Really terrible service and food the worst. I ordered 3-piece chicken and got 3 Sad, dried drumsticks. The worst kfc I’ve visited.

Had KFC delivered from Ramsgate KFC. Absolutely awful food. Dry, soggy, burger suppose have salad, had the tiniest bit lettuce, and that's all. Cost over £35 for a awful meal .. YUK!

I ordered on just eat. When I phoned KFC to say that the order say it had been delivered. When it hadn't KFC informed me it was not their fault, they handed it to the driver. They have no idea who took it. End of story. What a waste of time

Was harassed by a female member of staff with severe halitosis to complete a survey whilst I waited for my food, pressurising me to complete the survey on my phone, had to say no several times, binned the food as it looked like it had phlegm in the burger

Went in on a Saturday night. Full of loud youth. This distracted the two young people behind the counter, and I was treated as I wasn't even there. When the young boy passed me the bag of food, it was as if he didn't want to give it to me in my hand. When I asked for mayonnaise, he picked up a few sachets and threw them into my hand rather than placing them. I didn't feel welcome.

they just cant get the orders right, always something missing. The chicken is always over cooked to the point of burnt which totally ruins the taste. We've tried 3 times now and wont bother again

Food was cold service was rubbish when spoke to the manageress her attitude stunk the way that she was speaking to a staff was outrageous this woman really needs a reality check in some people skills disgraceful vile woman

They are obviously horrifically understaffed and the place shouldn’t be open in its current form. I’ve been twice now and come away empty handed both times. The first time was drive thru and there was no one on the ordering window so I had to leave. Today I went in there with my son and the queue was out of the door so I ordered through the touch screen. When I had finished I pressed order and it just hung for 5 minutes (waiting for confirmation from the till) and then just went back to the Home Screen. Honestly, don’t bother going here - they need to get their act together.

Solito pollo fritto, abbastanza buono. Molto seccante essere sottoposti ad un fuoco di fila di domande inutili (menu large, extra large, con questo, senza quello) che creano solo confusione. E poi l'addetta ti prepara il caffè espresso prima del pollo: fantastico. Sorry.

Visited for a quick lunch. Pleasant clean surroundings and normal KFC portions and products. Staff efficient and friendly.

Really enjoy getting my chicken from here. Lovely staff very pleasant and helpful. Food is always quickly sorted out. Never had problems here at all. Thoroughly recommend this fast food place

Went in here for kfc and chips the restaurant is very dirty doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for ages.it was busy full of teenagers who take up all the restaurant.it is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to even the staff look unfriendly and were to busy chatting to serve you.i will never be going back to this kfc ever.needs a complete shake up and more staff training.

I would probably only eat here if it were late at night and everything was closed. It not very clean and they clean floors while you are eating so they can leave early and it's just fast food. The service is slow and kids just hang out there.

When in Ramsgate do as the Ramgatonians do- this does not involve a visit to KFC which supplies old frozen chicken fried up. You can taste that the chicken is not fresh and thats the reality with most fast food places.

Standard KFC food served promptly in a clean and tidy restaurant. Friendly staff. No soap in the toilets; when we politely complained we were taken to the kitchen to wash our hands. Whilst this was helpful it doesn't solve the problem for other customers.

This was order 2013 late afternnoon with a few people at the counter,ordered a bucket went straight home 3-4 minutes opened up bucket chips had no heat in them and smelt of dry oil and cold and the chicken had very little meat on the carcas will not go there again ,I would have thought the staff would be careful in selling cold food

Could do with being more organised as there is always a huge que at lunch time which I honk puts people off from eating there.food cold do withe being hotter took 15 minutes for my order and it was cold not too impressed

Fries were nearly cold, chicken batter was too overcooked. Dirty burger was not stacked properly. Coleslaw was full of stems. Gravy was lovely though. Friendly staff. Daughter works at our local KFC, and said it was bellow standard that they are expected to serve food.

Siempre tratan de presentar el mejor aspecto de cualquier lugar que visite o al menos el de peor última. Este "restaurante" el volumen de comida que te dan hace relación calidad-precio. Compramos un balde de partido que resultó ser enormemente demasiada comida para tres adultos y un niño con hambre. Que por desgracia fue el final de lo que era bueno. Los compañeros carente de calidez, carácter o cualquier capacidad de atención al cliente. Me costó con comunicación clara ni precisa. El hecho de que son jóvenes y extranjeros no les impiden de sonriente, saludo y agradeciendo. El restaurante necesita limpio, los contenedores de necesidad de vaciar regularmente (bastante que se deje a un desbordamiento como eran). Uno de los colegas trasladaron mesas arrastrándolas por el suelo creando una cacofonía de ruido. chocante No lo quieres escuchar al comer. Mi prometido no usar la habitación de las chicas porque estaban muy por debajo de un nivel aceptable de limpieza. En resumen la comida era aceptable era nada más.

