I have to say after a really bad night. I met the lovely Alfonzo at Dirty Burger vauxhall. Not only was the food delish, we had a dirty burger and sweet potato fries. This guy went above and beyond to cheer us up. Thank you so much I will definitely be back here again. With Staff and service I received it needed a shout out. Popped in for a burger & fries & was not disappointed! Don’t be put off by the interior or lack of seating as it’s an in-&-out place near Vauxhall train station. Our family of 4 sat in their modest outdoor seating and enjoyed the sunshine and the very meaty “dirty burger,” seasoned fries & drink at a reasonable £12. I was as full & satisfied as if I’d been to Five Guys. If you’re in the area, this is your place for lunch or dinner.

We came from a show in the Vauxhall tavern and got the best burgers ever, 4 of their first burgers and got chips too! It was all incredible, I wanted another burger after finishing my first! If I’m the area I seriously recommend this place it’s spectacular!!!

This was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten! I ordered the Dirty Bacon combo meal and it was simply delicious. The burger was juicy and rich, the bacon was juicy, the salad was fresh and crisp, the light layer of mustard was a really nice touch. Overall burger was packed full of flavour! The fries. where perfectly fired, being Crispy on the x outside and soft on the inside, finished with the perfect seasoning of salt. Although it cost £11 for the whole meal which considering LONDON prices it was fairly cheap! Really good experience Highly recommend and would definitely come again!

I only gave 4 because it was £8 for a fast food burger.. it was a damn tasty burger, and in the center of London but still quite pricy for a smallish burger. It was juicy , flavourful, just the right amount of salad, sauce and pickle. It had way too much cheese, and I liked that ;). For taste alone 5/5 .. stick your 5 guys up yer "jumper" :P .. definitely have another one.

14 pounds for a burger, fries and a drink is simply too expensive. If it was a gourmet burger or one that tasted better than this would have been fine. The fries also just tasted like the generic frozen ones you can pick up at Tesco or Asda for a fraction of the price.

Just crap, tasteless burger, unseasoned chips. How you can make a burger with bacon and cheese taste of nothing is beyond me, but they did. I didn’t get beyond 3 bites.

Stumbled across this venue last night. Such friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic vegan burgers will definitely wend my way back there again.

Took my daughter, 11, on a London Burger Hunt hitting Bleecker and MEATmarket and Dirty Burger beat them all. Not the place if you’re looking for ambience but is right outside the Vauxhall underground and serves up a great burger.

The place looks like something you would choose to walk past to the next place from the outside, but we decidede to give it a try and we didn’t recret it. Juicy and extremly warm burger full of flavor and if you love a burger with bacon, order a dirty bacon. It is in the top 3 of the best burger I have ever had when travelling around the world.

Not a very nice setting in there but offers a break from the office. It's quite small too. Fast and efficient service with an open kitchen so you can pick a seat and wait whilst they cook to order. Standard burger offerings though they have a lunch deal - £10 for classic burger, fries and drink. Friendly and efficient service. Not a dinner destination!

Average burger with slow service . Too much mustard overwhelming and losing the flavour of the meat. Would only go again if I was in the area and hungry.

Walking in at 5 to 11 in the evening I was told I could not be served as they close at 11. On pointing out it was not yet 11 I was told it took 8 mins to cook burgers. Yet the person in front of me had yet to order and was able to. Nad service. Either lock the doors at 8 mins to 11 or serve people who have ordered before 11.

Pretty decent take away burger. Not that quick in terms of service and cooking. Not overly friendly. Burger was tasty. Nothing else to say.

Stopped by Dirty Burger on the way to a game of cricket at the nearby Oval (not for the first time) with friends. The burger joint is small with limited seating. When we arrived all tables were occupied, but the time we ordered some space had freed up (turnover is fast). I ordered a simple dirty burger (burger & cheese) with sweet potato fries (plus a cider). The burger was tasty with a generous portion of cheese. Meat was delicious. Sweet potato fries were very good too. There are various other burger options (add bacon or chicken alternatives) but I find simple is best. Service is friendly and food comes quickly. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Would recommend if you fancy a juicy burger and are in a hurry and are not fussy about being in a fancy restuarant.

Had the basic burger to take away (5 pounds). Bun was the softest I ever had, beef pink and juicy and the sauce just tasty enough to not overwhelm the meat. Thank you Dirty Burger I will be back.

Wow - happened upon this place last night and thought I’d try it and so glad I did. Very friendly service but what a brilliant burger! Had it doubled up with fries and it was all brilliant. Definitely going there again - probably tonight.

