Great fresh food, hot food, brilliant customer service . Good portion sizes aswell, Will definitely be going back again

What a horrible supervisor and horrible experience. Speak to this member of staff please KFC as she is a horrible nasty individual who treats people in the most horrible way possible.

Terrible everytime we go there it’s either something is missing with our order or they can’t provide anything even tho we come at 10pm and they close at 11pm. Thier stuff is already cleaning for closing even it’s too early

I quite like a bit of fried chicken! I've eaten in many KFC diner's both up and down the country. I don't expect a 5* dinning experience, but I do appreciate polite, trained staff that can manage to put an order together! I have never experienced such a rude assistant manager. THIS REALLY IS THE ONE TO AVOID!

The worst scabby chicken I've ever had dry small and I'd ordered 4 pieces meal takeaway when I got home there was only 2 pieces in the bag with cold burnt discoloured chips they were that bad I couldn't be bothered to go back never ever again

How this place is still in business is beyond me. Ordered only to be told they only had chicken legs?? 20 minute wait for chicken… hopeless staff… hopeless restaurant.. close it and put it out of its misery

This has to be the worst kfc I have been to. Wait time was over 30 mins, order was wrong, staff unhelpful and poor mannered.. definitely not a place I'd go to again

First and last time using this KFC. 25+ minutes from ordering to getting a meal, with at least 3 others who were in before us still waiting after we’d finished our meals (2050-2130). What was particularly annoying was seeing the delivery drivers regularly coming and going, so I guess they get priority over people in the store, with the freshly cooked chicken going straight into the takeaway bags whilst hearing “12 minutes for more chicken” being called from the back, only to see that also going into takeaways first. Getting my order wrong didn’t help, but at that stage hunger was more important than waiting for another 25 minutes in the hope they got it right a second time. What a shambles of a franchise.

gave my order at ten past seven. got to counter to pay at seven eighteen and was told six minutes and to park up. now half an hour after first giving my order. I went in to ask as other customers were, I asked the girl at the window for a refund she hid behind the counter and ignored me. I am not in the wrong here. Dont lie to your customers, Turned out all the other customers were told six mins as well. Clearly had you told the truth that online orders come first and it would be 30 mins i would have said forget it and have gone elsewhere. which i will be doing from now on. I dont blame the young girl behind the counter i blame the manager clearly training her staff to lie to customers. It is not a coincidence that all the customers were told six mins. Also chatting to other customers they had experienced this six mins rule before. I have worked on a hot food counter , you know very easily how many orders are in front of your present customer and what you have cooking not difficult to work it out. If you are going to leave customers waiting for over 25 mins at least have the decency to communicate with them.

Don’t ever use KFC Wisbech, what an absolute disgrace! I’ve lost count how many times they get the order wrong or it’s of terrible quality and cold! Tonight I ordered my daughter a Large Popcorn Chicken meal through Deliveroo costing almost £10. What we received was a small cold popcorn chicken and a tiny amount of cold fries. Absolute joke, my daughter is now in tears.

went to the wisbech kfc for the first time in years and was certainly reminded of why i never go there or to any kfc. arrived at the drive through where my order was taken almost 2 minutes after getting to the order box. it then took 15 minutes to get to the pay and collect window. was told the order came to £14.67 at the ordering machine so gave £15 to the girl at the window. she gave me £5.21 back so said that was wrong. then got given the wrong drink and one missing. the (i assume) manager then came over to the window asking what was wrong. i told him i had ordered 2 rice boxes with extra zinger chicken. one with a krushem and one with a pepsi with a side of large popcorn chicken. clearly he did not listen to what i said as after he claimed it was sorted and i was getting my order for cheaper i was only given the one rice box with my drinks and popcorn chicken. i told the girl again that my order was still wrong and the manager came over yet again clearly annoyed. he charged me for another meal and told me to park up. i was over charged from what i was originally told the price would be and then 48 minutes later i get to leave with 2 cold meals, having been over charged and the worst customer experience i have had from fast food in years. certainly will be in no rush to go back at all.

