i regularly come in and customer service is always brilliant, one staff member named Carly continuously makes sure our experience is great.

Food is always dry and cold. like they have left it sitting there for 20mins before serving it to you. Chips are soggy most of the time, and the burgers are dry and cold and the wait is always long 20mins+. I don't recommend ordering take away as it is almost certainly cold by the time it gets to you.

For the past four weeks I’ve been in for a hot chocolate and a breakfast each Wednesday but the hot chocolate is not available as the machine is broken. I therefore leave with nothing. Surely it can’t take that long to repair or replace the machine. Staff just turned their backs when I politely asked if it would ever be repaired as if not I’ll stop elsewhere.

came in around 5am,28/1/25. place was just as cold inside as outside. spoke to the manager about the heating - told they were told to keep the temp at whatever because they are expecting an important visitor/inspection. I thought the customer is the most important visitor to the store! so much for customer service. thanks

Drivers came from Worcester and Birmingham without local knowledge they pick up three deliveries each different direction from two different Apps while the last order gets cold

I have used McDonalds all over the world since 1988, this branch in Malvern Link Worcestershire is by far the worst. I have been here around 30 times over the last 5 years, usually through the drive through, I honestly can’t remember them ever getting an order right! I used them again today for the first time in over a year (I’d given up on them), I always end up thinking I’ll give them another chance of redemption, something must have changed by now, but yet again they got it wrong! I honestly wonder how can they keep consistently getting it wrong, are other customers just accepting the poor service and saying nothing?!? Perhaps when they get home they realise it’s wrong & can’t be bothered driving all the way back. I spoke with the manager today, she was rude and unapologetic. I really have had enough with this brach! I love McDonalds, but this place on Enigma business park is dreadful. The food isn’t particularly good here either, burgers packed badly, fish fingers always overcooked. Such a shame McDonalds!!!

No milkshakes or McFlurries 25 min wait for donut, no apology

More of a ‘Drive Queue’ than Drive Thru. During peak times you have to park up and wait. Priority of orders given to delivery pick-ups. Clearly not coping with demand at least inform customers of long wait times.

I waited a considerable length of time at the Drive Thru today Monday 30th January at 5.15pm . The queue was very slow being served. When I finally received my food order, I realised that it was incorrect. They had forgotten I had ordered 2 quarter pounders and not just one. When the Assistant checked my receipt she explained that the young lad (Asian) taking the order had input the wrong information. I explained I was not prepared to get back into a very slow long queue when it was there INCOMPETENT staffs fault. They were not at all helpful, nor did they seem at all bothered. No apology for their mistake. The staff taking orders need some serious training as there memory skills are absolutely atrocious to say the least. If this is how they treat there customers then I’d advice people avoid them!

The food isn’t that bad but before, they would always get the order wrong. Horrible staff as they shouted at me when I said that my food is wrong, and it takes 30+ mins for my food. It’s sad that this McDonalds is in Malvern as other McDonald’s are much better. Literally I would choose KFC if McDonald’s weren’t so close! It should be changed to KFC. and as always, THE ICE CREAM MACHINE IS BROKEN. ITS BEEN BROKEN SINCE I MOVED TO MALVERN!!!

Like every McDonald's, take order after order after order online and in the restaurant but don't have the facilities or staff to cope. Not the staffs fault at all as it's at every McDonald's

Good food and cleanliness like any other McDonald's you'll find; only thing is they took about 10mins to make a coffee and burger whilst only about 4 orders were on the screen; You could tell the kitchen staff were inexperienced or just generally slow as they could never figure out who's coffee was who's. However I guess this was only a one-off slow experience

Tried to park up in the cluck and collect spaces due to having a 17week old in the car (as this would be easier due to a crying baby) and could park up and knew it would be quicker so I was in time for breakfast. Was told I had to move so that a lorry could park there. (Need to make sure that people can click and collect or what is the point in having them there if they are for delivery!!) So quickly made my way round to the drive thru which I knew would be hard due to a crying baby. But had to sit and wait which by the the time I was putting in my order the menu changed to lunchtime. Then at the end of all of that when taking the order putting in the wrong dip on. So adding another one. When I got to open it I didn’t even receive one of the dip for the selects. Absolutely rubbish!!!

Absolutely heaving, during half-term

Really really awful. We were waiting 20 minutes for one hash brown so decided to leave. We then came back for lunch and were waiting for 30+ minutes for a small lunch order. The staff are rude and there is no management. How can you call this fast food?

Extremely slow service. Quick enough to take your money, but be prepared to wait 20-30 mins for food. Food piling up at the pass but very little getting out. Drinks and ice creams prepared and melting

It’s 3.45 at night , I am in drive thru with one more car , I ordered a double espresso and water and I am waiting 15 minutes in the line , 2 cars in general .

Not 24 hours. I start work at six a.m. and have been to the drive through on two separates occasions at half five, only for an automated voice to tell me they are closed! And yes, I can see the members of staff trying to hide by the window...

