My family loved the thin crust, and the ingredients were abundant and tasty

Good as always, although could do with some more BBQ base on the Meteor pizza… always ends up being quite dry

Excellent service. Free parking. Limited seating because its mainly take away.

Pizza dough is soft and fresh, toppings are full. It would be better if they accept cash willingly!

Ordered a takeaway, but unfortunately it had so little cheese on it, it was basically bread. It was too dry to eat. The photo is of the 'Cheese pizza, with extra cheese!' Which clearly doesn't understand the meaning of the word extra!

Well. It's Domino's...and a good one. 99% of the time the food is perfect. Hot and quick. We had one delivery that wasn't as hot as it normally was. Charlie who answered the phone was excellent. Wonderful customer service. He resolved the issue instantly. Great customer service. Thank you!

It was like a youth centre behind the counter , very unprofessional and I wasn’t even offered a receipt ! Was told 10 mins and then it looked like a new shift was on as a older guy started to organise the staff preparing the pizzas . Sat there waiting and then I was asked are you ok have you ordered ?? I said yes and the guy asked my name and my pizza was sat under the lights for the past ten minutes! I bought for a relation who is in the nearby hospital! When I arrived with it and opened it up it didn’t look cooked and had hardly any cheese on it ! THIS PLACE IS AMATEUR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Although the family welcome the occasional pizza from Domino's, this was the first time that I actually opted for over-the-counter service (we were passing by) and so it gave me the opportunity to view the kitchen, establishment and staff. It was much better than I expected - the preparation area was clearly visible and the staff, as far as I could see, followed strict food handling hygiene. Service was friendly and the order clearly repeated, thereby ensuring it was correct. Although I parked kerbside while waiting approx 15 minutes for the order to be ready, there is off-road parking. We had the convenience of a car in which to wait as there didn't appear to be any seating. As I cannot stand for long periods of time, this could have proved difficult.

Foods always lovely only thing that concerns me is no one seems to wear any hair nets and you can view them making your food just seems strange and unhygienic I really do hope no one finds a hair in there food .

Tracking my order via their app it showed the pizza sat for half an hour in "inspection". I presume that is a euphemism for sitting there waiting for a delivery driver. The delivery itself was quite swift but by the time it had arrived it was cold and to make things worse it overcooked. Must be one of the worst pizzas I have ever had.

Food was over an hour and a half late, they don't answer the phone, turned up cold and they sent out the wrong order. Avoid!

Placed and order with the app and after an hour of waiting, I was told via phone that it will take 2 more hours for the delivery to be completed. Absolute waste

Terrible service. Was told 1 hour waiting time when i ordered. I called after waiting 1:30hrs only to be told waiting time will be approximately 40 mins to an hour more

Just popped in for a takeaway, it was fast and the lady behind the counter was very nice.other than that I didn't take any notice as I was on my phone because I was waiting for my food. Nice little place to wait though.

This place is well covered to protect against Covid..service was excellent and the food I ordered was delivered on time. Well done to all here Not sure I can add to this apart from the fact that even post covid, the service and food was again fantastic. Only small issue is they don't take cash...card only

Quick, hot & as ordered. Delivery by Helen was fab - smiley & happy lady. Deserved the almost 20% tip. Please get rid of the standard £1.99 delivery charge included… as sometimes your delivery crew deserve more than that… Helen for example - thank you x

Ordered this evening hot & spicy, turned up with no cheese. Called and spoke to someone super young who reordered the pizza. Waited 35-45 minutes for a new one, pizza turns up - wrong order. Ordered again & the food looks sub standard. Worst experience to date.

Have ordered from this Domino's a few times, for both collection and delivery. Pizza quality is good, and on time.

Never had an issue until 21/05/22. Food ordered for delivery. When it arrived it was the wrong order. Driver tried to remove the label from box and still give it to me. I refused and he took it away. Spoke to branch and they said it would be redone. Driver arrived back very quickly with order, which he had obviously picked up from where he had delivered it incorrectly. Food was cold and not edible. Won't be using again.

Ordered pizza for family, using 50% discount deal. Pizza's were ready to collect when I arrived, order was correct, and pizzas were good quality. A most enjoyable experience for a family treat.

Half decent nothing special, but domino's never is for the price

Typical dominos pizza, which I’d not experienced any problems with until the past couple orders/weeks. An order two weeks ago took over an hour to be delivered, and my order tonight took over an hour and a half to arrive. When I called to chase the order I spoken to rather bluntly and was told my order left the store twenty minutes ago (I live 5 minutes away). The food was cold, which I had to reheat in the oven. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

What you would expect from a domino's

Last few times we've been it's been great. Pizza was good, price is great for collection. Staff were friendly too.

Good pizza. Nice Staff. Delivery times can be longer on Friday and Saturday evenings which is understandable but food arrives hot and social distance deliveries are good as they don't put your food on the floor, they've got trays to keep the boxes clean and dry.

Great food and service. Only 4 stars as so far every order we've made for delivery or collection in the past 5+ years has arrived with something missing or wrong. Not less than 4 stars because they always send it straight out to us when we call.

Great pizza made just the way I ordered and on time too.

Pizza was collected and was well made and of a good temperature. The guy that served me had a face like a slapped arse.

Unless you want to be constantly shouted at for doing something wrong and not be trained almost at all i would not recommend working here. It has the certain nice people but the rest are awful to work with and they also swear at you down the phone then fire you when you couldnt come in for a shift as you had thrown up even though, as everyone knows it is against health & safety to work when ill especially when handling food.

Great to have a pizza shop in my neighbourhood. Based in the refurbished Old Harlow post office building, everything is new and spacious and you can see where you’re food is being cooked. Telephone service is generally good. The staff all look about 15 and there doesn’t seem much management around but I’ve never had a bad pizza.

Pizza was undercooked and the toppings just fell off. Domino's has seriously gone downhill in the past few years.
