Due to great food and popularity you may have to wait a while but it is worth it...and if you do happen to have a problem...manager Ali will sort it....he is a genuine guy and I will deffo order from them again.....great food....great manager...

Worst chicken wings I've ever had in my life. Rocks are softer!!

Always get my kebab from here, but twice now they've delivered with only 1 small piece of turkish bread, even though I've paid for extra. Phoned and made a complaint, was told we'll get ot straight out to you. 1 hour later, bread arrives!

Shocking Mrs ordered 3 kebabs we got 1 bread between us, phoned up complain an hour later the breads turned up, no apology nothing shocking won’t use them again

Awful. Cold food and small portions. Taking the pi.. won’t use again.

Ordered the grilled salmon with rice, salad and bread. So lovely and great portion size.

The friendliness of the people inside is reflected in their kebabs.

So impressed by the standard of food and presentation. Absolutely loads of choices and flavors, salads and dressings, vegetables and meats, wraps, pitta, breads, I could go on! Particularly impressed with the fried hallumi cheese for the veggie folk too. Fed the entire family for £70. Very speedy service.

Good donor kebab but canny expensive quite a wait due to its popularity but not a bad thing I guess, the garlic sauce needs more garlic will use again

Sea bass is absolutely beautiful, so soft and seasoned to perfection. Boyfriend is obsessed with the lamb ribs, salad was lovely and the Lamahcun. Best kebab around.

Food tastes great, unfortunately on this occasion I found my chicken kebab a bit dry.

By far the best kebab house in Harlow I've never had cold, late or badly cooked food from them in over 3 years so no need to look elsewhere.

Amazing food quick service the boys have good chat as well great take away always hot and full of flavour. We regularly have friends and family ask if we can have it when they come over we order the platters and they're always too much to eat even with me and my brothers in law plowing through the mountains off meats. Rice chips and fresh cooked bread! We love it.

Ordered a large chicken wrap, was ok, meat a bit tasteless but good value overall.

In my opinion best kebab shop on harlow , Donor and chicken shish combination kebab is so good and delivery is rapid.

Best kebab I have tried in a very long time. We was working in the area and didn't finish until late, so it was our go to 2 nights in a row. Quality was just as good the 2nd night.

Hands down the best kabab around, 2023 update now two years since review, so this is an updated review, lol. It is still the best kabab in harlow i mean essex. Good staff clean they are very strict on cleaning a clean establishment is top priority no food poisoning for me thanks I highly recommend harlow kabab if you are craving kabab 10/10 give it a shot

I have ordered from this place for months and never had an issue. Unfortunately, my last order had a dead cockroach in the lamb doner meat and chips that was ordered. I called the place immediately and requested a refund but they refused to give me one. They stated they can only prepare and send the food. Did not want to eat from this place after a cockroach was in the food. I have reported this place to the Food Srandards Agency.

Smells so amazing in the car, the warm fragrant fumes from the takeaway bag is steaming up the car in the most delightful way I can bearly control myself. Top notch, go for it.

Worst experience ever! I was a usual customer who went there twice a week. 60% of the time the kebabs and chicken were burnt the naan bread was soaked in oil and the salad had a slice of cucumber. Very rude people -expected some kind of hospitality but they " didn't want my business" and shut the phone on me. Very rude people never coming here again!

Just the worst kebab I have had. Literally swimming in grease. Threw the whole lot in the bin. Used to be good but terrible now. Garden grill and Kebaberry much better.

Lovely lamb ribs, everyond must try it

Unfortunately, this is the second time that I have ordered here and been poorly the next day. I ordered the mixed grill platter the rice seemed over done and watery and the meat had a lot of oil and salt, not much flavour. Delivery came after an hour though it stated 35-45 minutes. Certainly not good enough. I wonder when the health inspectors last visited because diarrhea on two occasions is no coincidence.

Decent chicken doner and sheesh! Chips very good also for a kebab shop! Salad was fresh and sauces very tasty, I think they may make their chilli sauce in house, it’s very good! I ordered chicken doner and chips, thinking it was a portion of each, it’s actually a mix box, this initially sparked me thinking they missed the chips, but they didn’t… I was politely informed, and I accepted my mistake, they sorted me out a potion of chips and free bread, Will know for future ! Generally speaking about the shop itself, it’s nicely refurbished with an open coal fire, cooking meat, fish and veg, you can watch through the glass wall. The whole shop is spotless, and best of all local to me :-) ! Highly recommended

Lovely takeaway from here, kids meals just right portion, and the chicken shish cooked perfectly delivered in good timing as well, very impressed shall be ordering from them again.

Recently moved to harlow and this place was recommended to me. Honestly, it is the best! It is now my weekly treat and the service is fantastic. Fast delivery and friendly staff. But the food is just amazing. Even ordered in when my friends came round and they all agreed. Cannot recommend it enough!

So the delivery was meant to arrive at 5.30 at 6.30 still never showed i went to resturant and he started shouting at me saying i wasnt there and he tried to call which is a lie i was there before this and he shouted really aggessively at me then when i got home checked my phone he has sent this text to me cause we didnt answer the phone.

Never any issues with delivery from this place. The food is always fresh, hot and delivered on, if not before time. Their chicken doner is amazing!!