Warning bells should have rung when there was literally no customers at peak dinner time... thought it weird but ordered anyway. Chips stone cold like they'd been in a fridge which were then changed for fresh ones when we complained. Then had the 10 strips for £5.99. Can't cock that up right? Wrong. I had to ask at the counter if their recipes had changed as they were the saltiest food I'd ever experienced. Everyone has had the odd salty gammon that makes your lips tingle, like that only WORSE. I presumed it was a pre-mixed batter out of a tub but if it is then this branch then adds extra salt as a laugh I can only assume? Complained but didn't give a crap. Never going there again.

11 fries in a portion, fried in bitter tasting old oil. 15 MINUTES to produce a single meal and the drink machine wasn't working. Best of all, there was no toilet paper, not even an empty roll, so it had been empty some time. When I mentioned it to the manager, she couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact, just said "oh". How does kfc head office, not deal with this kind of incompetence, but rather allow branches like this to continue running the franchise into the ground?

I’m not the person who complain or ever leave a bad review but today I feel like I have to!! Went to the drive through waited for couple minutes at order point till someone responded, ordered and went to pay point. One of the staff member (female) was chowing on the front of me (don’t think you should do that on the front of customer)! Whatever , paid, get my drink and being asked to wait at the buy point. Paid to female but on receipt says Jordan. There was no one before me at that time after followed by que. i was waiting for about 12 minutes, Never mind I understand they need some time to cook food, (but if someone would let me know there will be 10min waiting time that would be more appreciated) BUT, no one else was sent to wait apart me, no, sorry there was one more car AFTER me… but they get they order BEFORE me!!!! The girl just gave me my meal and with her rock face said sorry. The attitude since first second at the order point till the second I get my order was disgusting!!! Looks like all that staff will get killed if they won’t be there! GUYS- if you hate your job just change it! There is no my fault for you working there!!! You work with people- be nice, even if you fake your smile you will make customers to come back!! Anyway - before I open my take away bag I thought complaining about staff only, but no, food was horrible too!!! I get served at 3.31pm and sweetcorn best before is till 3.47! I got my meal later than that!!! And chicken was overcooked in a old oil, oil must be changed every other day not once a week!!

Went to the drive through, waited a few minutes at the order point until someone asked me what I wanted. I ordered and went to the pay hatch. I paid and asked for some mayo also, i was told to park up and wait and was handed my drink, they did say the lid was loose fitting so I had to be careful. The drink was to the brim so obviously I ended up spilling some on my shirt. I parked up and waited for 5 minutes and the order arrived, the young lady apologised for the wait and gave me my food. I opened it and it was wrong and not good quality, the beans were dry, the side piece of chicken was 2 hot wings, there was no mayo, no spoon to eat the beans, no salt, no napkin and no wipe, and the chips were half portion at best. I went into the KFC and the manager asked what was the issue, I told him and he said, so what is it you want? I said I want chips, a burger, a side of..... He cut me off and said I will refund you as I'm not being spoken to that way. I have no idea what his problem is, as I spoke to him in a normal manner, I said you are a bit over sensitive if that's how you deal with customers issues. He said its up to you what you think but I'm not being spoken to that way. Thanks KFC Wisbech for validating the negative reviews on Trip advisor. I went to your competitor instead. I doubt that will worry you though as I'm just one customer, but how many other one customers going to the competition can KFC really accept?

Sat in the drive in and have been for the last 30 mins. So slow I’ve had time to write this review. To be honest I could have written war and piece. Just ordered food by the most rude member of staff. Not even a sorry for waiting. It’s not the first time they’ve taken ages and seem very slow every time I come. This will be the last time I bother.

We waited 21mins for our food and asked for a zinger with no mayo but got mayo.Salad box with no dressing and got dressing . Hot wings that was not hot and chips that you could not eat . Do not go to the Wisbech KFC. As my family has allergies most of the food was binned cause we was at home ..

Just eaten in the KFC in Wisbech. On the positive side, hand gel inside door and some tables signage not to use. However, on the negative side, delivery drivers not wearing their mask to cover nose and mouth; staff not wearing any kind of face mask or shield, no socially distancing by members of the public; no cleaning of tables after customers have used them. This virus is spreading rapidly and with this couldn’t care less attitude more people will die. The food was exceptionally greasy and chips were disgusting, overcooked and dry. Threw most of the food in the bin, what a waste of money. Please avoid.

Not a single member of staff wearing PPE. If you want Coronavirus - visit here. Disgusting how management doesn’t give staff s safety equipment. Ordered my food. Complained. Gave it back - didn’t take the refund. I regard my health above all.