Mc Donald's, you get what you pay for as usual. The Malvern Link one was busy, but the service was quick. The tables were clean and tidy and we left Happy with our meal but my granddaughters were unhappy about a special milkshake that they had come specially for was not available

If you want to wait 2 hours and 42 minutes in a crowded bad food restaurant then feel free but staff lovely and lousy foot rank manky toilets and waiting too long !!!

Went in today with 2 granddaughters and special shake they were after, although heavily advertised, not available. Last time we went in Mcflurrys was not available. There is no paper in self service machine for a receipt. Staff seem to stand around behind the counter not doing a lot. Order when it came was wrong. Seems a poorly led outlet.

When it is correct it is fine and when it isn't they are absolutely hopeless. Ordered two meals the same the other night and they only did one stating they thought it was a glitch and binned one. I asked for it and they sent an email thanking me for my white latte order. I told them I'd had the email and they said "yes, I'm just doing it". I remarkably had to point out that the meal I ordered didn't even have a drink let alone only comprised of one. Idiots. Left hungry after 30 minutes. I'm diabetic type one. I had to rush home and get a sandwich. The night manager on 7th Aug 24 should be woefully ashamed and retrained. Didn't even want to retake the order at the till for some reason and suggested I needed to do it on the app which kept now taking me to an error screen despite multiple restarts. Ridiculous experience at 2.15am!

been waiting and hour for drink then 40 mins for a drink and the mess on the floor

If I could rate this place with no stars I would. We placed an order as a surprise for our son and the driver came with just the drinks and not the food. I rang McDonald’s and they said that the food was still there and wanted us to go to pick it up as they didn’t want to send any of their staff or rather than suggesting that they would get another driver to bring it. Like what is the point of delivery if they are going to forget to give the drivers the food. Then we had to reorder the food and it cost £7.99 for bloody delivery and a £0.99 small order fee like really. Absolutely disgusting.

Pretty appalling got two bacon flat breads could have breathed on them and heated them up more both stone cold good point they were replaced but alas these were stone cold too it’s not exactly hard to heat one up to correct temp as per the law note the time and guess what everyone will come out correct temp

Called today with my wife for a McFlurry. We're very familiar with this item and we're disappointed with the amount in the container. A small complaint, but if replicated to all customers becomes significant.

Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder Meal and Milkshake and got a Coke Zero and a cheeseburger instead. Also they never seem to have any sauces

Inconsistent communication with Uber drivers resulted in me not receiving my food. The best they could offer was a refund, which is simply not acceptable. Edit: I decided to give this place one more chance, only to be severely disappointed. Every item I ordered was stone cold. This is unacceptable, especially for a place that stays open late for its customers. The quality has significantly declined, and I'm surprised the reviews don't reflect this. It's a real shame because this place has potential, but it consistently falls short. The people of Malvern deserve better. Edit: Despite my hopes for improvement, it's clear that it's completely and utterly impossible.

Unusual for a maccy dee, the Malvern shopping centre was a real pleasure to use. The food was freshly cooked, the attendant called out, "Guest number 62" rather than "Order number 62", (a nice touch). Our milkshakes were thick and flavoursome. A really good experience we hope to encounter again.

It wasn't busy but they still didn't get my order right. Staff were lovely about correcting but if I'd taken it away I wouldn't have the discovered problem until I got home. Disappointing. Again

One of THE WORST I have been too. Constantly get regular orders wrong let alone delivery orders either wrong or they amend them… when someone ordered something YOU SUPLY IT, you DO NOT alter. If it’s not available then refund, simple. Clearly the staff can’t read correctly either. Appalling.

A popular destination with a drive through and dine in/take away. Order by the large screens and wait for your number to be called. You don’t need to wait long.

I'm getting fed up with being short changed, drove over and ordered takeaway ordered 9 chicken nuggets and only got 6, diet coke is always flat, got no receipt and only photos to prove the wrong amount of nuggets, so ripped off yet again

Food was ok, one minor thing was that brought me the wrong milkshake, otherwise there were no issues with the food. It was fairly busy at the time of our visit, so there was quite a lot of noise, which I struggle with, and as an autistic adult I found this McDonalds difficult to be in; in particular the seats and tables by the windows are joined and any movement travels to the next seats and tables, the movement and vibration is highly irritating. Staff were pleasant and friendly, and were quite quick to clean up after a customer left.

The dumbest experience! Ordered via the app and stated both 'eat in' and added our table number - see photo, yet when it hadn't arrived after 15 mins found a bag with our order waiting to be collected?? Unsurprisingly it was cold - how uncaring do you have to be to get that wrong...?

It took an hour to receive a very small order, the place was empty no where near full or even half full, it was so confusing as food was just there with no collections or call outs or bagging of the food it was just getting looked at picked up rotated and put down so confusing.

