Staff are sound burgers well constructed but gave me like 4 chips

Both burger meals were stone cold obviously cooked ages ago and left to stand chips were not edible as they had gone all hard, the gravy was piping hot tho so was the side order of chicken

never have a problem at this store always fast paced and foods always good. Sky is always a great help at making sure the food is done quickly

For the price add on for the loaded fries I was surprised at how little you get and all the sauce was in one corner

I encountered some technical issue while using the self order terminal. The staff, namely Ehs, helped me to pay and redeem the free rewards at the counter. He was very helpful and nice.

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a 10 piece boneless family feast and got chicken on the bone. Very very disappointed as I will not eat it

Amazing food excellent no issues or problems hot food when arrived very tasty food.

Nik was outstanding, above and beyond service usually seen in “fast food”. Can’t fault service and food was hot and tasty.

Ordered a zinger burger and single price of chicken. Service was really slow and the chicken i recieved was like an anorexic sparrow that was cooked last night after being trampled flat by a herd of buffalo then left behind a radiator all night, it was tasteless and very dry, maybe a reheat from yesterday. Won't be going back.

Visited 06/09/3024, been coming here for years. No personality as tills removed. Order a 2 piece with mini fillet, get 2 drum stick and something just slightly bigger than a nugget. Asked and advised that that is correct. Never again. I will cook my own as chicken is not expensive to buy and cook yourself.

Chicken filets were not good as usual (not as fresh) and felt pressured into leaving this review before even having chance to eat.

Nik rados was very helpful with fulfilling my order he was very professional and kind toward me and my friend.

Ordered the new rice box with extra fillet in both, arrived with barely one piece of chicken in each of them.. wouldn’t order the new rice box again either - will stick with the original !

Shocking service tonight, waited 25 mins in queue, got to collection window they said my payment had not gone through so had to start again and pay again, looked at my statement I had paid for someone else's meal twice the price, went back to see manager, did not look bothered, did eventually get refund but no apology, very poor,

If I could give this no stars my mom just came home from working a 12 hour shift at the hospital and we decided to get a takeaway when we arrived they were not busy there was 1 other couple there and the service was slow when we FINALLY received the food my mom who has been up for 14 hours drove home we all tried our food and it was cold my parents went back to kfc and asked for it to be remade ad it was stone cold they took the food got the manager and they said we can't give you money back and they could not remake the food they then sent my tired parents out without the food they had paid for previously DO NOT GO HERE!

Ordered a box for one, 2 x pieces of chicken, fries, 2 x chicken strips and 2 x hot wings, and received a . . . . bag of hot wings!!!!

This was good chicken , recommend warming it up for 30second to a minute for better flavour. Loads of chicken, chips and sides. Great price. Always recommend KFC. Love it.