Visited the store on 10/6/20 There was 2 members of staff in the store and they were doing an amazing job. The service was great and the food lovely and fresh

I know it's weird to say this about a chain restaurant, but this was the best KFC I have ever been to.The order was taken really efficiently and arrived searing hot in only a few minutes. Presented well, condiments offered and the place was really clear.Excellent banter from the servers demonstrated that this appears to be a very happy team. Not sure what secret sauce is going on in Wisbech, but can you sprinkle it on the Kings Lynn store!PS. KFC chips are dire. Not the restaurants fault though!

Couldn’t get order correct, place cold due to air conditioning, came home hungry! Never again! Mc Donald’s wins hands down, at least you get what you order. Wisbech KFC has no organisation

Had a quick lunch here yesterday. I have to say the meal was really hot and the chips were very good. The new chips are far better than the old style fries. I and my wafe had the zinger chicken fillets. They lovely and tender and really spicy. They were hot and really well cooked. This was our first visit sir several months, and the food was much better than our last visit probably a year ago. Service was really quick given they had to cook our meal. And the lady serving was really pleasant and friendly.

KFC don't bother about reviews I can't see any replies. Service bad. The new chips are terrible. Perhaps they should have tried it out on the public before bragging on tv

Over past few months on the occasions where I’ve visited the drive thru I’ve had incorrect orders with either chicken pieces missing, fries missing or gravy, then at best it’s luke warm. This last occasion I was missing a whole twister wrap come on KFC sort it out...I would recommend checking everything you order before you drive off then be prepared to nuke it in microwave which spoils the taste

kfc in wisbech is ridiculous, it is run by school children who dont care. i havnt had a good experience in there since i moved up here two years ago the service they offer is appalling and i dont recommend it to anyone!!

I'm sure like most fast food, it's not very healthy but it's tasty enough , I do wish they would push a drink with the meal, if I want a drink I'll ask for it. I also think it's getting a bit pricey.

No more than 5 indoor orders, drive through appeared empty and a 15 minute wait for a 2 mini fillets lunch box. Wouldn't mind waiting if they didnt insist they were 'fast' food.

This Wisbech KFC is seemingly run by complete incompetences the team are completely devoid of any sort Professionalism or customer service. The food is also completely not up to KFC standards just awful, the cleanliness is completely Disgusting. PLEASE AVOID

I love a good kfc, but the last 5/6 times I've been, I have just been so disappointed. Either my order is wrong, hardly nothing on the menu and now the drive through is blocked off. I mean I could have gone in to order but when you've got your pjs on and no makeup I don't fancy seeing someone I know. So maccys is just the road so me and my other half went there. Just every time I go there's something wrong and I'm afraid I've lost my faith in the kernel so probably won't be eating in there again. Such a shame as I do love a bit of Kentucky fried chicken.

I am not a fan of fast food and this was my first visit to KFC Wisbech.

Nothing like a nice KFC. That’s how we thought before this visit. When we entered the premises there were signs clearly stating a limited menu. Very very limited. We did have food including chicken. But it was greasy and just didn’t taste as it should. Great shame.

...this cause a back up of traffic ...as you had to order...pay and wait at the window. Lucky it was a Sunday so there was only a few cars.

Just popped in last night about 10.45pm, as on previous occasions place is dirty and I am stood like a lemon in an empty restaurant with nobody at the counter. I can see staff on the other side of the food storage area who can see me but are ignoring my presence, exactly as on previous 3 occasions that I have been there, clearly nobody wants to serve but are prioritising the Drive Through. Eventually a senior member of staff after shouting across the building for someone to serve me decided to come and ask me what I wanted and reluctantly took my order, at that point the girl who she had been shouting turned up looking flustered and took over the order. Simple order, 3 pieces of chicken and 4 hotwings. Drove the 3 minutes home, opended bag and food was luke warm at best, lo and behold the flustered girl turns out to be innumerate also as I only have 3 hotwings. Come on people, the Colonel would be turning in his grave, this is embarrassing.

One of the worst places I have gone to, miss items from the order all the time, customer service is terrible.

