KFC in Islington

Poor and rude service , little English, 2 bit of chicken dry and llleather slipper, another was barely cooked , crazy tasted burnt and to to the lot was charged extra money because it was after 11 pm in when ask where it states this was told look on t&c in which wouldn't download , month after making complaint and 30 phone calls to restaurant with no reply , Plenty of good places to eat so avoid if u value your health and money , they are thief's and can't cook , read other reviews aswell it's a franchise and needs shutting down

KFC is place to visit they are nice people and wonderful staff I like KFC SO Much I hope you will get some good customers the food is good and very tas

They couldn't even remember to put gravy in the gravy megabox. How can one forget the one thing that is in the title of the meal.

Had Deliveroo deliver my order. Firstly the wrong drink was given, ordered orange tango and diet Pepsi was delivered!!!! A whole mini chicken fillet meal was missing. Total joke! Not happy kids at all. First and last time ordering with these. Pure disappointment!

Every time I go here, the service is slow, food is cold and the card machine is not working. I don’t doubt that the people who run this franchise work extremely hard, but the service the provide is always under par. The card machine is so often out of order. Pay your tax!

I have been living in the area for 2 and half years now, and this is my local KFC. The service is all over the place and it can vary every time. My usual order is a 3 piece variety meal, previously I have returned home to find that they haven't given me the complete order, i.e forgetting my wings and strips. I visited yesterday and instead of forgetting parts of my order, they gave me too much chicken and i got extra wings and strips. It's clear that the staff are in a complete world of their own. Sometimes the customers can be very rude to the staff too, so its a bit of give and take. This isn't the worst KFC i have lived near, I would give that accolade to Golders Green. I would recommend checking your order before leaving the store. Also sometimes service is extremely slow, sometimes extremely fast. Also notorious spot for queue jumping wallys. All in all.... 3 out of 5 Also across the road from Chesters... Which is another story.....
