Miller & Carter in Telford and Wrekin

We had a lovely evening on Sat 22 Mar , our waitress Paige was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us.

Came here with my mother for an evening meal and we both had the set menu. Server was exceptionally pleasant, listened to my questions and followed up well. Had the calamari and chicken dishes to start, both were very nice, the chicken especially! Wedge salad is a nice touch but unnecessary for me. Moved on to the main course where I had the fillet steak which came with an £8 surcharge from the set menu which was fine and clear prior to ordering. Steak was cooked perfectly for a medium which is my preference and was very enjoyable with the french fries. My mother had the rib eye which was also good. She had hers medium well which she enjoyed. Moving on to the suites and we both had the sticky toffee pudding. This was the biggest disappointment of the evening because it was slightly dry inside and I didn't eat mine fully. Overall service was excellent. Starters and main courses were excellent and unfortunately the sweet let the meal down. The wine was also very good. Overall a very enjoyable meal for a fair price and fantastic service.

First time visit for the lunch offer, indulged in 3 courses and was not disappointed. Exceptional service and a nice alcohol free mojito.

Popped in for eats off the lunch menu and we weren't disappointed. Chris, our table assistant, was very attentive and polite especially regarding allergies. The food was amazing, especially the Pork Tommohawk. Will be returning soon for another fill up.

Our first visit to Miller and Carter today to celebrate mom’s birthday. Chris made us feel very welcome and helped make the day special for mom. We hope that the manager gets some more training on the POS systems soon 🤞🏻😂

The food was amazing! Our servers Paige and Grace were lovely, they were patient with us when we were ordering. Grace did really well for her third shift, we can tell that’s she’s going to be amazing!!! The atmosphere was pleasant and the music was really good.

Lovely meal Sunday evening. Kids portions were a little small, she had macaroni cheese and it was a tiny bowl with a bit of salad, no garlic bread etc. Otherwise had a fillet steak, not an ounce of fat and cooked to perfection. They had run out of a few desserts and a couple of the sauces.

Booked a table at Miller and Carter in Telford for a small gathering for my daughters 16th. From the minute we got there, nothing was too much trouble. "We want your daughter to have a really nice experience " was said several times and they definitely made sure it was. Amy was our server and she was absolutely lovely. The food was lovely, I definitely recommend 'the dirty Burger'. The ribs were also beautiful. The steak is normaly perfect (just a bad cut this time which can happen even in the best places, you dont know until you cut it). The manager wanted to make sure everything was perfect. We didn't even make a fuss. She was just adamant the food had to be right and replacements were sorted straight away. I'm so sorry I forget the name of the manager and the other girl who helped serve (i think her name started with "C") it was whoever was on our table at 6pm 22nd Feb. I'd love for them to get the recognition they deserve. The service alone has made us want to go again. Such a friendly welcome and atmosphere really makes a difference. Thank you so much for making the occasion special. I recommend anyone who wants to have a special occasion to consider going here.

Decided to pop to Telford Centre Today to pick something up had a nice walk around Telford Town Park And it started raining so I decided to walk into Miller & Carter Telford South Water lovely posh location friendly staff plenty of tables at bar clean location clean toilets Also if you decide to just sit in and have a alcoholic beverage That's possible also A* Service will definitely 100% return :)

Unfortunately my last visit was a let down again. Just so that you know. If I want to eat cold food I would order a salad. I gave you a second change but not again. At the prices you are charging, having hot food served should be a given.

Our waitress pippa was super attentive to her customers super friendly bubbly and would happily have her wait on us anytime . Really lovely hard working young woman ☺️

The lady serving was very nice, most meals were good apart from the lamb which was very overcooked (asked for pink) but the starters like the chicken wings were amazing. Overall a good night out

Lovely experience, Molly did a really good job as we were a big table and it was very busy in the restaurant.

Well what can I say! We went for my nans 80th birthday and Molly was AMAZING!! It was super busy but she kept calm and was smiling throughout. We had an issue with one meal but Molly and her manager did everything they could to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently. Molly was absolutely fabulous and is a true asset to the Miller and Carter team in Telford! Polite, attentive and nothing was too much! Thank you! Xx

I realise it was busy because it was valentines day, but the service was not as good as normal when we first arrived. We even had to ask for our drinks when the starters arrived. Luckily things picked up after that and overall we had a good experience. The food as always was really nice, and the valentines menu had some great options.

First time dining at Miller & Carter, took the wife for valentines. The service was impeccable wish took the young lady's name as she was amazing and deserves her flowers. The food was amazing and the bell was ringing throughout our stay. We will definitely be back again soon.

We visited tonight, Wednesday 12th February, and we had the 3 course set Valentine's menu. My husband and I both had the STICKY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN it was so tasty! For mains, we both had the 9oz rump steak, and it was cooked to perfection, with a side of mushrooms. Puddings, we had the mango pavlova. We couldn't actually finish them but they were really nice. We were served by Amy, who was very attentive, but then all the staff were lovely and chatty to us. Thank you all for a lovely few hours.

Nice place but Telford being Telford. A few travelling community using obscene language and nothing said to them . I will always use Miller and Carter but never again in Telford. Well I said I would never use Telford again but we gave it a second go. Food great , no travelling people all going well . Unfortunately we had the rudest waitress I have ever had in my life. I am going to travel to crewe, its further but why pay for rudeness. Thank you Rachelle your waitress skills are 0
