Wow loved it. ordered alot all come hot ordered straight from there website. Will add to my favourites list don't get takeaways often but will definitely use here alot more. The delivery driver also was so friendly and chatty. One very happy family and customer ❤️

Their food was not good at all, it was burnt and smelled, there was a huge delay, and in the end I tipped the driver a pound, and the driver rudely texted me saying, , enjoy your food and kiss and he was flirting. It was my last time

Orderer just one 18" Pizza for delivery. Waited 1 hrs, arrived 25 mins late, the Pizza Box was below warm , when I tried one slice of the pizza it was Cold, not even warm. I called the shop to explain , they said I was lieing . Wow ! Absolutely speechless. If a shop can't admit their own fault , just says a lot about them . Very unprofessional , no wonder they are rated Harlows Worst Pizza Shop. Ordered one 18" pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived 30mins late. I opened the box and I knew the pizza was gonna be cold as the box didn't feel hot/warm. I tried one bite and yes I was right , not even warm, totally Cold . I called the Shop, after explaining to 3 different people as no one seemed to understand English, finally I find someone that half speaks English. I explained to him and he said impossible , and started to argue saying it was delivered to me straight away . Well I'm pretty sure I know if food is hot or cold . Shouldn't lie to customers, very unprofessional shop . Won't be ordering again.

All delivery drivers phone us when they are in the car park and say they can’t find us, which means we have to go and find them. This defeats the object of having a delivery, which we pay for.

It’s normally great there and I always order from here but this time, the delivery took way longer than it normally does, the food came freezing cold and I ordered way more than I usually do due to having my partner and friends round.

I will never order here again. The app charged us for all toppings that were supposed to be free but that was refunded when I called up to complain. Pizza was over an hour late.

Highly recommend avoiding Essex Pizza, my partner and his friends had a delivery this evening and it’s made him extremely unwell to the point where he’s throwing up and is unable to get off the toilet. It’s not the first time this has happened when we’ve ordered from Essex Pizza either. Avoid at all cost! You’re better off taking the time to make your own fresh pizza than risk ordering from here!

I ordered a meatball feast pizza for it to turn up with 1 meatball on each slice and the rest cheese, so might as well just ordered a margarita pizza, also it wasn’t hot, had to heat up in the microwave

Pizza was ok, it was thin pan instead of deep pan, cheesy chips were missing, but delivery time was good. Pizza was hot too.

Not so worried about the time…food was freezing. The poor man was walking around for ages looking for our house. Didn’t even turn up in his car…told him I phoned the shop 4 times to tell them we was in the new builds. They never called to tell him. Also…you never cut the pizzas.

Order a 20inch pepperoni passion found 3 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza added 4 extra items at £2.50 each item found about 3 pieces of each item on the whole 20 inch pizza it would be nice if there staff that answer there phones spoke English and understood what customers are asking for I will never order from this place again !!!

Had a late order and called immediately after to confirm order. Got hung up on 5 times and then on the 6th call it was confirmed we were to expect the order in 45 mins. 20 mins later it was cancelled. This is the 3rd time this restaurant has not ahered to the promised time or delivery. Last time we waited 3 hours. Just dont bother

No manners. One muppet swearing while taking payment over the phone (as dog can't speak English) and the delivery driver another animal. Shouting to his headset at 0.40am. I will make sure I know who I've spoken to.

It's great to have something like this in a place like Harlow. You have the right to order late at night. They do it well. I recommend it.
