Would not feed to my dogs Chicken dry and when have wings been in a bucket? Popcorn very small but hot chips warmed up Having spent £35 here would not have given to my dog

The worst KFC in Manchester, look at the reviews, the ones where the staff or friends of the restaurant are not reviewing, obviously they will give this rubbish 5 stars lol! We ordered BBQ Chicken burger, dried out, no sauce it was also dried out, then ordered chicken on the bones, all old and dried out, I would not mind but I was waiting in the store for 20 Minutes for this disgusting food! You would think they would of been cooking it fresh but they was not they gave me food that was there way before I arrived! Staff in the kitchen were awful! They was not doing anything, staff at the front had to keep coming into the back to make burgers and put fries on, I would advise not complaining to KFC either, we spent over £20 on this rubbish and they sent us £5 TO TEMPT US BACK TO THE RESTURANT LOL could not believe had bad the service we have had also from HQ, disgusting store, horrible staff but one, be warned don't go there you will regret it! If you do want to buy food go online and not instore was the worst experience we have ever had! NEVER AGAIN!

One of the best KFC in Manchester. The food is always fresh, and the staff, all of them, are nice and friendly. We go there weekly and never had a bad experience.

Don’t bother using here for online delivery as twice now had issues, first the order just disappeared whilst em-route supposedly, second two meals arrived with fries and bean’s substituted with pots of gravy (can only assume it was near closing and they tried to fob us off with whatever is left). Never again!

My visit here today was absolutely outstanding, I genuinely mean from start to finish it was amazing. Upon opening the door I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the team member cleaning a table from a family that just left and he offered to help us choose our meals on the kiosk and he would bring it all over to our table, there must have been literally only 2 minutes passed by and he was back at our table with all our meals along with a selection of sauces, salt, wipes you name it. The food was out of this world and was so hot and fresh! I honestly can’t thank this gentleman enough for his hosting of us, he really treated this visit like it was his own family restaurant, the mans name was Paul, if you ever visited this restaurant and you manage to meet Paul, you will be very lucky!

Couldn’t do 0 stars so 1 was the worst we could do. We visited this restaurant as our hotel was straight opposite. We ordered and waited nearly half an hour. Called out a number which wasn’t ours but we asked if it was ours and it was but we didn’t have our receipt (because the machine didn’t give us one) and they didn’t want to give it to us until we confirmed what we’d ordered. Restaurant was very cold. Our food was all mixed up in the two boxes so we had to sort who’s was who’s. Drinks were both Pepsi after ordering one as Pepsi max cherry. Food was hot and tasted good buts that’s as good as it got. Girl with very blonde hair working had an absolutely disgusting attitude. Family walked in through exit door (which didn’t have any signage to say this) and were told very rudely that they were closed and that they had to leave. The family were a bit rude but the girl then went to her colleagues and was laughing at them as they left and continued talking about them in front of us and a number of other guests after the family had left. We were then told that we had to finish our food and leave as soon as possible, and not even 10 minutes later were told we had to leave right away. Disgusting service and attitudes on the staff. Complete shambles please do not go here!

Oder box meal and some extra gravy. When I came to pick up my order they’ve charged me for everything. When I came home opened my meal there was no Garvey , phoned the store to ask what happed with my order ??. They answer me we don’t have it. -

Drive thru closed. Food burnt and not edible. Avoid this place.Look across to the McDonalds and there are always queues for that reataurant. Need to up your game.

The KFC in UK is much better than those in Hong Kong. In the UK, the chicken are fried very juicy and the chicken are marinated well. In Hong Kong, the chicken of kfc is rather dried.

Chicken is so so salty. The first time i had it i thought just a bad one off, but went last week and the same, almost inedible. Wont be returning.

The stuff was friendly and we didn't wait too much for our Family Bucket menu. But when I found a blond long hair in my chicken I went to speak to the manager. She said that all her personnel from kitchen are boys and all of them have black hair, so it should be from the factory (myself being also brunette) I told her that I'm not interested in the hair colour of her colleagues, but I am not happy with the situation and I would like to hear her compensation alternatives. She said that she can offer me only 1(one) piece of chicken thighs for free or a coupon with 50% discount for my next order but which I can use it only in their location. I refused both offers because the stock was coming from the same factory and I didn't want to taste another hair of the same "factory worker" and I was just for a short holiday in Manchester; I can't travel there anytime I would like to have a KFC menu. I was a regular KFC customer but only until now. Sorry about it, but in business all your customers have to be happy, otherwise you will loose it.