Been multiple times and had pretty fast service. The main problem is the milkshake machine never working. You think with all the money they make they would invest it in a new one. The food is usually hot so thats a bonus

Without a doubt the most incompetent, rubbish McDonald’s I have ever been to. Last night, we waited at the drive through for 15 minutes before anyone bothered to take our order. It was 9:30 on a Tuesday evening and little to no customers were inside - so not really sure what the confusion/delay was. We ordered two chicken deluxe meals, which took an age to come. As we drove off, I checked to ensure that we had everything (they’ve missed something each time we have visited) and, lo and behold, both our chips were missing. Had to drive back in. Staff were uninterested, unapologetic and said ‘oh, you forgot your chips’. Food was cold and tasteless. Last time we will be returning.

Waiting over 2 hours for delivery, to Late to order from somewhere else, cannot cancel or will be charged, absolute disgrace, if they cannot deliver they should at least cancel the order and refund.

Ordered via the app 1 happy meal, 1 wrap, 1 chips 1 mcflurry only 5 items had to wait in the bay with the mcflurry melting! why is that given before the rest of the order? the happy meal was cold so my little one wasn't happy and the chips with the wrap were missing. If it was crazy busy or I had ordered lots I could understand but it was quiet so no que, its such a shame as our it was a takeout treat was ruined. Having read a few reviews I see missing items are to be expected.

Dirty toilets, no clean tables, very unfriendly staff all messing around out back, not interested in customer service. Very unprofessional manager joining in with staff messing around. We won't be visiting again.

A quick stop for breakfast but wish I didn’t bother. Hash brown was cold, muffin was stale. The girls were too busy talking about the Walking Dead to pay attention to the food! Coffee was ok though

The McDonald's at Three Counties Retail Park, Townsend Way, Malvern WR14 1PY, offers the typical fast food experience you'd expect. While the food is consistent with the McDonald's brand, the service and cleanliness were somewhat lacking during my visit. It's an okay option if you're looking for a quick bite, but don't expect anything extraordinary.

Hamburger was dry. Customer service was top marks, a lovely lady clearing the tables.

I'm not a fan of fast food. It was a convenient place to meet, good parking was key. Very nice and professional staff though.

Like most of the fast food outlets this one is no different, they all lack atmosphere.

God awful! The staff are incompetent. My partner was asked to park up as they were 'waiting on eggs' he was sat in the car park waiting for half an hour so eventually was forced to go in and find out what was going on. They had somehow completely forgotten about the order and were looking around all gormless. They then refused to make our order again because 'the cookers have been switched over'. No breakfast for us then I guess! Just shocking customer service, these staff need some more training. If you can't simply get an order out at mcdonalds god help you!

If I could give a minus stars review this place would definitely deserve it. This place is absolutely disgraceful for deliveries. They constantly miss items off the order and hardly ever follow instructions. Todays order 2x cheese burgers both arrived with no buns even said on receipt sorry we have no buns (really?). Ordered Big Mac no salad no onions as husband has difficulty swallowing. Big Mac arrived with extra salad and onions. Bottle of blackcurrant oasis, I was sent orange Fanta. Avoid this place like the plague they are useless.

Busy place I appreciate but the food does take too long to be ready. My issue isn't the time taken although it really should be quicker and I've been in some much busier mcd's regularly where the food delivery is almost instant. The problem with my visit here on this occasion was the child who called my order number! When I collected my food I asked for extra sauce pots, these were launched at my tray of food in such a nonchalant manner and then she dismissed me with a flick of her head and all this without uttering one word. 👌

We had an issue with Uber Eats where the driver told us at our door she only picked up half our order. UberEats were useless, but we rang the restaurant and then came round the drive thru to collect missing items. Staff were lovely, wish I had asked the name of the manager that spoke to us as she was an asset to the company. Shame Uber is letting them down as won't be using UberEats ever again.

Yesterday I went to grab a mayo chicken during my break. It tasted off but I didn’t have any other food that day so I ate it. Not even 3 hours later I started throwing up uncontrollably and couldn’t even keep liquids down! I had to call emergency services as it was so bad and they told me I have food poisoning. I’ve never been so ill in my life and I will never ever trust a McDonald’s ever again!

I thought our order was perfect until I realised that we were missing 2 large diet cokes from our delivery order, we were missing 1 large cappuccino last week and me and my mother aren’t happy with this type of service.

Although be it a a cheap and fast service, I made all the staff aware of my partners allergy’s asking for certain things to be prepared separately, but no they came with the burger I asked for them to be incredibly clear of, staff are beyond help, I very clearly communicated that it was a issue to the young woman and young lad at the counter around 1:20/1:30 this morning and yet the order managed to slip though the cracks, we didn’t check until we were home but I’m glad we did, unless!

Ordered a hamburger with ketchup and onion...believe it or not this better than the last time when i ordered extra onion and got nothing at all..cheers mcdonalds won't need the breath mints!!

This store has changed so much since last year. There are 2 staff members out front who are always friendly and helpful, food comes fast as it should. Such a better ran place now.

Used the drive-through and had to wait for food, which was cold and unappealing, compared to other McDs it's not the best when busy.
