Absolutely terrible! Paid nearly £10 for 2 chip kebabs and got 2 small bags of cold chips,no pittas. Our donner was also freezing cold & was the smallest portion. Phoned the restaurant who couldn’t care less and they hung up while we were talking

Ordered a meal sent out order with on chips also asked for source on side got it on the kababs. And turned up cold how I don’t know when delivery was early. One last rant pay your phone bill so you can be contacted. Or is it unplugged?

I ordered a chicken burger meal x 2 with 7up, i got 2 beefburgers with a pepsi and a 7up.

Missing items let it down . Plus was offered a free bottle of drink with our order yet it was missing from the delivery

food was cold . I threw it away. it was horrible. Will not order from them again.

The time kept changing. started at 1845, then changed to 19.00 to 1920 then changed again to 1920 to 1940. I phoned restaurant they said the food was ready but no driver yet.

Don’t know what time it was delivered as didn’t hear door and found food on doorstep cold but was nice food

I got my delivery and my food was missing I’ve tried to contact just eat and had no response.

Over 1 hour late, food cold , terrible service

My last few orders were quite satisfactory but this order was amazing. The chicken really tasted good. It was cooked to perfection. So much flavour with the chicken wings. Chips could be cooked a little longer, but I was impressed.

not very warm and chips missing I did call but whilst on the phone trying to sort this my food was getting colder as I was told the chips were under the meat.

My food was late cold and the chicks was all pink so I’m not very impressed and won’t be ordering from here again

Burger was good, but rest of food was okay. Chips were luke warm. Also we asked for 2 donuts and we got 2 apple pies, was asked if we wanted them or a refund. And we don't eat apple pies, so they're just gonna go to waste now

Ordered chicken doner kebab with chilli sauce but get a chilli souce with doner meat. I mean that was more souce than a meat, impossible to eat . so just throw in the bin😒

because the just eat driver did not read the instructions I left in the instructions for delivery my food took longer to be delivered because they went to the wrong place and so then it was cold by the time it arrived to me in the right place.

The food was so delicious, however, ordered for 5:20 and arrived at 6:10. Rang the restaurant and they apologised for delay

Chicken and lamb kebab is fantastic that's all I order and chips 🍟 the lamb and chicken done isn't dry which I love and isn't over cooked 😋

I've always got great service from here, the food normally arrives earlier than expected and the food is always how I expect it to be, the delivery drivers are also always very polite and respectful.

the driver left it on floor at my door and didn't ring the bell and only went after20 mins and it was cold

Worth the money. Still don't agree with the service charge, but have to pay it where ever you go.

I have seen delivery drivers like them. They hung my food packet on my out doors locking and food got cold. As I command to call me when the driver arrive. They didn’t bother anything.

Chips were missing with meal. Tried the phone number from just eat but phone line didn’t work. Not exportable. I paid my money but didn’t get the right food. Wasn’t able to contact them as well.

My order never came, still don’t have anything to eat, scammers take your money and never bring you anything. No way of getting my money back

The order was wrong. We ordered a chicken Doner and got a Doner meat with chicken Doner (my wife doesn’t eat Doner so didn’t eat it) the chicken burger was cold. Really disappointed.

Kebab was cold, pot of sauce missing. And I paid £2.99 for a large chips! They were the same size as a the small chips that came with the kebab! Food was late and all cold had to microwave. Dissapointed really

Very unhappy ordered 20.77 pound worth of food and have made me very I’ll unable to move unless it too the toilet , I’ve also been vomiting I would love a refund 🤮

The sauces had spilled in the bag and were unusable and went all over the cans of drink as well and they also had to be thrown away. Chips were cold. Chicken was ok

Excellent and exceptional taste. We ordered lamb and chicken donner, 7ups, salad etc. We are in one accord that we haven't eaten better donners than these ones, ever. Thank you.

Ordered two Peri Peri Wrap meals, food arrived with no chips, no drinks, just the wraps... Abysmal!

Perfect cooked! Salad should be separate not in top of the meat.

The app said the meal is being prepared , while we are eating it, not a problem for us, but might be if you order it while your out and thought you had time to get home. Nice portion of food for the price, food warm but edible. Delivery charge only 1 pound cost you nearly as much to go and get it.

After arriving over a hour late the delivery driver demanded a £4 delivery charge

I have ordered at 10 pm and got the delivery 11.45 pm I'm definetly not happy and food was all cold chips not cooked properly will never order from this place again!!!

Cheesy chips have square burger cheese on top, came squashed, drinks replaced with something completely different, burger falling apart, nuggets cold, no salad. When we called we was told thats how it should come, maybe tomorrow we fix it. Absolute joke don’t recommend, came over 20 mins late

Picked a certain time, so it was delivered as I got in from work, it arrived 15 min early, stone cold and totally wrong, ok the guy at the take away was very apologetic as I drove over there and he sorted it straight away but it's not the point, I didn't want to go back out and the phone was constantly a busy line