Había conseguido un vale en la parte trasera de un recibo, así que mi marido y yo metimos para un almuerzo rápido. Ambos Pedimos un bocadillo de pollo y patatas fritas. El personal era muy educado y amable, el lugar estaba limpio, lo unico fue la comida podría haber estado más caliente.

Usual KFC chicken related products. Kept clean and tidy by staff. Toilets always tidy. Situated middle of town

Don't know how they do it for the price - suppose the volume must be the key. Chicken tastes nice with a good combination of herbs and spices but couldn't eat too often - ok for a change

Estamos de visita en Ramsgate y desde nuestra última visita este KFC ha tenido una reforma y para mejor, es mucho mejor allí y la limpieza. El personal era amable y la comida era buena.

You know what you're getting with KFC. The staff were neither friendly or unfriendly, the food was quick but average, there were screaming children behind me. Much the same as every other visit to KFC ever.

it has chaned now in ramsgate looks much better and cleaner and works a lot faster too,staff are pleasent and food is always good what u expect from a kfc really

El restaurante estaba muy limpio y el personal es amable, no me importa lo sustituyendo determinados en el menú principal.

It is like any KFC, It is not the best thing to eat but neither the worst The only thing that I do not like is that there is too much oil left on the chicken

The whole of the UK is plastered with adverts right now for Zinger stackers, someone must have forgotten to tell this store that they might sell quite a few of them. Queued for 10 mins to get served, ordered 2 Zinger stackers, waited 5 mins, called over by staff to show me one item on a tray on the counter only to be told that there were no more for at least another 8 minutes as they had run out! I asked what else was ready that I could have instead, apparently they had run out of everything. I asked for a refund which was finally delivered via a monosyllabic manager with no apology. GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS!!!!!!

I have occasionally eaten here when either the urge for dirty chicken has overwhelmed me, or more likely when I want something hot to eat and only have £2 on me. It's OK, the chicken seems quite dry at times but it is what it is.One thing I would say is NEVER get a takeaway from this particular branch. They are incapable of getting an order right and putting it in a bag. You need to be in clear sight of your food at all times, or you will be missing chips, have the wrong chicken and/or have coleslaw instead of beans or vice versa. Not great, but does what it is supposed to do.

Dry tasteless muck, next time i am tempted by a kfc advert, i shall donate the money to the BNP,to get rid of the scum that sell it

Went to KFC for lunch nice and clean restaurant - not busy for September - food was good. Staff were friendly.

Like any kfc. . nothing special, but if you feel like eating some junk you can find it in down town .

Take away meal on Saturday 24/10/16 was awful for the second month running. Threw the lot away. Chicken was dried out chips were cold and coleslaw was runny. My husband complained with so far no response same as in store complaint last month. Also loyalty card wouldn't register so lost points. Never again.

I went to this KFC on Saturday 3/1/2015, not knowing the area. Opted for good value predictable KFC. How wrong we were. The restaurant was practically empty and it was a quiet day. However, it was a large, double fronted restaurant. Every table was dirty and grubby, with empty drink containers on the floor, obviously to kick about and have some fun with (I think not) The staff outnumbered the customers as I noticed 4 of them and only 2 of us. The milk shake machine wasn't working and the plastic obelisk (warning of a wet floor) was soon used as a football for an arriving family. I asked for a clean table to be told they were all clean. I pointed out in excess of 20 tables and no customers. I also pointed out the corporate signs adoring the windows, luring potential customers to enter an sample their wares, that were filthy from grubby ketchup laden little fingers grabbing them over many years. Rotting sign supports are not good. I also pointed out that my shoes were sticking to the floor as I was experiencing problems pulling my shoes back" I asked a member of staff if the kitchen was clean and he assured me it was (just like the dining area). Just who licenses this establishment? A large double building with just a couple of diners??? The food was barely warm and had probably been kept that way for an unspecified amount of time. I'll bet the chicken Is something of an old boiler by the time it was served. Disgraceful, disgraceful, disfraceful. CLEAN YOUR DIRTY ACT UP KFC.

Food was freshly cooked and very tasty. Premises are very clean. Children were made to feel very welcome, we were no rushed to vacate the table.
