Domino's Pizza in Malvern Hills

Ordered a delivery. Large pizza thin crust. Delivery was fine and delivery person friendly so all good to this point. The pizza wa more crunchy than crispy. 13.5 inch and £26 delivered. I can’t believe that anyone can see this as value for money, I ordered through just eat as I was given a voucher. I would never order from dominos again. I was always curious as to why domino’s were still in business in Malvern as Hillside is next door and half the price. Hillside is our usual pizza place but not on just eat. The domino’s pizza was badly cut, poorly put together and like a Jacob’s cream cracker for a base. It was smaller than Hilside, not even half as good for twice the price. Maybe people are swayed by the brand name.

Consistently perfect pizzas. By far the best Dominos I’ve ever used. Great team of employees that obviously take pride in what they do.

Your fries r disgusting u need to change them rotten make ya sick and the prices off them yous should be ashamed to even selling them at that prices pure ROTTEN

One slice of pepperoni, one sclice of mushroom, and a dusting of onion per slice. Awful. Rip off.

Word of advice: get it delivered, DO NOT COLLECT, as it takes them twice as long to prep it for some reason.

Haven't had a domino's in years, couldn't recommend enough so fast in bringing the order and was piping hot. Very nice will order again soon.

Food was great, and good fast efficient service. We had the plant based supreme pizza which was nice. We got a deal during the week but the pizzas are really expensive at Domino's.

£10 was absolute scam for the pizza I just got given, sloppy slop to be fair x (also ordered a pickle topping and got 2 slices)

Fast delivery service, which is only good quality for this chain, staff are rude. Food is over priced.

Placed the order over the phone. Received a phone call later to say they are running out of 14 chickens we ordered, offered other stuff, i said no, just cancelled the chickens, and change the medium pizzas to large. They said will upgrade the pizzas FOC. My husband picked the order up, and they charged for the chicken even though they can't make them!!! I called to say this is wrong, and he said the upgrade of the pizzas covered for the undelivered chicken, which is totally rediculous. He said I can give you a credit, i said i am not getting a credit for his mistake! After called me couple of times, in the end said he did it wrong, and will refund the difference, but need to call me back in 10-20 minutes, which he did. Then again he said sorry I can't do it now, i got to call you in another half an hour. We are still waiting for his response. Ridiculous service.

2 and a half hours for food to arrive and when it did the pizza was cold and hard. My colleague had the same experience and I know when we’ve ordered them for work they’ve also taken a long time. But for it to arrive cold and hard is pretty terrible. Like yesterday’s pizza.

Took over an for the order to arrive despite it being 10 minutes down the road. I phoned up twice to ask where it was because the tracker said it was delivered and both times they said it was a couple minutes away when it wasn't. I got a call from the delivery driver to say he was outside, but when I went out he wasn't. I then rang dominos again to be told that they were dealing with another customer and I'll have to phone back another time. When the order finally arrived, the driver began to lecture me saying I need to put my full address on the order so he can find the house easier. Just extremely rude customer service from start to finish

Pizza was lovely. Waiting time was great. Only downfall was lack of parking along the busy road.

Late delivery. When called they said driver will be 5 minutes. 20 minutes later called again to be told driver will be 4 minutes. Won't be ordering from here again.

Both the young girls couldn't understand a word I said. I'm from Birmingham. Pizza was hot but just tasted of salt 🧂 common thing for dominos. £8 for privilege next day £5 for lovley pizza two doors down

Use this branch quite abit.. food always good and hot, any issues have always been rectified

Great service, friendly staff... The Strippers are so tasty, I think sometimes they could do with a bit longer in the oven. Maybe if you're not too busy. Open the oven side window to give them 1 and a half. The quality of pizza here is very high. You're looking at about a 7 point pie minimum! I have been to many other franchises and never as good as what I know of from this one 😁 If you've had a bad Domino's in the past, give this one a try.