This isn't our regular kebab shop, but a friend recommended this place. It's quite a large, modern and well decorated shop but it needs to be this size, because of how busy it is. I liked that you could watch them cooking the chicken over the coals (that's on the left when you enter). The food was very nice, decent sized portions, and well packaged with no mistakes.

Such a shame I'm sure new management but everything has changed the sauce the salad the pitta was so much better before and now more expensive to 😔

I can Confirm that this kebab shop is the best and when I say the best I mean the best the meat is so tender salad is so fresh faultless my favourite kebab shop and believe me I’ve tried a few !

Just stood watching the man operating the grill and he’s cutting raw meat and using tongs on raw chicken then serving up the cooked food with the same chopping board and tongs walked out waste of £15 will never return

The place looks smart for sure and the staff were nice enough. I had the Kofta, which was okay, but I prefer them to be more spicy. The lamb shish was very nice tho, plus the chips were good. I would come back.

Got there and looked at the prices and though im getting ripped off here. Had to wait a while to be served but that was ok. Ordered a doner as that would be quick, 20 mins later i got it but this was Friday night about 7 pm. Got to my hotel and started to eat it and the wait was well worth it and the price. I had a metal takeaway tray full of meat, the salad was in a little plastic tub, which was nice to not have hot salad. Can't wait to wait again for such a great kebab

Rice had no taste, kebabs hardly had any seasoning, very disopointed as i love turkish food, this kebab is not worth £10! I thought id try this place second time but both orders were equally poor quality. Please get a new chef!

Best Kebab I have had since moving to the UK! 🙌 I'm from Sweden and have lived in London, Cambridge, Bicester (Oxfordshire) and now Harlow for the past few years and I am so happy that I finally have found a propper kebab place. The food is not just delicious, the portions are enormous so you don't need to worry about being hungry afterwards, that's for sure. 👍👏 also love that you're getting the ingredients separately so it doesn't get all soggy on your way home.

Fantastic first kebab shop I know that give u all kebab ingredients separately to put in pitta bread once home. So doesn't go soggy and fall apart. Great idea.

The second time in the last two orders that the order never arrived on time. In fact I had to call up to progress the order to be told that it would be at least another 25 minutes (and still hadn’t received it). I would not bother as they set expectations for delivery that they can’t meet and then get quite aggressive when you call to find out when your order will be received.

We just had the £34 sharing platter,don’t usually bother writing reviews but feel we had to write one about this place. This is by far the best kebab place in the area. Meat was lovely and soft,salad was really fresh and the garlic dip was superb. Well done guys,definate 5 Stars. 👍🏻

Best Kebab in Harlow 😁 Update So it’s been a year since I reviewed this kebab takeaway. I’m happy to say it’s still does really nice kebabs. The staff are friendly and easy going, I won’t be changing any time soon. Been eating kebabs for over 40 years these are the best I've ever had. The chicken shish are the nuts. Delivered fresh fast hot and very tasty. Do yourself a huge favour get your food from here.

Came by here as was working in harlow, super impressed, staff were very polite and the place is very clean with an open charcoal grill. Food was boxed up well. I was even handed a menu when i came in and told the manager will serve me when he was finsihed with a few folk. Glad i bailed on the establishments near the hospital and drove out to here.

First and last visit cheap and poor quality foods and dreadful customer service to match lol. The donner was cut with no effort as it was large thick cold chunks which is not how its done. Royal kebabs is only around the corner? avoid these guys!!

Great taste really lovely but when I order a kebab I would expect it to come made up with the meat salad and sauce already in the pitta .. just ordered and it came as a plain kebab and the salad and sauce separate!? when opened the pitta to try and fit it all in it fell apart so had to eat it with a knife and fork. After spending ages fiddling around with it when takeaway is meant to be no fuss just receive and eat! Not sure if this because of covid possibly!? But can't see why that would be!? Apart from that was very nice!

Order turned up in good time but The food was awful. I ordered the cod, the so called batter looked like a dark brown crust and once I snapped it off I was left with I slimy grey substance which I suppose was meant to be fish 🤢 Will NEVER order again

Ordered from here but wont be making that mistake again got the order wrong forgot the chips so rang to ask for them to be told we didn't order them which we did they got very rude and wouldn't deliver them was told to collect them. Service was terrible AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Honestly ignore bad reviews. We have been using another place and unfortunately it went down hill. However glad it did because it ment trying new places. And Harlow kebab by far is our favourite. We have had it now about 5 times since trying. And each and every time it's been brilliant. Customer service as been brilliant. Always turned up on time or before. Salad unlike a lot of kabab places is fresh and crisp. I definitely recommend the Turkish sausage portion is much bigger than most places, and portion size on the other dishes are also plentiful. Sadly not up to scratch I ordered a chips in pitta with salad whilst my husband was eating it he noticed there was chicken deeper into it, my husband is vegetarian he phoned to let them know and they sent him another one without meat. I did express meat free when ordering this item. But the lady on the other end was trying to do several jobs at once.

This is such a lovely Kebab/Pizza takeaway. The food that we had was very nice and the the price for the food was very reasonable. Very nice staff too. Well done to you all.

Absolutely appaling the staff are down right rude, some of them can't speak English aswell they put and the doner kebab meat as it was very dry and the mayo tasted like salad cream and the chips was cold n stale!!