If you are craving for some great burgers and chips this is the place to check. The meat is amazing and they have some special sauce that made this burger amazing. The best place to have some quick bite for sure in London.

We visited today and I am truly appalled.

After nandos ran out of chicken (say what!) we ended up here. The burgers were cooked to order. My chicken burgers was dry. But my friend enjoyed both his veggie burgers. The sweet potato fries were good. Prices are reasonable too.

But the accommodations were pretty cramped. The staff was friendly and the food was good it was just a tight sidewalk venue. Ok for couples or singles but not so much for a large family.

Was really looking forward to my first Dirty Burger after it was recommended by a friend but I wasn’t blown away. Had a Dirty Bacon which was tasty but there was a tiny piece of bacon and the burger was quite greasy. Chips didn’t seem particularly special either. Better than a MacD or BK though!

I am really sorry to have to write this as I have had dirty burger twice before and really enjoyed it, in addition to this the staff at my latest trip really were lovely. However, hours later I began to suffer the symptoms of food poisoning (if you have ever experienced it you know what I mean...). My dirty burger meal was the only thing I ate that day that could have led to food poisoning I’m afraid. Probably won’t be visiting again.

I almost rated it a 2 because I asked for my burger well done and there were some very pink bits to the burger. If I'd eaten in I would have returned it but I was staying in a nearby hotel and was too tired to return it so I cut out the less cooked bits and ate it. But it was better than a fast food chain. I found it a bit on the expensive side as a dirty burger and sweet potato fries was £10 (no drink), and it would be nice if they offered combo deals.

Ordered through deliveroo, burgers are really good - cooked perfectly (still a little pink in the middle which I love) bacon was nice and thick. They are a good size too!

El muchacho y yo metimos en en el camino a casa desde el Museo Imperial de la guerra (que era genial) y tenía una rápida burger cada - ambos excelentes. El personal era servicial en darle la desnudan versión - sólo lechuga y sencilla hamburguesa- donde tuve la completa sucio hamburguesa con lechuga, tomate, pepinillos, queso y salsa. Las hamburguesas estaban cocidos medio raro que era óptima. Cortar las patatas fritas eran una generosa porción arandela ondulada y delicioso. Las salsas en el mostrador eran abundantes. Teníamos refrescos. Buena música soul jugamos como comimos. Una gran experiencia de diversión - altamente recomendado.

Popped in on my way home from the pub. Had a ‘Dirty Green’ burger (spinach) with sweet potato fries. Very nice it was too. Service not the fastest, especially given I was the only customer waiting (though I think they also get a lot of Deliveroo-style orders too), so not sure I’d go when busy. Not the most comfortable or relaxing ambience - inside is noisy with a raw decor, and outside is South Lambeth Road.

Very convenient just round the corner from the station. Friendly staff, 10 minute wait for freshly cooked burgers on the lunchtime special £7 deal. 4 very happy teenage kids scoffed the lot including ultra crispy chips and sweet potato fries. Plenty of help yourself sauces around and even a few nice beers for the adults. Bacon burger had a huge slab of bacon and the days special with chorizo and other yummies was very well received

Awful. Soggy, falling apart burger, bacon an inch thick bad quality salty like the worst transport caff, just reduced to mush by the time it arrived. Impossible to eat with hands. May in part be the fault of deliveroo who without fail miss the turning into my road and spend 10 minutes retracing their steps. So it was cold as well as mushy. But can't blame them for the poor quality ingredients. Shockingly overpriced for any burger let alone such a shoddy one.

Grungy inside and befitting the less than salubrious area in which it resides, but if in the area and looking for something to eat you won't find an abundance of choice. Had the "Dirty Burger" with sweet potato fries - freshly cooked and medium rare. No real complaints, better than the likes of MacDonalds but not maybe than the likes of Byron or GBK. It's not cheap (£10 for aforementioned) but as I said if you're hungry and looking for sustenance with limited nearby alternatives you could do a lot worse.

Ok second visit to DB , had to send the onion fries back as over done, burger was good.I ordered a Oreo shake after my meal . Never seen this before and hope I dont see it again . The guy who made the shake , was drinking the left overs from my shake before I had even picked it up from the counter. He was happily drinking away , guess he knew how much to put in to get a free shake. heyho . Anyway its not the cheapest place but like the food. The service well thats going to kill this chain

Dirty burger What a great name. Sums up the guilty pleasure we all feel when we know we should be eating salad.What is unfortunate is the horrible service. Aggressive guy who obviously hates being in the service industry. As someone who has been a kp, a waiter and a barman in some pretty rough and fairly posh joints - I have genuine empathy for anyone doing a minimal wage job - but it is what it is and if you're doing it, do it well. Otherwise do something else. Don't stand there seething with resentment. Dirty Burger? If I'd known how dirty the service was going to be , I'd have gone and had a salad. And where is the fun in that?!