Wish I could give them zero. I ordered a delivery 2 weeks ago using the app. I rang them straight away to cancel the order after I needed to do few changes. I didn't have the chance to order again. They took my money. I have been trying to get hold of the manager and I have been told different excuses and that the manger will get back to me. Its now 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the manager who is an embarrassment to the word manager to get back to me. They are now egnoring my calls. I hope they see our reviews so that they can improve their services

This time they deserve a medal for worst pizza experience ever. Ordered pizza for my partner and parents, firstly, it took 2 and a half hours to actually arrive and didn't even get a sorry or anything - the guy was actually really rude when I called and told me it would be five minutes when actually it took another half an hour - When it did finally arrive, two of the pizzas were cold, one of the pizzas which was supposed to be vegetarian had a piece of chicken on it so they had to share some of mine - when I called to ask for the one pizza to be refunded he rudely told me that he would make me another one and send it to me, insisted on it really (pretty sure after two and a half hours we didn't want to wait even longer for another pizza) finally agreed to give us a refund which still hasn't gone into our account so I doubt he actually did it. No sorry no nothing and he put the phone down on me whilst I was saying thank you (for the refund) And to top it all off, my dad who had the other vegetarian pizza found something really weird and hard in it (like a bone but not sure) and it nearly broke his tooth - it was rock solid. We all ate what we could because we were really hungry but then felt really dodgy afterwards. Never again. Never. Ever. Ever again. I hope they get shut down...

Ordered pizza on a quiet night app said it was out for delivery was stood looking out window for 20 plus minutes. The delivery guy sat in his car on phone for couple of minutes not sure if checking address but took a few minutes before getting out then carried pizza just in boxes no warm bag they usually use to keep them warm. Rang up the store to complain and got told you got your pizza within 30 mins not sure how he got that time I ordered at 16.45 and received the pizza 17.30 so nearer 45 mins.

Luke warm pizza yuke ordered and took 45 minutes from.order to come on a Monday afternoon.

Please explain to me. Why are pizzas round served in square box and cut into triangles 🧐🤯

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Dominos Malvern and had a terrible service. The first time, my food was extremely late despite the tracker saying it had been delivered already. When I called to enquire, the staff were rude and put the phone down on the side so I could hear them chattering away for a good 5 minutes at my expense before answering my questions. Tonight, they forgot part of my order and when I asked the driver about it he just looked at me at bit blank and suggested I call them if I wanted the rest delivered, as if I was asking for a special service! For the price I was paying I at least expect them to be able to fix their mess for me instead of making their customer jump through hoops to receive the food they've paid for! It's been a further 45 minutes now and I am still waiting for the rest of my order. Honestly, I've worked in customer service so I know it can be tough, but these guys really need to sort themselves out.

Premier pizza is much better in terms of quality, quantity, price and atleast the staff is so friendly unlike domino's rude staff.

Ordered tonight at 6pm on the App which took the order, after waiting 1 hour phoned the shop and told the order hasn't gone through so re-ordered via phone conversation. After waiting another hour rang again and told it would be leaving the shop in 5 minutes and we would get it in 30 minutes.... I live minutes from the shop.... Not fast food... Not Good Enough!!

Didn’t click enough times when trying to add then remove ‘extra cheese’ online, resulting in a cheese free cheese & tomato pizza being delivered! Called the shop and explained and they exchanged it for free.....great customer service as it was my mistake! Thank you dominoes.

Prob one of the best pizza places

Same as last reviewer. Unfortunately got one pizza minus the Meatballs, that I added to both. I'd of been happy if they'd just dropped some off to add to it but no. Have ordered the same thing many, many times. I was just greeted with a Facebook messenger call blasting in my ear, the girl appeared to deal with that first then asked "what was the address again?". I told it her and she simply said "it isn't written down." I asked what she meant and she said "well it ain't written down" I pointed out I needed a little elaboration and that was what I'd ordered, the same as before, and was told "well, it isn't written down". I told them to forget it. Customer lost, plenty more pizza shops around and that particular employee might as well be giving out a phone number for one of them. 11/10/20 Nothing has changed. Little one asking for pizza and they are the only place open unfortunately. 25 -30 minute delivery has, so far, taken well over an hour. Called at 50 mins, as app suggested "quality control" for 25 minutes and not "out for delivery". Was told "absolute maximum 5 minutes". I'm staring out the window waiting 15 minutes on from that and not seen a soul. Appalling. Little one has had to have a snack so now will hardly touch it when it eventually arrives. 1 hour 15 mins in. Called again, "apologies, we got busy, free pizza next time". Great. Just need to give ourselves 2 hours notice I guess. I won't bother, thanks.......🙄 Left pizza outside and PORCH DOOR OPEN!!! Pizza is cold. Pizza is missing the chicken.

Had my first pizza from Domino's, at Malvern tennis club, was very impressed, very delicious, have one in Tewkesbury will make a visit.

Quick service, great pizzas! Could be a bit perkier but you only pop in and out to grab a pizza so not fussed! :D

Wedges are never cooked, like raw chunks of potato. Apart from that nice food.

Make sure you know what you want or have internet access, only a mini menu.

