I went in with my family and the service was amazing. The food was amazing. And the atmosphere was amazing.

Everytime I've visited its abysmal. Staff take 0 interest, wait a MINIMUM 20 mins but last night topped it. Supervisor sent the girl serving me out half way through doing my order, watched my drinks on the side and food sit for 10mins before they realised nothing was happening. They clumped talking to one side as a queue formed. Then realising my food isn't being completed tried to make sense of the girls picking of it(she's walked out with coat at this point) then try to to give me the drinks that have now been sat for a total of 15mins. Total time in there 25mins! Food was obviously cold once got back, dog ended up having a great night. Just wanted out. Clearly by far the worst branch for everything. Pointless trip rather go to Aldi and get microwave meals next time. Wouldn't mind if it's one off but I've chanced it about 4 times in the past year and every time its the same. No more!!!

Wow just had the best service! . Was greeted by Tia at the drive through and can honestly say its the best service I've received for a while. Very customer focussed with a wonderful smile which was well received after a long day! . Keep her at all costs! Food was fresh and delicious . Will definitely come again!

Purchased a share bucket which includes a bottle of drink with extras cost over £25, I politely asked if the drink could be changed for cup drinks as we were eating in the car, the manager said no so I simply asked for 2 paper cups and the manager said no. I was then given my order with one of the extra enthusiastic and patronising have a great day we all know the one I mean. Zero customer service and the manager is doing nothing for the staffs attitude, all over 2 paper cups what a joke of a kfc.

Ate there yesterday and then was on my way again. About half an hour to 45 minutes into my journey, an awful sense of nausea and vomiting attacked me. Sure enough, the food and drink came back up. I should have walked back out when I saw that hygiene wasn't the best. But I was hungry.

Went for food with partner today at first we thought the food was taking time to come out but then we noticed the area managers in restaurant and they spoke to staff to ensure quicker response time to serving our food..I think that if the area managers weren't visiting then we qould still be waiting now. All in all food was nice...Thanks to Scott the Area Manager for helping us with our order process times

Overall just very slow service and lack of any care and communication from staff. Too busy talking and prioritising what seems like an employee off shift over the counter while others are stood waiting and more trying to get the attention of someone through the drive thru window. Zero acknowledgement. It’s very hard to go wrong with fried chicken but if you can make the extra 10 minute journey to the one in town then I’d recommend.

Staff could do with smiling doesn't hurt anyone to smile for a customer ordered through uber as always we live 5 mins away and takes 2 hours to get here disgusting for fast food

Don’t waste your time and effort ordering from here order from a different branch as no on answers the phone you wait over an hour for food to be prepared and when it is done it’s cold. If the manager reads this I would seriously consider employing some staff that is capable of doing the job because you’re going to start losing money. Gave it my last a final chance and won’t be bothering again.

This place needs a lot of improvement. There appears to be no leadership or good communication of any kind. The restaurant will be empty and it'll take them 30 minutes to complete 1 order. The workers seem to be working at a very slow pace with no motivation at all. Ive seen much faster service in other kfc locations. We ordered some food today and they had no chicken fillets ready (how can a food place be so unprepared?), they had no more lipton ice tea, they had no more coffee, we received corn that was 1 day past the best before/use by (it was watery and flavourless), and one of us received a gross and rubbery chicken fillet. The self serve kiosks never have receipt paper, the floor is always greasy and sometimes slippery, I wouldnt want to know what the toilet looks like. This place needs to be improved asap. The only positives i have is that the food is always warm and the workers arent rude. Please fix this soon as i am quite disappointed (along with other people from what i can see from the reviews).

Didn’t know a business could be ran so badly. They advertise things that aren’t on the website, have to have the app to order deals and then made to wait 30 minutes for pop corn chicken, fillet snack box, and £2.99 chicken bites! Only in madeley, Telford.

Waiting 25 minutes for my meal then when I got home half of it was missing, tried to contact the store, no one answered..very disappointed

Do you like the Walking Dead and Fried Chicken then this is the place for you. After ordering your food you can watch the staff pace around aimlessly without any communication for half an hour until your food eventually arrives. If your visiting in the week I suggest taking half a day off work to be on the safe side

Nobody in, yet took 20 mins for 3 PC chicken.

Very slow service got the order wrong then when I went to get the food the didn’t put in they made me wait so the rest of my food was cold would advise going elsewhere

Visited on 12-10-24 the food was very greasy outside over cooked inside under cooked , the restaurant floor was dirty , the tables had food bits left on them and to say it was virtually empty nobody was cleaning but stood behind the counter chatting , very disappointing indeed

Very unpleasant quality of food, seemingly overcooked pieces of chicken with partially raw hot wings, lukewarm fries and bland mini fillets. Waited for upwards what seemed like 20 minutes at an empty store for workshy and socially awkward staff to serve the food. After phoning to complain, received a very apathetic and impatient choice to either make our own journey to return the food or organise a Just Eat refund (we did not order from any delivery service). Atmosphere was like any other KFC, so nothing special to note there.