Stale chips that left you needing water to get them down your throat. Burger was over cooked and tasteless. At £10 it was a rip off for s really average meal.

I went here with my boyfriend and we ordered items that would classify to be a combo. Since we were vacationing, this was our first time so we were not aware of the combos. The cashier charged us for the items individually instead of as a combo. We noticed this after and could have saved £5. As a worker I'm sure they are aware of what makes a combo. Also the burger was not that great. It was just comfortably editable and very one note. Nothing amazing at all.

I've been a big fan of the Dirty Burger team for a while. They have a small menu but that's ok because the food does all the talking. Great tasting burgers that simply taste like a burger, not special sauce! I will be back for more again soon!

A few years ago I thought Dirty Burger was a good boutique-y burger joint, but I think with its rapid expansion, this mini-chain has lost its luster. The last few burgers I've had here have been mediocre, and one friend has been made ill by them a couple of times when we've been. This time, another friend ordered a chicken burger. He was somewhat surprised when the sandwich came and the chicken was fried-- the menu simply says "dirty bird" but we had assumed the meat would be grilled. Additionally, the chicken was doused in ketchup. This is highly unusual-- usually a chicken burger would have mayonnaise, or perhaps BBQ sauce. But ketchup? My friend returned to the counter to try and fix this, but the staff gave him a hard time. "Why didn't you say 'no ketchup'?" they asked, as though we were to know by ESP that this place had such an unorthodox approach to condiments on chicken. They did not seem interested in making us happy, and moved quickly onward to the new suckers willing to plonk down money.Speaking of ketchup, the plastic squirt bottles on the tables here are coated in the grease from other diners' hands. Gross. The whole place smells of heavy grease, and so will your clothes after you leave. Can't recommend it...

Ho scaricato TripAdvisor solo per dirvi che quei panini fanno veramente schifo. Non vi fidate di quelli che dicono che sono buoni! Con deliveroo ho speso 25,50£ per 2 cheeseburger, 2 patatine e una Coca-Cola e il risultato é stato : pane molle, carne secca e insapore e formaggio bruciato. A questo punto preferivo prendermi due panini al Mac, di sicuro sarei stata più felice. Ne ho mangiate di schifezze, ma questa proprio no! Ho buttato tutto quanto dopo tre morsi.

I went to Dirty Burger today for lunch as I'd heard good things about the burgers. Unfortunately the burger wasn't that great I don't understand what all of the hype is about. The beef had been seasoned with way too much pepper which actually ruined the taste of the burger for me. Also they say they cook their burgers medium-well but I think it was more than well done! I also ordered the crinkle fries, they were crispy which was good but they were cold which was a bit annoying. My friend ordered the onion fries I have to say those actually tasted really nice.

Burger was under-cooked and over-seasoned with pepper. Not a great experience from a taste, texture or enjoyment factor. Very disappointing. Staff were fine but let down by the whole experience. Burger King was better I'm afraid to say.

Love this burger but be warned it is very dirty (in a good way) - it will drip all the down you and is quite messy but that's all the fun of it.

I've always wanted to try this place but paying £10 over is a bit much for a work lunch. I went for the first time because the lunch combo deal with £6 but it definilty is not my favourite burger joint. I found the burger quite tuff and chewy so don't think it's quality meat. The bun was also really soggy. I wouldn't go again but can't complain for £6

I visited from Manchester, where takeout food is awesome and quick. Here I walked in, waited patiently, and at least 3 people were served before me that came in afterwards. Being the one of the last 2 people waiting to be served I then asked for my food and the server rudely said "how would I know that you wanted to be served". I thought that it would have been obvious since I'd be waiting patiently for about 10 minutes. Anyway. The food was ok. But the service sucked.

Ordered from Deliveroo and when it arrived burger was juicy, great flavour and the fries were great. Will definitely need to visit a restaurant soon.

Offering a small menu specialising in burgers, this place has one of the best burgers I've had, great combination of chuck alongside a well prepared and put together burger!

I went here on Valentine's Day for lunch, had the veggie burger with chips came to £6 as the lunchtime deal was applied! Was overall delicious! Good pricing and deal too considering some burgers are £7 on their own. Is a small store but we were only ones in there. Delicious, would recommend for lunchtime deal.

