Friendly and nice staff. I went with my children and I received attention and care. The staff were very patient.

Every time we go there, they forget at leasgt one item on our order! Last time they forgot our cheese bites, we went back after we realized it on the bus (£1.5o on bus - thank you) they didn't even say sorry properly... Tonight they forgot my veggie burger =I've ordered two meals.. , I only saw it at home.. it's relly fckn anoying, now I have nothing to eat, and they stole my money!! Instead of worrying about keeping the time you have on one order, just serve the coustumers properly... If I could, I would give zero stars.... Horrible.

I never write a bad review but you don't often get a smiling welcome to put it mildly. Decor is depressing graffiti-seriously MacDonald's?? the area is bad enough without adding to the misery. Toilet doors in the Ladies are designed so that you can see through the door to the person sitting on the toilet-eugh! On my last visit a lady with a walking stick asked if she could use the disabled toilet and the member of staff walked off without a word, yes she did come back with the key but could she not speak?! This is typical of the bad attitude of the staff, perhaps they could take a leaf out of the Kentish Town Branch, where, due to excellent management, the staff are utterly patient, friendly and charming.

Really suggest that the staff undergo basic customer service skills training. They are rude and insensitive.

I'm aware this is a fast food chain restaurant and not expecting anything gourmet class or healty!! This is a review about particular francise branch!! Everytime I get in there, problems on my orders. Missing ingridients in overly dry burgers, not properly filled bad smelling chips, missing sauces paid for 20p each, missplaced burgers in boxes, lack of tissues, non working toilets, paid PAPER carrier bags, lack of staff. Sometimes I'm not even allowed to order from menu. Only have the option of "That's what you can get" items which already sitting there for ages!! This is the Store Manager's suggestion :)) This store is a franchise, staff and the manager are not friendly at all and the owner just cares about the profit :) Make yourself a favor and avoid this store!! Better buying a cold meal deal from a supermarket :) Direct complaints to McDonald's won't work as they forward you to the store manager :)

Asked for 2 burgers to take away .While waiting asked to use the toilet.I was told that it is out of service. When I complained that is has been out of service for along time the manager said that it was working yesterday. Which is a lie as I was in there yesterday and the toilets were not working then.He said that he was going to call a plumber. I asked him why he did not call the plumber yesterday . He just walked away from me.I understand that this McDonald's is a franchise and it cost money to have customer toilets. That is why they have been closed for over 2 months. The only way to get this sorted is to stop using this store. Money talks

This is still the worst cheap and tortured animal exploitation, of slimy nasty food ever! Staff are nice but the food is cheap and the destruction to the planet to line businessmen with profit is EVIL1

When you just need a Big Mac Meal...delicious, cheap, served quick. Decor modern and place was clean and tidy. Very busy, staff hard working and friendly.

Open late but currently closed for refurbishment. Was disappointed by this on the way home from a late night out. Open soon for your signature McMuffin!

Seriously? Do people not know what to expect from THE quintessential international fast-food burger joint? The one notable feature of this particular establishment is that it serves 24 hours, which makes it very handy when rolling out of Big Red (rock bar, around the corner on Holloway Road) at 4 in the morning.

Accettabile molto buoni i DELI ( in Italia non ci sono) il resto è internazionale. La migliore caratteristica è la possibilità di essere al centro e di spendere poco.
