Chicken was nice and hot and I got the right piece s of chicken when I asked a member of staff.brillaint I will go there again it was very nice.

Never have I ever seen a restaurant so filthy. As soon as we entered the bin was three quarters full. The floor was absolutely disgusting to dine in. Food and rubbish scattered all across the shop floor. Will not be visiting again!

Girl behind counter needs to learn the menu, I questioned the price as different to menu displayed, she couldn't answer, called her manager but he was too busy chatting to his friends, he sorted the order, no apologies from either, customer service ZERO from both, food average wouldn't rush to use this branch again, a shame as KFC worldwide and good reputation, sadly this branch leaves a lot to be desired,STAFF NEED TRAINING, COME ON KFC SHOW SOME PRIDE IN YOUR DELIVERY OF SERVICE AND TELL STAFF TO UP THEIR MANNERS!!!!

Sorry to say, Service was ok, got a 6 piece and 4 fries, Plus extra 4 piece, chicken was not up to its normal standards, Obviously, they cook loads a chicken every day, So the oil wasn't fresh, which is understandable, time about 17:30 when I went. Waste of time coming back, I'll try and phone, but to no avail, I'll try again.. Not impressed at all

Car park will fine u for parking even if conditions are met car park camera will not record u leaving properly management will try to speak to u from back of shop instead of coming to front counter 30-45mins for food if u order from hear

ordered through just eat. Three times now they have completely messed up my order apparently it is too much to ask that they check the orders before sending it out. Don't bother trying to contact the restaurant they never answer the phone.

The food was okay my wings were a bit dry but other than that the rest of the meal was fab, the staff there were really friendly and didn't hesitate us even though it was nearly closing time

Walked in here and walked back out without eating. The place was so dirty.... especially the toilets. The staff were showing no interest in the state of the restaurant. It was not even busy so no excuse!

Fairly consistent service with other KFC. Friendly staff that seemed organised and were able to deal with the queues relatively quickly. Would likely return.

I don't usually write reviews, but, it's very rare these days to see good customer service in fast food industry. I went to KFC -One Stop 13-02-19 @ 18:45 I was quickly greeted by eye contact and smile from at the time a girl behind the customer. I quickly scanned the menu board, just before placing my order cashier 716569 Kayleigh suggested from your knowledge of products and online specials trying to appetite me.Kayleigh asked if I had a Colonels card ( I've forgotten to use on many occasions) I placed my order. Always a good shout after a days shopping, never had a bad experience at this franchise. One of the best I’ve been to.

The food was cooked fresh and tasted lovely. The ice-cream were small but tasty. There was no hot drinks available as they did have any cups in stock. The again let down by the suppliers. The staff were nice and polite. The kfc was very clean.

Worst KFC I've ever had. Driest burger, deadest wings I've tasted. They didn't have any sauces and didn't have any wraps. Both me and my partner only had bites of our meals and both ended up with terrible belly ache (not the usual KFC bellyache lol) I would advise people to go somewhere else probably dixys because this KFC is trash

Awful! So, decided to pick up a KFC and eat it in the car... I thought it would be a pleasant change to have it fresh and hot... Hmm... The baked beans were hot. The ice cream was cold... The chicken pieces, pop corn chicken and fries were lukewarm at best. What on earth is going on. No only is eating lukewarm food pretty awful, but the coating on the chicken is actually quite sickly when only warm. The popcorn chicken was again lukewarm and unpleasant. Whoever is running this establishment should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves and their team.

Everytime i go there they always mess up my order. I usually use drive thru and everytime i get home something is missing or they have got the sides wrong. Today we went in and made sure the order was right. I tried to watch what they were putting in the bag n i thought it was right. I got home and nooooo they forgot my 6 chicken pieces and the side was wrong. So i thought enough was enough and i went back up there and gave them what for!!!! They replaced my order but that was it. Never going there again. The staff are thick. Brain dead idiots.

on 18/11/17, i been order 6 pc of chicken with request for tight and leg but it come for the breast and some part with the organs. take it to complaint and the manager just said replace a new piece of chicken for you without any appologies.

