McDonald's in Malvern Hills

Thursday 23rd March and we were travelling along the M5 on our way from Seaton, Devon to Bolton. We stopped at this Service Station for a quick bite and a pit. We visited this branch of McDonald's which is located in the circular Food Hall area in the Service Station. It has a number of eateries, including this one around the edge of the area with seating in the centre. We ordered and paid for our food and drinks, two cheeseburgers and two flat whites, via self ordering screens. We did not have to wait long for our order to be prepared and collected. The burgers were tasty and at a good temperature, the coffee was as always flavoursome, fans of McD's coffee. The seating area was clean and well maintained. This was one of the best Service Station's that we have visited and McDonald's did not disappoint.

Called in this morning. Not busy. Ordered coffees from the self service screen. Plenty of staff, but no one serving or at the counter. Customers building up. After 7 or 8 minutes waved a crew member over politely asked for the two coffees. Was told "no idea mate" what was happening, with a smirk. Our coffees were then handed to another customer. Not impressed.

Went in before 23.00 and was closed! Is the last time I stop here. Asked staff why is closed and been told it s cleaning time. Well good luck I m not gonna stop here

Terrible expiriance no communication on there staff shortage and didn’t tell people you can skip the line using the app absolute joke of a place😂

You’re changed me twice for our family’s meal at your self service machine crashed after talking payment,you told me it hadn’t gone through!cust. services have told me to drive 344 miles for a refund for your error,a disgrace!6 hour after eating here My husband was ill for 5 days. You probably think I am making it up. I wish I was. Not a great start to a family holiday

During COVID-19 service is somewhat limited, and on one occasion, they ran out of all options except one. Good otherswise, but shorter opening hours!

Stopped over for a McD heading north to Rhodesia from a Kara and Keith's stop-over after our two weeks on the Lizard. Not the best McD, only warm fries and burgers which is becoming the average for a McD in this country. Can you turn up the heat on your holding trays? Cornwall Services on the A30 have served HOT two years running so it can be done.

Woeful. Cold food, poor service and ridiculous waiting time. 5 machines didn’t work to place an order, huge amounts of people having to wait to even order.

Stopped for food which turned out to be cold, should have remembered from the last time we tried it, we will never learn.

Perfect location for a quick coffee stop, fast and efficient and exactly what you want when you have a busy day ahead

Selected and paid for grand big mac, whilst my partner got a normal big mac, and there was no difference! Just a change in packaging.

Placed our order on the machine and food was ready within the minute, even got a free upgrade on our milkshake! Good price, hot food, very fast service. Everything you'd want a McDonald's to be.

Izzy and I stopped in at these services on our way from the Lizard in Cornwall to our caravan at Rivendale, Derbyshire. We had been on the road without a stop for over 5 hours. We had our old favourites, McMuffins with a Hash Brown and a cuppa. My it was good, fresh juicy and just as I like it; bacon does vary from McD to McD and this bacon was as good as it gets.