Probablemente los más pobres KFC que he visitado. No había personal parecía tener más de los 20 años de edad, era más como un proyecto de escuela. Empleado no sabía qué mitad de las comidas eran. La orden tomó más de 10 minutos. Envoltura de pollo era ordenados zinger 1 pieza de pollo por la mitad y una envoltura simple. . Risa. Pepsi era básicamente de agua, cuando le pregunté a la chica a pour, ella incluso dijo "sí parecía agua cuando me sirve". No hay mesas limpias y sin ketchup! Evitar!

Llamamos en nuestro camino a casa desde Londres. Éramos las únicas personas allí. El personal parecía como si no se molestó y nos sentimos como si nos debería disculparse por hacer que servirnos. La comida estaba fría, así que lo tomamos personal muy servicial, así nuestro dinero y a la izquierda. No cabe duda recomendado este lugar y no volveremos

Tuvimos un problema con nuestro orden original que no descubrimos hasta que llegamos a casa para comer. Llamé a la sucursal y hablé con el gerente que la cuestión de una manera profesional y amable. El personal de recepción también se disculpó, gran servicio, todos cometemos errores cómo su oferta con ellos lo que cuenta.

From arrival and parking, I should have taken head and left, there is obviously no attention to how this site looks, this is seen inside, tables not cleaned, waited 20 minutes before my order was taken, chips all over floor, tables left with last customers food boxes and wrappings, bin over flowing, the place is a disgrace, having I waited for a Christmas special chicken burger, it was a soggy mass of gooey bread roll which decomposed when tried to pick up, staff not interested, no teamwork, when complaining to supervisor not really interested, sadly if I had been in a restaurant where you pay at the end then I would not have paid.

After waiting 35 minutes in the queue (from outside) for my food, the chips were like rubber and there were no dips (which are in the meal deal)

Had the rice box and this was good. Couldn't to find a clean table and watching the chap sweep up moaning about the job and only doing half of it.Lazy seems to sum up some of the staff

Unfortunately I have given KFC Wisbech so many chances and they have let me down with the hygiene and disappointing food and attitude of staff. The food is either under cooked or over cooked, slow staff means that the food never arrives hot as it should be as it is with local food take always in that area. The general hygiene leaves a bitter taste in your mouth before you have eaten, unless you have guts of steel I wouldn't bother and try the March branch of KFC.

Visited this KFC on numerous occasions and I am sorry to say its probably the worst KFC I have been to. Orders often wrong and always cold. I live in Wisbech and if I go to March the food is warmer when I get home than from the Wisbech branch.

If you want consistency this is the place to come. Unfortunately that consistency is lukewarm food, sub-par service and a long wait.

I place my order at 6:50pm - 6 pieces of chicken and an 8 piece boneless banquet - nothing too taxing??35 minutes later - I was STILL waiting!! I asked if it would be long as I was losing the will to live!After another 5 minutes - and telling TWO members of staff....(the trainee who had clearly left his one brain cell at home), and a supervisor...(who clearly couldn't supervise a litter of kittens!), what my order was - I asked if the delay was possibly due to the fact that they had to catch the chickens first???At this point - I informed them that I wanted a refund and I was going to the chippy instead - this took another few minutes informing yet another supervisor (?) what the order was so she could refund me???I took the money and left......VERY hungry and fuming!!Fast food??? What a joke!!Under NO circumstances go to the Wisbech branch of KFC!!!

Stopped in for some "fast" food whilst on the way to dropping the kids at activity club. 20+ minutes sat in a parking bay for our order is not what I expect. It was mid afternoon and they did not seem busy. When the food was brought to the car some items we asked for were missing and I had to go and ask for them again. Disappointed.

Wife picked up two meals, both missing corn on the cob. Not the end of the world, but fairly basic mistake to make. If I ever visit this branch again I would definitely check the contents before driving away.

the chicken is good but sometimes it is really dry, the staff are very friendly,the service is good.

The food is always cold. That is when you get the right order - almost every time that I go there's something wrong with my order when I get it. Even when I specifically ask for fresh chips they come out lukewarm at best. Staff are also rude and un-helpful.

I quite often come here when me and my partner are busy! The food quality is adequate, there are times when it is good, but then there are time when it's terrible and the chicken is dry! And something that is my favourite here is the gravy and that is extremely runny/thin! The staff some are very helpful and friendly but there are some that are not! Particularly lately this one girl serves us, with out a smile and is just quite frankly miserable! I work in retail and that is poor customer service!