The food is the normal greasy KFC however every time we have been they have got our order wrong they are just not on the ball

I love KFC. This restaurant is better than most. I always go after 9pm when it us usually quieter therefore this is why I think the service is quicker than other KFC restaurants as I have never ever visited a KFC where the service is quick. The food is good most of the time. I have visited on the occasion when they have ran out of certain menu items such as gravy, wraps and BBQ dips which is somewhat disappointing. As this is the only KFC I will eat at I travel 19 miles to it. Yes I am crazy but sometimes its just nice to visit a KFC where I know that the food will be nice and I won't suffer from food poisoning. The customer service is somewhat to be desired. The gents tend to be more polite than the ladies. But overall the staff are generally grumpy and need to learn what customer service is about. I don't visit too often so I kind of put up with the staff and their attitudes so that I can have my KFC fix.

Just your standard kfc, can be slow here due to it being busy often but food is still good all the same.

We ordered a bucket for the family to take home and was surprised with how quick they did the order and the food was fresh and hot not no cold food. Pleasantly surprised especially coming from London while I was comparing. Great chicken can go a long way.

The pace is filthy, the bins are overflowing and after shouting twice for my order finally received a bucket meal and two drinks after 25 mins. The 2 serving staff were lovely however, but spent the entire time apologising to every customer I tried he place because the place is appalling managers & KFC should be ashamed of themselves.

This branch in salford has the drive-thru which is amazing. And they have nice service. If you are a student you can claim free food using the kfc app. They never let me down! 🙃

I visited this KFC on Tuesday 29th May at 6pm and I just wanted to congratulate and thank all of the staff from this store at that time.

Waiting 15 minutes in store. Slow service. And can’t provide half of the menu. This is my regular but I’d never rate it better than 3/5. It needs some serious improvement/better management.

Second time been here and on both accounts the orders was wrong with chicken missing. KFC really need to get it right. You email them to complain and all they say is sorry. Wont be going there again

I’ve tried this outlet twice, first time the food was cold and the gravy was congealed and inedible. The second visit I arrived at the drive through 25 mins before close and they refused to serve. Ended up out another outlet. The staff were rude and refused to assist. I would not recommend this outlet if you have others to chose from.

Visited on Sunday evening to eat in although initially we were on our own it became busier. This is one of the restaurants in the new style and was quite large, pleasant and clean. Only one person serving but he was friendly and efficient. If you like KFC this was good.

Tried to use the drive through, sat waiting in the car and ignored by a. Under off staff until I waved and finally got told they were closed. No signs showing this, no apology was very disappointed with the way this was handled.

Used the drive through could hardly understand the server the burger was then cold there were no wipes and my drink was flat I'd rather have harry ramsdens at leas it's hot

Maybe because it is in Salford, but this KFC doesnt really look like any other KFC. you feel danger from the entrance door. there is a screen to separate the staff and the costumers so you can imagine what kind of costumers we are talking about. Also, if u do not ask for mayo and ketchup they do not give you.

Ordered the triple only to get home through rush hour traffic to find part of the order was missing so had to go back through rush hour traffic to be greeted by kirsty the manager who was very un sympathetic am i happy not really wont ever be going to kfc again total morons and crap customer service

This is the first KFC I've been to where the staff are protected from the customers by a 'screen' of cables. Once I'd seen my order of my standard two-piece variety meal I realised why. It was the smallest portion I have ever seen (see photo). This has to be a prime location and there is no excuse for such small portions. I will not go here again.

Big daddy box meal is amazing. Love this KFC always hot and quick with their orders. Always choose KFC over McDonald's now. Their gravy is a must.

Offers a more convenient and less busy option to the bustling White City location on match days. Coffee was fresh with meal and love the glass mural of the Colonel' herbs and spices. One way system into the precinct is tricky. Expect a small wait for traffic.

Visit this KFC once a month if that, each time I've been there always seems to be rats running around the bins and in the bushes nearby. When you bring it to the attention of the server they blame McDonald's across the road, not only that but they can't even get your order right when you basically spell out what you're after, the service is slow, food is never 100% right and the whole easiness of takeaway food just feels harder.Perhaps hire staff that care about their customers?

Whilst shopping in Manchester yesterday we decided to call in to KFC on the way home. Whole family are big fans of KFC and prefer it over any other fast food restaurants, however yesterday's experience has completely changed our perspective.Ordered 4 Big Daddy Meals and a Street Wise Box, 2 of the kids after their meals were vomiting all night. One with sever diarrhoea and today Adults are now vomiting. After reading the comment about rats this honestly doesn't surprise me. This place should be shut down as it is a serious health hazard !!!! If the children's illness continues I will be seeking medical advice.

