MAGIC! Fantastic food, piping hot. Seriously fresh pizza loaded with ingredients, chunky chicken wings, very fast delivery. Just superb.

Food was cold not the right pizzas didn’t like the delivery food was left on my doorstep freezing cold

Just had a 24 inch pizza half and half pepperoni supreme & Mexican hot I must say we all said it was lovely very tasty

Was gonna order from here like usual, but they've taken offers off the pizza so now it's more expensive than dominos, pizza hut etc just not worth it anymore so they've lost a customer

the spaghetti was burnt and on one pizza there was only meat balls no pepperoni

Love these pizzas!! Better than Dominoes and always great service - the delivery time is worst case scenario and they have yet to not be early . Good value for money too with the buy 1 get 1 free . Keep up the great service guys

I got 2 salads and the cucumbers, tomato’s and onions looked soggy and out of date

was terrible had to phone to see whwere order was three times then had phone put down on us the delivery man was rude and wasnt bothered wether our order was hot or not and just srugged his shoulders discuting service normaly there are no issues but today im not impressed

Highly recommend avoiding Essex Pizza, my partner and his friends had a delivery this evening and it’s made him extremely unwell to the point where he’s throwing up and is unable to get off the toilet. It’s not the first time this has happened when we’ve ordered from Essex Pizza either. Avoid at all cost! You’re better off taking the time to make your own fresh pizza than risk ordering from here!

I ordered a meatball feast pizza for it to turn up with 1 meatball on each slice and the rest cheese, so might as well just ordered a margarita pizza, also it wasn’t hot, had to heat up in the microwave

Pizza was ok, it was thin pan instead of deep pan, cheesy chips were missing, but delivery time was good. Pizza was hot too.

Not so worried about the time…food was freezing. The poor man was walking around for ages looking for our house. Didn’t even turn up in his car…told him I phoned the shop 4 times to tell them we was in the new builds. They never called to tell him. Also…you never cut the pizzas.

Absaloutly disgusting service the call handler passed the phone because she couldn’t be bothered to deal with my query about wrong order then she was heard in the background slagging the customers off and the manager did nothing

Order a 20inch pepperoni passion found 3 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza added 4 extra items at £2.50 each item found about 3 pieces of each item on the whole 20 inch pizza it would be nice if there staff that answer there phones spoke English and understood what customers are asking for I will never order from this place again !!!

Had a late order and called immediately after to confirm order. Got hung up on 5 times and then on the 6th call it was confirmed we were to expect the order in 45 mins. 20 mins later it was cancelled. This is the 3rd time this restaurant has not ahered to the promised time or delivery. Last time we waited 3 hours. Just dont bother

Rude phone reception and no manners. Driver delivered food at 0.40am shouting to his headset regardless that everyone around is sleeping. I paid over the phone as justeat didn't take my payment and after that phone was shut in my face without a word. ordered for years and never again. I'n fact I will come to see you today.

No manners. One muppet swearing while taking payment over the phone (as dog can't speak English) and the delivery driver another animal. Shouting to his headset at 0.40am. I will make sure I know who I've spoken to.

It's great to have something like this in a place like Harlow. You have the right to order late at night. They do it well. I recommend it.

Decent food for its price. However, the service is terrible if I order something for collection I expect someone to be able to talk in english, having someone not be able to understand me and my order is terrible customer service.

Essex pizza is the best! Pizzas always look and taste the same so you are never disppointed. Food always arrives nice and hot. Not like other places where few deliveries are made before yours get dropped off just to then have to put it in a microwave! Toppings are generous enough and always lots of cheese, consistantly! Deliveries are mostly a bit earlier than stated. Can't recall any late deliveries.

They followed instructions and pizza delivered early. Polite call from delivery driver who waited patiently. Good service.

Very quick service, usually order from Essex pizza on just eat, times do vary on delivery but this time was quick! And the pizzas were extra tasty, definitely worth trying!
