Subway in Harlow

Had lunch with the Mrs and the manager Jay and his staff was friendly and polite, I spoke to the manager directly to thank him personally 5*

Absolutely shocking hygiene, rude staff asked Laura to put mask on that was under her chin who proceded to give dirty look fiddle about with hat then continue serving food with mask under chin , no gloves worn either. Refused to put mask on . Absolutely disgusting

They are open until 9pm but there are no ingredients left past 6pm so you won't actually be able to get anything. Absolutely pointless. Staff are unhelpful and didn't really care, merely shrugging at me and pointing at the pitiful offerings. No thanks, subway. I'll be going elsewhere in future.