Locale piccolo ma sicuramente da preferire ai vari McDonald o Burger King. il panino ve lo fanno al momento, la scelta non è molta ma in compenso la qualità c'è. Molto buone anche le patatine, se avete fame e ci passate davanti fermatevi senza problemi.

Have been here four or five times when staying in London for work. The Dirty Bacon (cheeseburger with bacon) is so good and the crinkle cut fries and IPA are pretty great as well. I particularly appreciate the fact that when you take out you get a couple of sachets of mayo and ketchup without having to ask. 4 stars as it is pricey - £15 for burger, fries and a small can of beer. Hasn't stopped me going back though...

I've been here twice.The first time, I simply asked 'what's your best burger?'the bacon cheeseburger was subsequently served and I was stunned by the quality of every ingredient and the way it was cooked and served.The second time was with my 12 year old son, as I'd kept banging on about the burger, so this time we had the chips and the proper milkshakes.All faultless.I'm hooked.

It never seems to fail me. £10 for a lunch in, is probably a daily lunch allowance. In all sincerity, it's one of my favourite burger 100 m from my front door. 9.01/10. Accompanied with, a small tin of Heineken. 0verall, 9.03/10.

Visited 27th Oct. Went for the classic dirty burger. Burger came nicely cooked to medium, bags of flavour, perhaps a touch too much pepper. Sweet potato fries and onion rings were very good. Service very friendly and beers lively and cold.Given the small seating area it's pretty drafty when the door opens. Otherwise it is exactly as described, a burger shack.Price wise it's a tiny bit cheaper than GBK.

Me the Mrs and two kids visited Dirty Burger Vauxhall last night. It was delicious food and the lady who served us got our order spot on, despite us changing it three times as we ordered and asked questions about how rare the burgers were etc. When I got my burger it tasted absolutely amazing. Probably the best burger I've ever had, and I've had loads! The reason I've given it 4 stars is the price: £42 for four burgers, two portions of fries, three cans of coke and a small can of Heineken. Within that, on the menu board coke was £2, which if expect a glass bottle and fancy glass for, not just a standard can! Other than the price it was brilliant. I couldn't afford a £5 Oreo milkshake but it looked good if you have the means...

Hard place to find especially tucked away in the middle of Vauxhall. But the effort is worth it. Nice little burger shack. This isn't your 5 Guys. This has a very limited menu of a few burgers and chips. Obviously the main food is THE DIRTY BURGER. Thats what I always have. It's extremely juicy and so tasty. If you wanna sit in then you can. Not a huge amount of space but it's possible. It's designed to look like a shack. If you want to sit outside feel free but it's on the Vauxhall one way system which is phenomenally busy with cars and lorries. A tad on the pricey side. Looking at easy £10 per person for burger and chips. But I have never regretted it.

Someone's put a lot of effort into making this place look really scruffy, to the point where I've been studiously ignoring it for weeks when looking for food in Vauxhall. Investigated more closely tonight and finally 'got' the theme. Limited menu, which I like, just burgers nowt else. Cooked fresh in an open kitchen which reveals that the food handling etc is up to par as far as I could see. A very good burger indeed, with properly crisp sweet potato fries. Really a takeaway with pavement seating but not unpleasant if the weather's OK. Will go again.

My first visit to dirty burger, I went after long hour shift and was absolutely starving !I went in and ordered a takeaway for two. My order was taken and I sat and waited and watched the two staff men struggle. Orders piled on and all the burgers went into the bin. Personally I was tired and starving just wanted my food and leave. Another batch was being made once I got my food I left in seconds. Got home took a huge bite out of my burger and it was bloody. It was too rare I couldn't eat it. I ate around with small bites ate the bread tomato and cheese that I could scrape off. Dived into the chips ! Which were divine! I was upset that the burger was too rare. It was blood red and raw bits I didn't want to upset my stomach. My partner eats medium and even he couldn't eat the burger everything went in the bin after that long wait. I only got to enjoy the chips. I called in to complain but the guy that picked up couldn't understand me and said to call at 6pm. I called and the lady said the make medium burgers which is understandable but our burgers were not medium it was too rare. Minced meat should be cooked perfectly. She said she couldn't help so I left it.

This really isn't a normal burger joint. Everything is high quality and prepared fresh, whether that is the ice cream that goes into the shakes or the exceptional quality meat in the burgers. Very nice vibe as well. Not to be missed!

Absolutely love dirty burger! They are ridiculously tasty and have the best fries. Buns are super delicious and I love the decor of the Vauxhall one. Great to pop in for a quick bite