Called in on the 10/8/17 for a couple of large buckets waste of time waited about 10mins for someone to serve me only 1 person in front of me and it was taking the staff ages to take that persons order and there was a sickly smell of petrol.so I decided no way so off i went to MacDonald what a pleasure to be served and a clean smelling premises would recommend this off i will not be going again

I went there after school with my grandsons only because I was in a rush I would of gone back we had boneless banquet which was alright we also ordered two boneless plain chicken which was £1 50p they were rock hard needless to say went in bin my grandson who is four usually loves Kentucky

As I was staying at the hotel I decided to grab something to eat here. I ordered the 3 Stars Meal and went back to the room. To my horror the wrap was burnt on both sides and you could smell the burnt odour. Needless to say that went straight in the bin.

Chips cold. place not clean. Food boring and unappetizing. Staff seemed friendly. Toilets were clean. Too many people using disabled parking

i went in today for lunch it was busy. but the tables that were free were dirty and not cleared. on the other hand the food was spot on %100 perfect. but the tables and floors very messy. need more cleaners.

KFC what you want is what you get! So much better than that holiday inn! Made me happy! What more can you say the milkshakes are lovely thick and creamy, just the way me likes it, will definitely be returning.

Stopped for a bite to eat here. As the restaurant was busy as a drive through and not so busy inside. We decided to eat in. We both had different meals. Which inc drinks and chips. The restaurant was good and clean the service was good. On ordering our food. We were asked what drink would you like. Whilst deciding we were told they had only Pepsi. So basically there was no choice. We sat down to eat our food. The chicken was the best KFC chicken I have ever had. Fresh and moist. The chips weren't chips. They were rubbish. Thin scraggy bits of potatoes with loads of black scabs. It's such a shame that this place has no quality checking on what they throw into the fryer. As we ended throwing them in the bin. I wouldn't normally review a fast food outlet as they vary so much. But I felt that I needed to comment on this as it was the only thing that let this place down. And hopefully the management may read and act on this.

Utter rubbish! Had to wait 10 minutes for food and then the food was still cold! The person serving us didn't even give us our drinks! And when we asked for sauce he gave us one sachet between two of us, and wasn't very polite when we asked for some more. They also didn't give us any wipes or napkins to wipe our hands with after we'd finished.

Sloppy chicken, overcooked legs, saggy breast. Asked for coke got a cup of water and on top of that Happens to be one of the most uncomfortable visits dirty looks from staff from when I entered the building. Kids running around like it was a theme park. Chips and beans on the floor. Staff members dancing around the counter while I was waiting to order food. Also staff members were trying to hit on my boyfriend could the visit possibly have got any worse I think not

I really like the kfc chicken thats why I take out from here and again but the service of staff is always poor

Went through drive through, asked for leg piece in meal, didn't get it, when my husband highlighted this, he was asked "well what piece have you got?!", leg piece was then thrown into a bag and handed over, terrible customer service! When we got home the meal should have come with gravy only to find beans, i drove all the way back to be told they had run out of gravy! Did no one think it would be a good idea to tell us at the time of purchase?! Terrible attitudes with staff, in the end asked for refund! Will not be having KFC anymore! I have been to different KFCs in different towns and seem to get the same awful service! Good Customer service does not exist at KFC, from my experiences anyway

went there two days ago, ordered ameal to find out they have run out of bread....this isnt the first time they have run out of items....

Had a nice visit to KFC the counter people where Happy and kind food came very quickly and the 5 dollar fill up is a great price, only thing about the food I didn't like was the mashed potatoes, where a little dry for my liking. Free fill up on drinks compensated for that though.

You heard me correct, 10pm on a Friday evening and they replied with we have no chicken .. but we have burgers.There was a 15min wait for chicken - hold on a second, you are a chicken shop and guess what, you should have chicken ready and its the job of the manager to forecast demand and keep on top .. i mean we are hardly going to order a lamb bhuna are we ?when food did arrive it was hot, but as you would expect after 15mins in a fryer but by that time I was so fed up we didnt really enjoy it.management need to wake up and manage !!

took my wife for a change to kfc ladie very quick to take order but not helping to give the food out so had to wait a time for my order,when sat down to eat found the chiken and bean hot but the chip where not hot hoist ladie walking around not talking to customer or doing any think would i go here again yes if the service was better 8 out 10

Over the last few months I've realised some of the kfc's I visit are now using a smaller cut of meat in there burgers,so disappointed,as the meal costs over the price of a full chicken you should at least get a fillet,after all that is the name of the burger!! .....or you could always change the name to nugget burger

Horrible and terrible experience at small heath KFC . the food I ordered was dirty and smelling.Washroom was chocked with sheets.since the door of toilet was not closed properly it was visible to people sitting around there.people like eating sheet there.overall omitting experience.do not recommend it at all.

