to customer service, they told me that a replacement was offered to me. NO it was not- the server assured me food wasnt touched and wanted me to take that one. Milkshakes had been drunk by other customers too whom then realised it was the wrong order. Same thing happened to someone else I know. So clearly this is a common problem at archies. Customer service is absolutely rubbish and the wait for food is not worth it. I wouldnt even bother visiting.

I was there leading a hen party and I thought it was a great venue. Lots of character, clean and with a nearby multi storey car park.

I was regular customer on KFC Birmingham - Martineau Place and used to be really enjoyed when I was there. Unfortunately from few month ago, the quality of food is decreased and on my last visit on 5th October it was very rude security guy which he didn't allow my wife use toilet when we arrived and he sent my wife down satires because before want to order we were going to used toilet.... he said general toilet should use downstairs..... when I ask him about his manner , he told me this toilet in this floor is customer toilet if you dont want go out oo go to counter ...... I complain to manager but, she just said, I have word with him ..... I am wonder how this kind of business can hire very rude person that don't care about business and don't know how to have to talk with customer and just don't care ....... if you need some respect as customer, just avoid to go there and never recommend this place .....

We ordered a meal for our family, for home delivery from Rooster king It was extremely disappointing everything was cold and undercooked! The pizzas was burned and cold, the fries also cold and for a large fries the carton wasn’t even half full! The Chicken burger was soggy and pink, and under cooked inside. The order was wrong they didn’t add on extras we had paid for either. We phoned them up to tell them how a whole order was cold no offer of a refund just we can send out more chips no thank you! It all went in the bin wasn’t edible please avoid this takeaway cost us £48 total waste of money!