I wanted to say something complimentary about the place - but no, nothing comes to mind. Food of poor quality, must have been on the hot plate for some time. Chips like straw. This is not the typical KFC that I remember. Nevertheless, am likely to go to another, not this one though.

Everytime I visit this KFC I come away with something missing from my order or completely the wrong order! It also takes forever and a day to get your food, which sometimes isn't very fresh. Don't get me wrong, staff are pleasant (most of the time) but as a whole, its the worst KFC I've ever been to!

For my husbands birthday he chose KFC for a takeaway. When we got home the chips were hard and dry, one of the chicken orders was missing (been paid for) and my chicken tower burger was pink raw in the middle. Utterly disgusting. Just hoping I don't get salmonella poisoning!! Don't waste your money here

Nothing different, has been known to leave items off order, personally never had that problem, please check your order

I went through the drive thru and I ordered got round to the window and gave the money to the woman and she gave me my change I was just sorting out my change and the woman held my drink out the window said here's your drink I said bare with me 2 seconds just putting my change away and she said are you going to take your drink with a right attitude I was not impressed at all! And basically I would never go there one of the worst places to go in wisbech most of the staff are completely rude and speak to you with attitude!

Went here for a coffee and my children had a meal, felt as is i was in the back streets of some grubby place... toilet smelt really bad and ketchup all over some tables.. bearing in mind this was 2.30 in the afternoon and only 4 other people in there - staff must have been to busy talking about last night - coffee was awful (never again)....

I use the KFC at Wisbech a lot. Usually great service and very good food. Sometimes there is a bit of a queue but it isn't the biggest restaurant so appreciate that they do get busy. I've had a couple of instances where I've been missing food but haven't noticed until I get home (12miles away) but a quick phone call and they sort it so next time I go in I get the missing bits. Yes its inconvenient but everyone makes mistakes. Jamie is a great credit to the Wisbech site, he is always smiling and always offers the extras (not nessesarily a plus point for many) but for me I like it and it reminds me if I've forgotten something. Well done and maybe you could show some of the other sites how its done! Great food and great service (most of the time)

Staff useless. Unable even to put the right order in the right bag. This time they "forgot" to include fries. How hard can that be? It's not rocket science!! Other times food has been stale and cold. Avoid until they get their act together. I will.

This used to be a decent franchise, but over the last year it's really gone downhill. The staff seem annoyed to have to serve you, and out of the last 6 times we've been (we visit about once a month) every single order has been wrong. They never give large chips when you order them and just try and get away with giving the smaller ones, we've had sides missing, the complete wrong order given and been charged the wrong amount. We no longer use this branch and would rather drive further to actually get the right order.

Food is lovely but the queue are always so long. The staff are friendly and food order is always right. The wait is just often a lot longer than it needs to be, more people on he tills and serving would help with this

Always have fillet meal with chips, half a mile to home address and have to put in the microwave as it is always cold. The chip portion is very small. Go to Kings Lynn and get good portions and piping hot.

Everybody knows what to expect when it comes to KFC food, cheap, quick and does the job. Cant complain for when I fancy a quick chicken supper. However the staff in this place are so incompetent!! Having nearly always messing up our orders when going through the drive-thru we always make sure to check our bag to make sure we have what we ordered before we drive home.

I dont know if it is because it is new but I waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru this week just to order the food, good news is that the staff are friendly and apologetic and the food was still hot when I got it home 15 mins later.

Haven't been to this store for over a year but what a difference, we was very impressed with the staff & service, we had a little wait for food but at least we knew it was fresh & hot. We was told to sit down & they brought the food to our table when it was ready. We commented on the changed atmosphere & was told they have a new manager.

Really nice food, best KFC I've had for a long while, staff friendly. Just a shame the music is really depressing.

love kentucky fried chicken, but all of the branches are a way from where we live in a village out side of whittlesey. usually have good hot food, although often forget the proper serviettes etc in the bag. staff are ok, not over friendly but then most have trouble understanding what you say to them. which makes it a little tedious when ordering. would go back, its an ok restaurant.

Same as what you expect from any KFC doesn't look like the pictures and tastes nice and processed. I try to avoid KFC at all costs anyway but if filled a hole/

This is fairlynear the Tesco's store but on the opposite from McDonalds and is of a drive-thru format. Typical KFC franchise.