This outlet in the top half of the car park at one stop shopping centre, is fairly roomy.Staff helpful with explaining items from tv adverts not found advertised in store poster.Restaurant clean. Food tasty.

My husband fancied trying KFC we had chicken burger, fries, chicken strips and hot chocolate.The Assistant was not very patient while we were choosing, told us they were not Burger King, was surprised as we know its just Chicken and hadn't even asked a question! The fries were cold, otherwise it was ok.

I buy from the new oscott branch in Sutton Coldfield and I have to say it's the WORST place. Always get the food wrong. Always take ages. And last time they put my gravy in the box UPSIDE DOWN so it popped all over the rest of my box. To say this place is tellrrible is an understatement

I do like a treat now and then and why not go for a KFC?Well it seems to me lately that the staff are always rude! Particularly in Northfield, Kings Heath and Barnes Hill.Not only rude but slow and very forgetful. If I am asking for lettuce not to be on my burger I expect their to not be lettuce on my burger. I always feel like I have to repeat myself and they still get it wrong!Nine times of out of ten when going through the drive through me and my partner will order two box meals and you can guarantee something will be missing when we get home or they cannot fulfil the order as they don't have certain food in stock.Avoid!

I visited with 7 members of my family after having a game of Adventure Mini Golf. The service was slow, we had approx 8 mins wait. Server did apologise for wait however. The restaurant was very noisy with a lot of people queuing for food and it didn't help that the assistant spoke to me in a very quiet voice and I had to keep asking her what she said. Ordered 3 meals. Short changed on cola and asked for a top up. Two of meals when they eventually came were wrong. Had to go back up for dips that I paid for but didn't get. Then we queued up for 10 mins for ice creams to be told machine not working. Was furious. Will not go there again.

I took my family to the small heath kfc, the food was rubbish and oily, the worst customer service I have ever had, I had to trow the food away it felt like the food has been there for days, they have just put it in oil to make it look like it's fresh but it was far from fresh chicken was cold, I would tell everyone now, NOT TO GO TO KFC EVER AGAIN.They should get better people to manage the store and the food.

KFC use all the dirty oil left over from cooked chicken and turn it into gravy, all the bits that goes to the bottom of the oil pan gets scraped off instead of thrown away and gets turned into gravy thats made me sick

My son likes to be treated to a KFC lunchbox after he plays football on sunday. Win lose or draw we visit KFC in Sheldon, a new addition to the franchise. Today when I ordered his meal at the drive through the server leaned out and asked my son if he was being treated by his grandad. I am 51 and my son is 13 and maybe it is customary for some people to father a child at 20 and that child to have a child at 20 I was extremely insulted and embarrassed by this ignorant smalltalk. We will not be returning next week in case I'm told I have a crap car. The food was cooked.

Not far away form my university. Average food, a bit slow. Food was all right. hot wings are good. Will be back but not in rush.

Efficient person taking orders, slowest person on earth compiling the orders. She forgot something or made a mistake on all 3 orders in front of me. Finally a more experienced person took over who, although quick was very abrasive and gave me a spoon when I asked for a fork. Fries were cold and soggy, probably been sat on the counter for ages.

Star City KFC is only 5 mins drive for me but I will always drive 15 mins to the next nearest KFC, never again will I go to the star City KFC, poor service and cold food

JUST DON'T GO IN THERE!I usually write nice reviews, not terrible reviews, but this place was the worst ever! The staff didn't understand a word we were saying, the place was dirty, the q was really long, and everyone looked at me as I sat down and waited for the other half! I felt like the locals didn't like outsiders, and this was a Saturday evening after shopping.

Visited as in area and used drive through.Firstly screen broken on lane when ordering but food was good apart from the gravy which was runny as anything.The carpark could do with a good sweep too as at 3 in the afternoon broken glass on footway

I have only sometimes opportunity to visit kfc because my homeland doesn't have it yet. My best memories are from Asia. Unfortunately , last time I got some bad food in Barcelona but I decided to give them a try. Why did I...They had some new bbq burger in their menu and it was a flop. Terrible taste. I couldnt eat it all. Fries were not the best you can get. The waiter even forgot to put the ketchup in the take away bag so I have to eat fries without ketchup in my hotel nearby. I dont miss kfc and Im happy we dont have it in our country. And by the way the waiter had quite a bleeding nose, flu of course, was not nice to see that yummy coming out of somebodys nose when ordering your food. No more kfc's. Thank you and goodbye.

