Very poor value for money 'Colonel's Meal: 3 pc' smallest portions I have ever seen coming out of KFC, two very small drum sticks hardly any meat on them and one very small, what must have been a breast portion, was all bone , just about a mouthful.

The best KFC in Telford. As a delivery partner I am visiting all KFC restaurants in Telford and this one is the best by far. Truly friendly staff, short waiting times. This is also my place to go when I am after KFC meal and they never let me down.

First time in my life I saw such a dirty restaurant. I was shocked. I visited on lunch time, many workers were just standing and talking without work. Wasn't busy. But no one could clean the dirty tables and floors. Also very dirty toilet.

Uber failed me badly as the driver delivered wrong order - I did the right thing and took it back out to him - he never told KFC or bother to tell them I needed my order as he never bothered to returned to the KFC. I rang the Manager - he was professional courteous and excellent service communication. He is 10 out of 10. Sorted my order and I picked it up. He is a star manager and a definite future Director 👍

Been coming here for awhile seemed to be the better kfc in the area. Had come in July and missed parts of my order off. Instead of coming back I had a note put down in the recovery book. I’ve been today ordered my food and payed and remembered I was owed stuff form before I gave the number (015104). To be told you only had 30 day period to reclaim. This was not mentioned when I rang in July otherwise I would have claimed it. The team that was at the till said they can’t do nothing about it now. To top it off I ordered 2 large pop chicken today so why was I given small ones for.

we originally got quoted a delivery time an hour before it was eventually delivered if they or delivery drivers are that busy don't state a certain time and push it back continuously as it's very frustrating!

Ordered from KFC: Negatives- Paid an extra £2.59 for a chicken fillet which I did not receive also there were no dips included when I had ordered them which I am not very happy about. Positives- delivery driver was very nice .

The food was okay, lukewarm at best but I’m disappointed they forgot my cookie so that’s nearly £2 gone because of their carelessness.

Sevenup had obviously been watered down. Burger was ok but chips were awful. Haven't had a KFC for years and if that's todays standards not sure I will even be back.

Awful! Trench Lock Ordered a 10 piece family feast bucket meal. 2 large sides Beans and Corn. Received the smallest chicken drumsticks and 2 small beans. Total with delivery £35 Called the store informed them what was delivered. Was told that they had been told only to send out drumsticks because there is a shortage of thigh and waiting for a delivery. Response regarding the corn, well I saw them go and collected it. The store person was initially polite but no apology offered. My husband became angry and said what we received was not worth £35 (£5 delivery) to which the crew member who sounded very young replied well I was going to give you something free but if your going to speak like that. We didn’t want freebies, we wanted what we ordered including chicken to the value of the order. KFC need to work on customer service, the immature response with no apology to any person let alone someone in their 60s is unacceptable. Needless to say we won’t be buying anything from any KFC store in the future.

Visited 06/09/3024, been coming here for years. No personality as tills removed. Order a 2 piece with mini fillet, get 2 drum stick and something just slightly bigger than a nugget. Asked and advised that that is correct. Never again. I will cook my own as chicken is not expensive to buy and cook yourself.

Everything was absolutely okay, apart the map, it’s giving wrong direction and poor driver knocked on wrong doors. Please improve your maps.
