Very poor food missing chips hard and very small portions when I paid for large

Food was cold chips were rock hard

We ordered various meals including chips and the chips were disgusting and tasted like afternoon chips need to cook fresh

Potatoe surprise lovely... BUT the chips where unedible HARD AS ROCK/COLD/STALE, its like they where sat there all day and sent out, the fish was cold, curry sauce VERY watery and the chicken pieces too small. Won't ever be ordering again. Thought after all these years from making that mistake before it would of somehow change by now, no care about what there serving to there customers just sell the place clearly ain't happy in what you do.

i bought Rock Eel an expens8ve fish but it was very dry and undigestable. a very unsafisfying meal. nothing tasted freshly cooked im afraid

We was very early collecting as we ordered on leaving the hospital and just stopped on the way expecting to wait. However the guy was pretty rude to my paretner on collecting and the food was inedible, I ended up throwing it away. They didnt have one of the items I ordered so changed it for fish, however the fish was hard and chewy and the chips looked like they had been sat there for hours and weren't nice at all. Definitely won't be ordering from here again!

Unfortunately gone downhill the last 2 times we ordered. Both times the chicken shish dry and hard, the lamb donner also hard and could literally snap pieces into bits (a lot inedible due to that). Greek wrap also dry and chewy. Such a shame because it used to be so fresh and delicious. Gave them a couple of chances, but will no longer buy from here :(

I didn’t receive the sausage in batter!

Asked for chicken THIGHS only on this and a previous occasion and was sent 2 wings and 2 thighs. Cannot eat wings so not satisfied as did not read notes on order. If unable to fulfil would have cancelled.

Awful experience. They refused to come to deliver outside the house as they said that they had tickets fees but I always had deliveries and no one ever complain. The food was cold and not large. Never ordered anymore there. Next time if you can deliver just say it before people order on the app.

I ordered one small doner Kebab wrap with salad and burger sauce, and one piece of roast chicken for delivery. They charged me for, £15.50. ( I live opposite the shop). The doner wasn't wrapped , minimum salad and sauce. The chicken was dry and shrivelled up. I was surprised at the cost anyway but never again

Shocking food had cod and chips and curry sauce well.... If you can call it curry sauce. More like vomit absolutely terrible the cod was meant to be large but there was more batter on it then fish. Never ordering again requested money back from just eat and only giving me £7 but I'll be call my bank tomorrow to get them to reverse it. Stay away people prices are OTT

The menu wasn’t clear in the sense that fish and chips are ordered separately. Paying over £8 for a piece of fish seemed quite ridiculous in all honesty!

Can you please tell your driver to use doorbell and if not to knock harder. Tapping on a door of a townhouse is not going to be heard, only lucky I was near the door.

Manager rude when we called to find out where our food was. Took almost 2 hours for delivery.

Disappointed with chicken quarter very little meat

said it was on the way at 12:20 still wasn’t here at 12:50 which was past the delivery time, called restaurant and they said he was 5 mins away, called back at 1 and they said the driver hadn’t left. not an option for me to cancel the order and get a refund, saying there still dropping food even though i don’t want it now because i have work. have said they will process a refund threw here for me

Waited hour and half to find Missing chips,. Bbq sauce and a drink from one meal. Basically just got sent dried up ribs and chicken. Other meal had sausage in batter missing. Rang them. They sent out chips and sausage in batter after another hour. Completely inedible

Ordered savloy and chips. Chips were stale and obviously the dregs. I asked for a small portion and got a tiny portion. The savloy was practically tasteless. I didn't enjoy the experience. Not recommended. No wooden forks available so had to use hands.

Ribs were bland tasteless and fried drizzled with the tiniest bit of bbq sauce. Very disappointing. Threw them in the bin.

Food was hot and of decent quality. Only thing that let it down was a few of the potato surprise were hard, needed a little more cooking.

This is the second time I have ordered a delivery from here. 1st time there was no sale as asked for. The 2nd time the salad was off . Absolutely disgusting. Will not use this take away again.