The past few times I have ordered from here my orders have been missing items so I give up now and won't be ordering from here again.

Wrong order given, ordered 14 wings, garlic bread an d 7 spicy chicken wings and the pictures are what I got, total cost £17.97, feel totally ripped off, was not going to drive all the way back, will be careful next time. Advice ....... CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING SHOP.

Ordered online a sizzle and Hawaiian. Confirmed online that I was getting those pizzas. Two Hawaiian pizzas arrived instead. When I rang up staff said it was my mistake which it wasn't and wouldn't replace the pizza. Gave me a number to phone about a glitch in the system. Surely when you get it wrong, you apologise and replace the pizza. Will never have dominos again. Their customer service is rubbish.

Good service very expensive average fayre. I am astonished people would pay so much for tomato and bread and cheese.

Took 2hrs to deliver and was cold. Rang to complain and treated as a joke. Better going to premier pizza down the road.

Don’t bother - Premier Pizza are way better. Support local businesses rather than these rip off franchises that have zero customer service. Times are changing and these ‘untouchable’ businesses need to up their game, or shut their doors forever.

Could be quicker, have ordered twice and arrived after suggested collection time to stand around waiting 10/15 mins. Pizza always good and correct though

Poor quality of food especially for the price. No seating so takeaway the only option available. Don’t waste your time go down to Premier Pizza which is less than 30 seconds walk away.

Best tasting pizza around but poor service

We have always been Pizzahut Delivery people but having recently moved into the area we have swapped to Domino's. Pizza's are great, plenty choice of toppings and bases. Ordering online is easy to do, much slicker than Pizzahut I have to say. The tomato sauce is a different recipe/flavour to Pizzahut so just getting used to the subtle flavour differences. There is no option to have half portion of cheese but this is more a lack of this option throughout the Domino's chain online. We also miss out on delivery due to distance which is a shame. Shop staff are courteous and when collecting the order is ready on time and piping hot.

total rip off merchants i placed an order on line paid by card had confirmation that payment had been made to double check i phoned dominoes the one in malvern link to be told no order had been placed i explained that payment had been taken from my card only to be told it should be back in my bank in about 5 days i have the confirmation code from my bank to say the money has gone out and to top off this total shambles the person who i spoke to on the phone at dominoes was laughing my advice to every one nevet place an order on line from this shop

Terrible experience ordered a pizza on Tuesday to get the buy one get one free deal. The delivery man arrived with just one pizza and explained there wouldn't be a problem if I rang up the store. I proceeded to do so where a female assistant who's name the manager wouldn't give me stated that I should have ordered two pizzas and there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with the manager who after about ten minutes of back and for about how I should have ordered two pizzas said he would give me a new one but I would have to pay £2 for delivery. Deciding that this was the best I was going to get out of the belittleing manager I agreed. The delivery driver arrived about an hour later with the second pizza but left within about three minutes of me explaining I would pay him once I had served a customer (this pizza was delivered to my store) he then stormed off and came back twenty minutes later expecting me to pay him £2 for the now cold pizza. On asking why he had rushed off he gave no explanation and started aggressively shouting across the store at me claiming I had an issue with manager and I shouldn't have kept him waiting and that if I don't want his pizza he's going. I then rang the store as soon as I was free to be called a child by the manager there who slammed the phone down when I asked what he was going to do for me. I was at no point rude to any of the staff but am extremely unhappy with the way the whole team took attitude towards me, if they had simply honoured their two for Tuesday offer I would have been quite content but now I will not be using the store again and would like a full refund and an apology from The manager Baig who was incredibly rude and offensive.

Clearly states on the website open until 11:30pm on a Sunday. We arrive at 10:55pm. They saw us coming and ran and locked the door. Working in retail myself; this was a shocking service. I dont think I'll be returning.

I love this Dominos. They are always bang on time when I go to collect for our firm's board meetings, staff are lovely and there are never any mistakes. Dominos give me a military discount of 50% too. Well done guys! :-)

Absolutely shocking service and delivery time. I order regularly and live local. Pizza took an hour and a half to arrive with a box of mashed potatoes that were supposed to be wedges . Also selected a half and half pizza with most of toppings missing off the one side(other side was just cheese so no complaints there) the delivery driver was very rude and didn't even apologise for delivering late. I really expect better from a chain store.

Certainly not cheap, unless you have vouchers! Pizzas are consistent, though a bit on the sweet side. Pretty much what you would expect from a chain, nothing unique, but not offensive.
