Happy's Bar in Sheffield

Ended up here at the end of a night out around Kelham. First time here and it had fun & chilled vibe plus the music was great. Staff were super friendly too, shout out to Kaya!

First time going here and the name is ironic. Happys bar, I wasn’t happy after I left. We waited over 25 minutes for a drink all four of our group stood at the bar and not one of us got acknowledged. My partner was trying to get a drink and the female member of bar staff with black hair ignored him and served new customers. I called after her and explained we was yet to be served and had waited over 25 minutes and felt ignored she snapped and me nastily and said can’t you see we are busy wait your turn, now I think we had done more than enough waiting and she continued to snap at me but the music was too loud to hear, another 10 mins passed and the lady with black hair had walked off from the bar and left drinks standing. Another member of staff approached and I tried explaining to her and she said we are busy and didn’t serve us at all. We had to go to the other end of the bar 20 mins later to get a drink. That aside the place is extremely unclean and there’s no running water in the toilets or toilet roll. When I first arrived some one had blocked one of the ladies and the other was badly messed. That was left like it for the during of my stay there. Until towards the end it took three staff to clean up, which the conversation I heard whilst they was cleaning was unprofessional. The place is laughable, there’s about two staff that work in the whole place. The women are dead rude and I would not go back to this place even if I was offered free drinks. It sucks! Overall don’t visit here unless you don’t want a drink at all, want to leave unhappy or want to clean to place because it’s absolutely grubby, and they serve food… no thanks.

The worst bar I have visited Nobody was on the bar, it wasn’t busy few people sat outside but nothing major. Went into ladies toilets, jeez absolutely filthy, never seen anything like it before, walked back out & I won’t be returning…. Disgusting 🤢