What a total rip off very poor food small portions spent 21pounds on a load of rubbish. Will not be using again. Shame on you KFC...

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at KFC Madeley tonight. Despite arriving 25 minutes before closing, we were told the staff had already started shutting down and refused to serve us. It’s unacceptable to deny a service like that. Just wanted to let everyone know and I hope this doesn’t happen again!

Toilets, restaurant tables and floors looks disgusting. When I asked to clean toilet floor because is very slippy. Unfortunately nothing happened. All ladies team having chat and laughs front of the kitchen. I won't return there.

I visited this restaurant on 01/08/2024, and the food was very delicious and the restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back.

We just went for a drive through takeaway from madeley KFC, it was slow service, then got the wrong drink, and wrong meal, they were trying to blame the tills. We got home (3 min drive ) and food was barely warm apart from the beans which were hot. It’s no longer fast food

My wife just gave birth and had asked me to get her a wrap. i drove all the way from shrewsburry to this one as she specifically wanted the madeley kfc as it was her favourite place. when i got in there i ordered as normal but unfortunately they told me they had NO LETTUCE OR MAYO?? How are people suppose to enjoy their food without lettuce and mayo. Huh? Tell me that Colonel Sandes. That isnt very finger lickin’ good of you is it. Safe to say my wife was VERY upset when i bought back a plain wrap. Our newborn is going to have PTSD from the outrage YOU caused.

To the young man that served me at around 10 past 4, your a lovely gentleman who's customer service was amazing , and the service you gave , was fast and the food was delicious, I want to thank you for this , first time in a long time iv been impressed kind regards

I visit this restaurant when I went shopping and it was clean, the ladies at the till were very friendly and helpfull. The food was hot and I had a fast service. Will definitely go back again

I had a BBQ Tower burger meal, and it was tasty. A nice crunchy coating on the chicken fillet and a fast service.

Just ordered a meal, chicken and fries and a drink. Delivered by Just Eat. Opened the bag to find NO fries. Phoned KFC Madeley, Telford, I was asked if I could go and fetch the fries. I stated that I had paid for delivery. I was then told that they would add a portion of fries to my next order. I replied that there would not be a next order, ever again from them. The reply was "that's ok, no problem". Worst customer service I have encountered.

4 ⭐️, fast and friendly service which is very nice compared to our local in Warrington. Would give 5 ⭐️ but the place needs some deep clean.

Robbed my money out my bank I placed it for delivery and they still put it for collection the women I spoke to was so rude and put the phone down on me disgusting service I will be making sure everyone knows what kind of disrespectful place this is!

Rude staff, lazy and arrogant. I saw this kind of attitude of staff more than 3 times in 40-50 minutes with different peoples, especially with delivery drivers. Never coming again.

21:55 - just left having arrived at 21:30, ordered food which was served completely cold and certain items were replaced woth others, we challenged the counter lady (young blond with glasses on) who told us the food is cold / items swapped because they are already cleaning and all facilities are getting switched off for closing time. Disgusting attitude, literally pulled a face and laughed with her colleague (young asian lady) as we were leaving. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Used twice in December, both times had food missing from the order need to be more vigilant when putting the order together.

Waited 45 minutes for a 6 piece family feast. Ridiculous.

Called here for a quick snack whilst charging the car at the adjacent point. We used the self-service screen to order 2 coffee, a mix pack of 4 cookies, and a portion of large fries. No coffee available, had to swap to cold drinks! The fries were hot and tasty - a very pleasant change to the usual fast food fries. The cookies were tasty and we enjoyed them. The only issue we had was it was supposed to be 2 milk & 2 white chocolate, we were served 4 milk! The toilet floor was slippery under foot, it seems a common theme in any KFC! Might use again if I'm in the area.

A lot quieter than town centre but same food. Service quicker and food hotter.

Turned up 915 Sunday 5 November staff not engaging only had popcorn left there was 7 or us very,very bad service and non existent menu having read other reviews can't believe still trading total crap.

ordered via drive through stuck in cue 15 mins then get to window to pay with £50 note and told they can't take it don't accept £50 notes even though its legal tender should not be refused!!! .... lost customer will never go back there again !!!

Just got food through drive though and am so disappointed. The chips was horribly seasoned and the chicken was really salty spent 29 pound and was given to the dog as been human couldn't eat is. Will never go back there again please save your money rather then waste it giving it to them to have to walk to bin after. Beware you have been warned

Used drive through. Food was hot. Staff were great.

