When I got there we was struggling with what to order the woman at the counter was so lovely and helpful to help us I got the filet burger and It was lovely nice to see friendly staff now days

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I JUST GOT A DELIVERY AND THEY DIDNT BRING THE GRAVY. I CANT EAT THE CHICKEN WITHOUT THE GRAVY. I MIGHT SOUND NEEDY BUT COME ON. I PAYED FOR IT AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER TO RECTIFY IT

Fancies KFC, drove into drive thru to be advised it was ‘not working’ and to go into store. Stood at counter to order to be ignored, I explained I was struggling to use the machines due to eyesight, advised I would take the order but then they didn’t. Went to machines; took a while to do order then wouldn’t scan QR code for reward and bluelight, asked if it was working, advised ‘it doesn’t look like it’, ended up walking out; shocking service and staff appeared far too busy due to online orders.

Apart from the mighty box for one increasing in price from £5.99 to £9.49 in under a year, the service level here is atrocious. I like KFC so I have put up with it for a while now, but this night, the first cold and wet night for many months I get a drink half full of ice. They have not put ice in my drink for months, probably right through the summer when it would have been nice. I handed it back and stated that I didn't want ice in the drink and she just tutted at me and angrily filled another drink. She then leaned out of the window and said in a highly condescending manner, "If you don't want ice you should have told me when ordering." I did point out that they hadn't had any ice for as long as I can remember but this just fueled her mood and she retorted, "We always put ice in if we have it." I refrained from asking why they wouldn't have ice, and offering them the recipe as she seemed miserable enough already. I did ask if if was necessary to talk down to loyal customers in that manner but she just walked off in a huff. Apart from this occasion, in the last year I have arrived home and found shortages with wings missing, fries missing, a completely different meal from the one ordered, wrong drink, so much so that I now check before I leave the car park. The attitude of the staff if you do go back in and ask for the correct meal is also not good at all.

The KFC Zinger burger was barely warm no where near as hot as it should have been . Sauce was hot. This is totally unacceptable and it should have been checked before serving The KFC chicken was tasty and hot. We had drive thru so didn’t complain on the day. We should have gone back.

Just been to kfc got a family feast you get four portions of fries poured two portions on to my plate back home got about 20 chips in two portions combined £14 for that meal and the shadiness of them portions absolute rip off merchants

We are in the midst of a complete kitchen replacement so very happy for the various fast food establishments local to us. This recently opened KFC in Hoyland came up in a google search so late on on a blustery Storm Dennis night I was despatched to seek sustenance. This eatery is also a restaurant which looked very clean, with standard KFC branding. What made this experience special was the wonderful service of the counter assistant Carly, who was excellent. Realising I was a KFC newbie she kindly advised what was on special offer, upsold me a couple of sides and then sneaked in some extra fries. The food was delicious, the service rapid, and Carly was outstanding. Keep up the good work, you will go far.

The food was good and the vibe was cheerful. The staff were lovely and helpful who was very attentive and they did an awesome job serving my Mum and my brother,s food and my Mum and my brother Brad went to the TGI Fridays in Barnsley Glassworks centre in June 2023 last year and they really enjoyed it Thank you!!

Amazing dining experience. Food is fantastic with very generous portions. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The venue is very nice, clean and with a touch of class. I fully recommend this place for either your regular dining or that special event where you want to impress.

I have been wanting to try for a while now, it was an absolute shambles from start to finish, the service was an absolute mess, young untrained staff who at no fault of there own were absolutely clueless, the meats were far far from ‘superb quality’ ,the rotation of the meats being brought round were timed completely at random, sometimes waiting 2 minutes sometimes waiting almost 20, the restaurant was extremely quiet so that’s no excuse, we kept the discs green the whole time and then after already waiting ages between meats meaning non of us were full, we were asked if we had any meat requests which we assumed that meant we had gone through the whole menu? however we’d had no fillet steak so thats what we’d requested seen as that’s what we’d all been waiting for, only to wait for another 20 minutes to no avail? We were then asked again if there was anything else we wanted clearly being urged to ask for the bill as it was getting late, So we again requested fillet steak only to be told they had ran out hours ago???? £35 for an ‘all you can eat’ that you leave hungry and aren’t informed the whole menu isn’t available when you sit down???? Absolutely rubbish all round extremely disappointed