Although Atlantic informed us the food was going to be late of which I wasn’t that concerned but I am concerned when my food arrives cold, both pies were freezing inside, I had to cook in the microwave for these to be edible.

My curry sauce was missing from order the delivery man knocked on my door even though I have two door bell's so he went off did his over delivery then deliverd mine cold never order from here again

Ordered just after 5pm food arrived at 6.30 . Food was cold chips were dry looked like they had been cooked earlier that day buger was flat hardly any salad in it will try somewhere else next time

Sotherton fried chicken on the menu says it comes with chips, didn't. I had 4 pieces of chicken, no chips

The fish tasted nice the cod batter was nice and crisp but a little greasy on one end. The chips was nice no complaints with them but the curry sauce was too watery but it tasted ok I couldnt pour it over the chips because of its consistancy being too watery. I ordered some chip surprise as well just to give them a try how ever I was sent potatoe suprise instead so I was a little disappointed that I didnt get the chips I asked for since that wasnt what I ordered. The potato suprise was ok but didnt have much flavour and was quite greasy. The sausage in batter was nice and tasted good not too greasy. The garlic mushrooms was ok as well. Over all the food was good just a few mistakes and some items being abit too greasy let the order down a little. I would definately be willing to try the food again. Overall experiance was good.

However, after ringing the restaurant this time round they never came back with the missing item despite telling us the delivery driver would be returning with it. Had enough of this place, won't be coming back and would advice others to stay away, or if you do collection check your order before you leave.

False advertising. Ordered rack of ribs and got spare ribs if I wanted spare ribs I would of gone to my preferred Chinese place.

Do not order! This place is vile. They use their bare hands to deal with all the food and smoke in the back and then go and touch everything without washing their hands. All of the food is frozen and not fresh at all! This place needs closing down. The cod and haddock are the same thing as my son was an ex employe! The older staff push and touch all there employs and very pushy with things and low pay!

Use someone else!! You will not enjoy your food from here!

Waited for ever through uber eats spent 15 pounds and did not even get my food phone up Atlantic fish bar to cancel the order which they said they could not do as it was paid through uber eats so no food for me and out of pocket how can this happened in this day and age

So disappointed ordered food should of been with us by 6.40pm then got a delay message to say 6.55pm then it’s arrived cold at 7.45pm. Rang resturant 3 times lady was lovely,but no one knew what was going. Then called again and they said would be 5/10 mins and they said they have brought order back to the resturant as I wanted a refund. Then it’s arrived. Really so disappointed.

Awful service. I waited 45 minutes for my order to then find that A whole burger meal was missing. Called up straight away to say that it was missing. There was arguing on the phone about who missed the items etc. then when I was told it was being sent out, I then had to wait a further 1 hour to be greeted at the door by a man who was accusing us of lying and saying that we have received all the food and that we didn’t speak the truth. I am totally shocked by this behaviour and felt totally intimidated as a female answering the door alone. I would not recommended from ordering from here at all!! They do not deserve the money especially with the way that they are happy to treat their customers so appealing. Absolutely horrendous.

Very dry fish and chips, the fish was broken dry old food.

Arrived early. Lovely food as always. But why advertise you sell 1.5 litre bottles of coke when it is clearly 1.25 litres!!

This place has been here for decades and had a good reputation. I know that prices have gone up for everything but £3.70 for a large portion of chips that doesn't fill a diner plate or £4 for 5 potatoes that have been cut in half and dusted in seasoned flour? The food is ok not fantastic that I'd go out of my way for. Where as there are establishments locally which charge a lot less for bigger portions that are as good if not better. Please look at your prices!

Ordered cod and chips about 5:15 pm Friday evening. Cod was great, but the chips were inedible. Looked like Thursday nights reheated leftovers. Come on guys!

Delivery was very late, message saying good out for delivery then didn't get to me for 40 minutes paid £2 for delivery and only 5 minutes away from restaurant .all food was cold and dry, dont waste your money

Very dissapointing. The rock eel was slimy had a bitter taste and smelt of ammonia. A classic example of fish past its sell by date so had to throw it away and hope there are health repercussions.

Another let down customer tonight. No food delivered at all. No answer on the phones either.