Went there tonight, food all over the floor. Waiting ages for the food due to them under staffed. Food boxes all over the table, food on the floor. Worst KFC I have ever been to. Only go if your about to die of hunger... I'm sure other will agree with my comments. At least the food was hot at least....

We had a kfc at onestop i thought they had put a mini fillet on my burger and when i questioned it i was told no thats a full size fillet burger i was not happy and can say i wont eat from this kfc again as i have eaten from another kfc and the burger was the proper size

Yes I am Nathan E who wrote this review a couple of months back I did complain a lot, but now I can see a slight improvement, Ihave a list:1. There is now a cleaner on duty at all times.2. Staff now seem to be very happy and friendly.3. there now seems to be a much, much more quicker service.4. Food is now hot NOT coldBut as I mentioned in my last review it is quite expensive for what you get in the bucket. But there is an improvement there so I'm not complaining.

Went out not long ago to the Perry Barr KFC, sat down to a veggie bean burger but in return saw an ant on the table which completely put me off! Didn't bother finishing the meal, staff were very apologetic but never returned my money. Considering it's such a big name wouldn't have expected the hygiene to be so low.

called in to this kfc for bargain bucket at 10.15 pm counter was closed so went to drive through was told could not be served as I did not have a car it was company policy how daft is that

Firstly just to let everyone know the mighty bucket for one does not even come in a bucket, they just stuff it on a tray! I personally found it a bit pricey, roughly around £5.89 i think for a mighty bucket for one, A lot more than big johns! I found the food just okay not anything special if you ask me the chicken was a bit salty, and with the mighty bucket for one you get two pieces of small chicken and just to warn everyone its really hot my mouth is still on fire. It seemed pretty clean (it was rated food hygiene 5). The kitchen area seemed very clean when i looked, and all the time i was there (approx. 30 minuets) the cleaner was on duty the whole time, always on the move and the cleaner was good at her job too. All the staff seemed friendly, i would give 5 out of 5 for service. Compared to mac Donald's and burger king at KFC all the staff seemed to be on the move and not hanging about talking. and also unlike at mac Donald's you don't get pushed aside or thrown about the place while queuing it seemed very calm as a customer. Its a bit out the way of all the shops you have to walk through a busy car park. Last thing: there is a lot of calories in their food and KFC makes it pretty clear on their menu boards how many calories are in their food so LOOK BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!! :-)

Everytime I go to this KFC there is always a problem with the order. A machine isn't working or they have forgotten one if our items. Always a long que as well at the counter or through drive through!

It has been a long time since I got a decent KFC takeaway. This one is located at Star City in Nechells, Birmingham, B7 5SA and is Halal. The service was fast with a smile. Charlotte was very helpful as the menus had changed since we last went. The food was piping hot and well cooked, not over done at all. Fries were soft not crunchy, just how I liked them. The place was very clean and light and airy. I felt very comfortable and the staff were helpful as I had my 5yr old with me. His fries were in a packet on not on a paper plate. So when asked was given one with a smile and the staff came straight away as she saw me standing there. Credit where credits due. Definately will go again. Price wise more or less what I would pay at Macdonalds. Did not use the toilets so cannot say how they were. 10 out of 10 for a fast service with a smile.

"Yesterday afternoon I was there @ KFC ,Birmingham at city centre. I was waiting for my deep fried chicken strips with 2 dips. One of the customer was taking a plastic trey with his food, the innocent waiter did not tell any thing, but the incharge scold her in front of customer as why she is not telling not to take as it ll take time to get them from dish wash area.Second there was a lady ask for hot drinks , the shift incharge said to the customer every one knows the machine not working for last 7 days, but why are you going to tell customer all that. You just say sorry.The main thing comes now, my food come with 4 minutes. I opened the dips, both dips are same BBQ. I ask them to replce with other dips as you gave both same. But the shift incharge said to me ,you have opened both so we can't able to replce that.Is that the way you do........ I can understand if some associates does that, but the shift inchage.......
