No stars, order eventually cancelled by me after almost 2.5 hours. Restaurant is only 2 miles from me and at 1.30 hours since ordering they said it was on its way which was clearly not true as it didn’t arrive after a further 40 mins

fish and chips were cold order a kabab with mayo they forgot the mayo when you rang them they did not careless so will not be buying from there again

Food arrived early which was a bonus the man that delivered it was lovely and jolly and the food was delicious. Definitely use again.

when contacted after receiving 3 delivery times was told. I don't know, you'll get it when it's ready. Fantastic customer services by the establishment!

How did the driver not have change so after paying £3 for delivery I lose another £3 cause he didn’t have change

It said it would be 40 mins-60 mins. Ended up over 1hr 39. I called twice. They said the driver had knocked and got no answer. And also called the phone and got no answer. There was no missed call and nothing on the ring door bell. When they came back I had to give directions so assume they knocked somewhere else. Found was quite cold, had to be reheated.

Paid extra for a large and received a small. They admitted on the phone they’d run out of large, offered no refund and no alternative despite food being delivered. Appalling customer service being shouted at on the phone, our go to takeaway has now been ruined

Chicken was dry and batter burnt, at least a day old. Threw it away. Will not use them again. Disgusting

Food was stodgy and warm, called restaurant at 7.10 to query del time. They advised it had already left and driver only had a couple of stops so be here soon. Gone 7.45 we received the Del. No wonder the food wasn’t great.

Got to be the best chippy iv had in a very long time. hot, all cooked to perfection and the curry sauce is the best in town.

Sorry to say we were very disappointed. The delivery was late and the food was not acceptable. Sweet and Sour Vegetable's was floating in water with no flavour, Fillet of Cod, Large had minimal fish with too much batter which was inedible.

Ordered food at roughly 20.10pm with the estimated delivery time between 21.10pm-21.30pm. Had to call the restaurant for an update about 10 minutes past the latest time and they were very quick and efficient with giving me an update. Food arrived 10 minutes after that and was it's usual good quality and hot. The only downside today was the delivery time though they may have been very busy. Happy new year regardless to all

An hour late , food was cold and missing last

Was over a hour late even though was picked up , as soon as I felt the bag it was soggy and cold where it had been sitting there for over a hour . Food was delivered over 2 hours after ordering and was not hot.

Just under an hour and a half wait from order to delivery and later than latest expected delivery time. As a result, food was only like warm on arrival and the portion size of chips has definitely decreased. Usually enjoy the occasional takeaway from here but was left feeling disappointed today.

Fish was cooked fresh however the batter was like dough inside. The potatoe surprise were OK. Customer service and atmosphere wasn't great either. You need to up your game, I for one won't be using you again. There are a lot of other places who are cheaper and serve better food

It was soo late , phoned the resteraunt 5 times . New driver 5 mins .. it was 40 minutes . Food was stuck to the paper , greasy ,cold and soggy . I couldn't eat it !! I ordered at 6pm and actually received it at 8.20 pm ?? Unacceptable . New driver or not , I should be refunded for inedible food .. I've been going here for years , but this has definitely put me off now . SHAME!!!!

I asked for no veg in curry and came full of onions and peas and pototo suprises rock hard soup was like water with mushrooms chucked in and lump of chicken looked like dishwater and not edible not good

Delivered late - no update from the restaurant, so had to chase them to find out my £50+ order was delayed, allegedly, due to the driver being stuck in "heavy traffic."

Some of the food was missing others were tasteless and burnt weren't worth the £50 we paid for it

Absolutely tasteless the fish was literally dripping in oil sausages in batter was dry an greasy best thing about the whole order was the curry sauce

The chips were just a potato shell, with no filling or flavour. Totally inedible. Fish and chips both wrapped in paper (environmentally good), delivered in a plastic bag!

Service with no smile. The guy serving me almost looked annoyed when I walked in. No customer service and impolite. Just got a portion of chips but nothing great or terrible. Won’t be going here again

Enjoyed it last time, but I asked for the duck to be shredded and it was not, I can't have onions which is why I put only cucumber but I had more onions than cucumber... spring rolls cold along with the noodle dish. Shame as it was nice last time.

Driver got the wrong order but when it came oh boy, saveloy so juicy even the wife’s eyebrows started raising like Dwayne Johnson and had to get the wet floor signs out, curry sauce tasting so good it was like I was standing in New Delhi with all the aromas and fragrances pounding against my nostrils. And finally the chips, hot, crispy and succulent, the wife had some chicken which was so nice and moist even I was getting a woody woodpecker thinking back to the good times

Absolutely disgusting food they must not change the oil regularly! Food was dripping in brown oil! Honestly do your self a favour and don’t eat here.

Just had sausage in batter & chips from here tonight...normally food is great,,never had a problem before,,tonight,,,chips were cold,,sausage was tough as old boots,,pretty sure it had been reheated from last night,,disappounted,,,all went in bin,,,even dog didnt want sausage

We had good ordered via uber eats from this establishment. About an hour and a half later of waiting the food finally arrived, but in appalling condition. It was highly greasy and improperly wrapped. The paper had stuck to the mess of the food that the just dumped into a bag. We went to the location to complain and the worker that we had spoken to was extremely rude and with a disgusting attitude. Disgraceful!

Food wasnt very hot, noodles were dry, pancake roll looked burnt and disgusting - didnt even try it. Would never recommend this place especially for the cost, value, service. Spoilt Valentines Day😡😥
