Farmhouse Pizza in Harlow

Usually love this place. Unfortunately we watched our delivery driver argue with police after getting stopped for 20 minutes before going down and getting it from his car ourselves. What the actual hell.

Second time I had delivery from the app Second order they messed up not worth the money also do not order dips with you pizza as what the app says and what they have are completely different... save your money go else where. P.s staff on the phone very rude will not help to rectify the mistake 😑

I ordered a deal with 2 pizzas, pizzas came wrong, both of them me and my partner wouldn't eat. So called up and told them what I ordered, read to them exactly what was on my receipt, and was told I was lying basically. They only sent 1 replacement pizza out and by this time it was nearly 12 at night. I ordered a pepperoni with extra smokey sausage, they sent a smokey pizza which is completely different. Instead of saying sorry and replacing both, the guy on the phone was being very short with me and just didn't listen. So won't be ordering again.

Tried to order 20 inch pizza for me and my family I asked this ignorant guy how slices do you get on it and how much would it cost he said " I'm not talking about about money you idiot! " I asked to speak to manager about this but he made out they don't have a manager when clearly yes they have he didn't want me to put a complaint about he was down right rude I've ordered pizza's from them in the past they weren't good at all they messed up the orders so we get our pizza's from pappa johns I don't recommend this place horrible food and down right rude staff!

Best pizza in Harlow, also great value. Friendly drivers. Can't beat it, perfect for corporate events, parties or eating by yourself in the dark with a stiff drink. Ride or die by farmhouse pizza, they'll make you whole 💪

It was a bad experience the food was disgusting the dough tasted raw . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. Wasn’t a great experience and wouldn’t go again. Food was hot but wasn’t great. Would highly recommend getting domino’s or papa johns. Didn’t taste as good as it looked. Wouldn’t go back again.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! The most disgusting Customer service!! I have ever received in my life!!! Pizza was cold and hard chicken strips were soggy and raw! Never have I ever been spoken to in such an unprofessional way!!!! I have been denied to speak with a manager and was told to take the food out of the bin and deliver it back to them how disgusting can a company be!!!! I will be calling every day untill I can speak to a manager I am sick to my stomach will never ever order from them again, I was once a very loyal customer NEVER AGAIN!!!! I wish I could give -stars

Ordered via Uber Eats for a Hawaiian and Beefeater with the instructions of Just Beef. The instructions were read wrong as it came with all the toppings except beef. I phone up, explained my issue, and within 20 minutes, a fresh pizza with the correct instructions followed was on my door! Fantastic Service, great taste, lasted for 2 Nights. Also ordered chicken, chips and garlic bread which were quite nice too!

I've tried every other pizza and Farmhouse Pizza is by far the best pizza in town. Don't even bother wasting time trying someone else's. Been a customer for years. Never had any problems or issues.

The pizza was cold and they added toppings that we didnt even order such as mushrooms and tomatoes and when we called them to tell them this they said when you order again we'll give you a pizza for free and then they hung up after a while.

I bought a 20 inch pizza from this place..I'm not from around here so I was not quiet sure what to expect.. the pizza with barely any toppings..would not recommend..poor quality and poor hygiene.

Saw this company via google as was looking for a pizza. They guys were really helpful on the phone and got a good deal. I was skeptic of the quality as it’s a 20” pizza with stuffed crust. It was delicious, and good value for money. There was also an option to collect which is easier and quicker at peak times to avoid the stress.

I ordered via uber eat. I have already ordered there and I enjoyed their food. I pressed order again on the app and it did not included my former order so they I was delivered 2 20" margheritas. (Diary allergies for the boys) so I had to run to another pizzeria. So, always rewrite which pizza you need when ordering.

We ordered a takeaway pizza as we felt it would be another nice treat during lockdown. This arrived cold and in edible! We have ordered previously and this is disappointing. We made contact with the firm and would not refund us. Food was terrible and inedible and will not be ordering for them again. Extremely disappointed. Advising that you should not eat from here. No customer care and unable to cook proper food:((

NO hand cleaning done here. stood there for 10 minutes and in that time i had told them not to bother about my food, just watching you scratching your nose and arse crack is enough to make me go else where.

Last time we ordered, the restaurant forgot to include the sauces that we specifically asked for and when we called back to explain they’d been forgotten he promised to put a note on the system to look after us next time. Tried to order again today and reminded them what happened last time which conveniently they had no record of! We live 7 miles from them but they will only deliver 3.5 which is why they said last time they’ll deliver next time. We were told last time we ordered and collected that they’d usually deliver but because COVID the driver is too busy due to being understaffed, then today they don’t deliver past 3.5/4 miles then said they would but for £8 fee, then retracted that and said he won’t deliver that far anyway - so which one is it then?!! Crap website with deals that don’t exist, wouldn’t let us order leading us to ring up. Very dodgy operations, making terms up as they go along, VERY rude driver (who the guy on the phone passed us over to) and shall not be ordering again!

Extremely rude staff. Pizza is half decent and cheap, was a regular customer, the guy on the phone was so rude, had been previously aswell, i told him where to go and will not be eating there again.

WORST PIZZA COMPANY IN HARLOW. I specifically ordered an original cheese and tomato pizza (at around 10:38pm) and a texan bbq pizza (I asked what are the ingredients of the texan bbq) with no onions I then went on to CLARIFY with the person on the phone before continuing to pay for the order as I am aware that a mistake can be made... Only to receive the wrong order, when I tried to call back at 00:22 they didn't pick up as they had closed and when I called today the members of staff don't want to be held accountable for this problem, they claim they have a no refunds policy but are refusing to rectify the issue as we threw one of the pizza's away? This is wrong and is actually against statutory rights as I've paid for the service

Dear sir/madam, I am writing to express my deepest disgust at your service. This evening I made and order for two pizza's, one arrived correctly. However, inside the stuffed crust of our vegetarian pizza there was pepperoni, not what was on the order. Upon contacting you to discus this, your staff were rude and failed to accept responsibility for this action. We always check our toppings, but we did not dissect the stuffed crust to check, therefore my vegetarian friend has consumed pepperoni. This is one, against her morals and ethics and two will cause her to be seriously unwell. What you did is in direct comparison to giving a muslim pork, and also has caused emotional harm. Your solution to this issue was in no way satisfactory a £4 refund, that even Just Eat do not feel was appropriate. As customers who regularly order, please note our loss of business, this is due to your rudeness and inability to acknowledge the serious implications of your actions.

this the one of the worst pizza shop that ever come a crossed i waited for 2 hours and they delivered wrong ordered, when i called them they did not respond the shop owner was very rude and instead of saying sorry he starred at me and said , i hate all the Asian customers . and the way he said, very unacceptable and he was very discriminating and very rude .he did say sorry rather he said, i didn't have to apologise you nor i give you money back and all boys one who seated were laughing at me please be aware this shop and they were very racist

Very cheap ingrediance on pizza. Topings are very poor. Chicken wings are blend and not vell cooked, has no taste at all. What a waste of money.

I ordered a 20" Pizza, garlic bread and diet coke to be delivered at 5pm. It was delivered at 4.43pm without the diet drink. I asked when I would get the diet coke told it would be added to my next order. Sorry but I paid £2 for delivery you failed to deliver at the time I asked and didn't bring the items I have paid for. I wanted the drink for my meal. It is now 30 mins later and still no drink. This is the third time that Harlow Farmhouse have messed up the delivery. I am owed for the drink I paid for but didn't receive. This is not good enough. Very poor service.

avoid. The standards of this place have fallen through the months of momentary success, pizza are now cold, late and come with with an extra surprise if your lucky(e.g. bugs and other flying insects).
