The food was great, loved it. Luke was the best big up Luke.

Steve was brilliant at his service, from taking us to our table to even offering us a taster in one of the sauces since we were unsure of flavour. Allowed us a great discount too on our food due to the offer being ran at the time. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant, will return again should I ever find myself in Telford

*Edit made 9th May* I responded to TGI's comment below as they directed me to 4 days ago, no response. ______________________ Poor service, staff seem like they couldn't be bothered to be there, perhaps this is a side effect of being able to order at your table that staff are no longer able to actually provide a decent level of customer service when waiting on. We expected table service because there were allergens to navigate and communicate. Very poorly handled allergy, asked if we had one when we entered and then said no more...no indication of how we safely choose that persons food...what was the point in asking us! Poor food, especially for the high price tag. Soggy kids meals, tiniest portion of beans (in a little sauce dip pot consisting of approximately 12 individual congealed beans, burned garlic bread, burned burger in a stale bun and overcooked steak. The sesame chicken was nice, but the rest was like something you'd expect at a wetherspoons. Poor quality, lukewarm or burned. Place was very quiet for a bank holiday weekend. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't return. Definitely voting with our feet.

Really slow service, mediocre cold food that is widely over priced for what it is! Small chicken burger and chips for £20! Not even a side salad. Not particularly busy but loads of people waiting for their food. No waiter came to take our order, weren’t given menus when we sat down, drinks came about 40 minutes after ordering and some were missing. Won’t be coming back!

I’ve come for a bottomless brunch as a coeliac it’s always a worry as sometimes I’m told things are gluten free but have ended up poorly, TGIs are brilliant and I’ve never had any issues

Carl (and the yummy food) make this TGI's! Been to this TGI 4 times over last 2 years and 3 out of 4 times I've been served by Carl. He has great customer service & ensures you have an enjoyable time. The one time I didn't get served by him the service was poor & nearly put first time friends off returning but when I talked them into coming again & they got served by Carl they got the proper TGI experience. Food has always been delicious every visit. I like the TGI venue here although adult oreo milkshake is pricey (will get kids next time). Thanks Carl for always being a superstar (as my twins would say)!! We appreciate it, was fab to have a little catch up. Xx **Also, not sure if previous reviewer was referring to my 2 year old twins or not... We were not on a big table but at end when packing our baby bag (and left overs) for another long journey and trying to sort app my boy twin (who can be noisy at times as thinks he is a dinosaur) did climb onto seat at an empty table near another table then both stretched their legs by the entrance. I tried to apologise, not sure they heard. They are not 'ferral' but are 2 and had been stuck in the car for 3 long hours and had another 3 to go. However, I would never usually let them do that and do expect more from them but was trying to sort/pack bag, pack left overs, take one to the toilet and sort payment and app for kids eat free & they did not behave how I would normally allow or expect - I need to work on my multi tasking! Not sure if she means us or not. I hope not. Was only for a couple of minutes. The rest of the time they sat nicely and thanked Carl so hope she does not mean us! If it was us you are referring to and you read this, sorry again🥰 but they are normally good children and not 'ferral'! Thanks again Carl💗. I love TGI Friday's. 💗 Xx

Enjoyed with family! Served by Harry who was very very helpful and friendly.

Our server yesterday was Carl, he looked after us brilliantly, despite the big table causing a nuisance with their feral children running around making a mess. Carl helped me with my app so I could use my codes, kids ate free, food was lovely, he was polite and attentive, really made the difference to our visit. If he hadn't have been so good the noisy kids running around would have spoilt our visit. I had bottomless wings, and he kept me well stocked up until I was full, same with our refill drinks. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend

Randomly decided to pop in for an early lunch with the family and was pleasantly greeted by Staff. We were seated, shown the menu, and had plenty of time to look through . Food was brilliant, great vibe in the place, and thought the staff on hand were brilliant, and made our visit ever more pleasant!

Burger burnt, chips hard and as for the cheesecake it costs you about 70p per spoonful. A bit of a rip off to be fair.

I recently visited TGI Friday's in Telford with my two kids, and we had a lovely time! The food was good. While it was a bit quiet since we went early in the evening, the service was excellent, especially when it came to accommodating the kids

Slow service. No peas for child, with no substitute offered. 3 guests served, while 4th waited an extra 15 minutes - for a burger! Sugar overload on child's dessert, while adult sundae was inedible (removed from bill, thank you). Fortunately, the ribs were delicious, or this would be 2 star rating. You are struggling, tgif. Only 1/3 full on a busy Saturday lunch time. Get a grip.

Eli was immense. I am obsessed with them!!! They took such good care of us. This was my first bottomless brunch and Eli has made me want to visit again!! Such an amazing human being. Thank you, Eli 🥰

the chicken was overcooked, dry and we couldn't get a fork into it.

Horrendous service. Only 6 tables being served in the whole restaurant took us 10 minutes to be seated then another 20 mins to get one out of three drinks. Ended up paying for the one drink and leaving before even ordering food. Terrible customer service.