KFC offer is now a complete ripoff, the restaurant is clean and the staff were pleasant enough, but the offer is now extortionately overpriced. For £9 you get 3 small drumsticks and another tiny piece of chicken with a few sad looking chips. Staff made an excuse that they get 14 drumsticks per 18 pieces of chicken, Rip off so had a full refund Won’t bother going back to KFC ever again

While waiting to swap the gravy for beans the rest of our food had gone cold, because the staff ignored me for ages! I was eventually argued with that we had ordered gravy, but I know we swapped it for beans (which were swapped after an eternity)! No hot food replacement was offered after having waited for the staffs attention for ages! 😡 The teriyaki bites we ordered were disgusting (pure soy sauce gloop, not teriyaki flavour!). When asking to have them swapped for BBQ ones the staff said no and upon me insisting fetched the manager, who also refused! She was quite argumentative and rude! I did also state again that our food was (now) cold, because of everything taking so long, but was met with pure ignorance! The staff was quite argumentative and rude! The whole experience was quite upsetting to me (ASD) and way overpriced, since we couldn’t eat part of the food we had paid for! They certainly DON’T deserve a 5 star scores on the doors, as the food was not up to temperature! This is easily the worst KFC in town and I’d personally avoid going there!!!

Not bad when they get the orders right,sometimes the gravey is like dirty water and tastes burnt, chicken always cooked right, chips sometimes limp and soggy most of the staff are friendly but a couple look as if they have lost the will to live . Parking can sometimes be a bit hit and miss as the delivery drivers park where they like with total disregard for disabled people ,overall worth a visit

It’s a shame that I can’t give zero stars! Absolutely awful experience here. Accused of throwing a wooden spoon/stirring rod, yet i slipped and it fell from my hands. Maybe if they cleaned the floors, there wouldn’t be an issue. Got told to leave which i thought was ridiculous! Terrible place and certainly would not recommend!

Awful service. Delivery did not arrive and phoning the store the employee was unhelpful and did not follow procedure.

This place unfortunately never ever gets our order correct- very frustrating as we aren’t ordering anything other than what is on the menu but we always seem to get someone else’s order completely or multiple things are missing. When eating in same experience as well and is rather dirty not cleaned very often.

Dirty tables not cleaned all the time we were there,as the place was empty too,staff standing round talking ,they could be cleaning tables pushing in chairs and cleaning floor make it look more inviting.staff not very happy.we wanted an aero and milky bar ice cream pot as shown bur told no machine,then why show it

Restaurant is grotty with sticky floors. Dirty tables and seats ,bins overflowing .nobody in a rush to tidy up but would rather stand around gossiping and tag teaming to go for a fag Shocking

Terrible is an understatement! Inexperienced manager who lacks basic knowledge let alone customer service skills when customers complain. How on earth she is a manager in a customer focused business, let alone a manager is beyond me, if she was one of managers she would most certainly no longer be with the business. Come on KFC you need to do better than this!! If I could put 0 stars I would had!

takeaway was taking long to come, waited and waited, only to ring them up and ask about the order to then be told all order have been done, then when I got off the phone got a text saying my order was Cancelled, looks like she just wanted to go home early. won't try again will go els wear

Little bit of a wait for the food but when it arrived was okay. They have the electric menu boards so makes, imho, easier to choose what you want to have rather than having to try an see menus behind to counter.

The food is good , but you are now seem to be getting a lot more legs in the bucket meals these days at this particular kfc, 6 or 7 were as other places it's 3 or 4. So only go there now for chicken burgers meals and trench for bucket meals...

Ordered a snack box and asked for specific pieces of chicken. The last did say that she can pass it on to the staff packing but could not guarantee, but I wouldn't have minded if they gave me more than About 10 chips! ... my fault really as I should have checked the bag before driving off

Great service, ordered the vegan chicken burger and a Diet Coke, then one of the staff mentioned their Diet Coke was not vegan and to go fit the Pepsi max instead, learn something new everyday. Thank you KFC

Food, if they ever have it in stock is always cold or tastes like its been sat there for hours, not all staff but majority are rude and you can tell they don't particularly want to be there. Atmosphere is awful, they do nothing but yell at the school kids, even the ones that truly are no bother, or aren't even in the restaurant. Just an extremely poorly run restaurant. Shame as its the first one south Telford of all drive through chains.

Hello, today 30/01/23 at 19:00 I had to take a delivery order, I work as a food delivery. The employees who packed the food simply left it on the sides of the counter and continued to talk to each other without asking which order I was waiting for. When I asked if my order was ready, they ignored me and laughed. I asked the manager to come, she behaved extremely arrogantly and literally kicked me out of the restaurant, waving her hand and saying "leave". This won't be the only place I will complain.

The store is quiet and the food is delicious!