Had a basic two piece meal with Diet Pepsi, quick efficient ordering system, but . . . . . . whilst I was in the drive through queue (not thru, I'm English) there was quite a large gathering of rats around the waste bins, I mentioned it the staff and he just blamed it on the site owners as KFC aren't responsible.The food was good by the way.

First KFC I have visited where the staff behind the counters are protected with screens. This makes ordering and receiving your food different. Its felt like an old fashioned bank. I am sure that this is for the safety of the staff but what does it say about the area !!

Went through the drive thru - its saturday so expect a delay high volume. The order was missing the popcorn chicken , no drink with the meal !!!!!That sorted then get home after checking - to find the flaming wrap which was ordered,and is in the cover of is actually bar-b-que !!! eeewww!Bobbins - never get it right, needs attention

went here once with family, been on a day out and just wanted to go home with a bite to eat!! pulled up to drive through to be told no chicken??????? This is KFC, the home of Chicken??? so i drove off very disappointing, not only that the week before i went, and drove 10 minutes home to discover a chicken missing in one of the Chicken Burgers? please this can not be normal, and didn't have the energy to go back.

I put a complaint in regarding my 1st visit to this restaurant and heard nothing back from KFC. I decided to try again and went through the drive through. I stopped at the window to put in my order and found no-one there, I waited a few mins and no-one showed up so I drove to the next window. I was met by a woman who couldn't take my order and said I just had to wait at the first one. This is my last ever visit. I find the staff are lazy and rude and the whole restaurant is very badly managed.

The food is good as ever and theres a cleaner is making this place spotless. Oddly though no music and a loud CB sounding chat the duration of our visit filling the place. Very grating.

Please stop being so rubbish, I hate McDonald's but this KFC is never open as late (even though they have the bizarre armed robbery guard glass so they can't be worried about that), and on the last visit I drove up and was told it would be a ten minute wait for chicken - that's all you sell! Went back later, got my mighty bucket home to find the fries had been completely left out. It's in such a prime location but the finished product is shoddy and they must be happy to constantly lose fed up customers to Maccys.

Called in kfc on salford precint, yesterday omg what a shock, all tables were clutted with rubbish admit the girl came to clean them but would have had nowhere to sit. Got in about 3.10 killing bit of time so ordered a coffee said could I have cold milk not hot, she said cold milk, cold milk said yes not hot, well could not believe what happened next she set off to do it and I thought it was supposed to be a fast food place, a snail could have served me twice as fast, she disappeared behind the scenes which felt like an eternity, meanwhile cue building up, she couldnt give a stuff and its like she didn't want to be there. Got coffee eventually it was nearly time to go. And to add insult to injury the so called milk she gave me, it said on pack taste like milk it was vile and the more you put in your drink the worse it got. I wanted proper milk. Anyway put me off ever going in there again or recommend it to anyone. Avoid if possible. Good job didnt order food my have still been waiting

What is it with the glass in this kfc the staff rarely and again today hear you and you end up getting somthing random again. Gone round yo macs to get another meal.

We decided to have bargin bucket one of evenings as we were staying close by chicken was lovely not greasy at all chips very nice friendly staff and they kept it all very clean and tidy definitely recommend

Ordered at the window and drove round to pick up order. As always around this time they gave us our drinks but said we'd have to wait for our food..again! This happens every time we come here! We waited half an hour for our food to be brought out and by that time the drinks were watered down with the ice that had melted. Not even an apology from the person who brought the food out. I would have complained in the store but I know it wouldn't have made any difference so didn't think there's any point, we just won't come again.

Went through the drive thru today and must say that the members of staff who took our order and handed us our food were the most polite people we have ever come across at a fast food establishment. Impeccable service, great food, what more do you want? Just sorry we didn't notice these guys names but they were serving at approx 4 o'clock on Saturday 17th October. We waited half an hour to go around the drive through, ordered our food and then were told it was cash only, we had not been informed of this prior to ordering. We managed to find some cash to place our order and then went round to collect our order. They had given us the wrong food so we went back to swap it and they again gave the wrong food. Whatever they gave me was disgusting and so were the chips. They also failed to give me a fork to eat my rice box with so I had to use my fingers.

My idea of going through a drive thu is that I can drive away with the correct food this seems to be that much of a problem with kfc im starting to think they are trained this way so they rip off every customer. The food I received was ok be warned check your order.

The food is ok however can be quite dry sometimes, best get some gravy! The staff are really friendly but seem a little down beaten, maybe management need to give them a pat on the back every now and then, overall, it's just fast food! You get what you pay for, most of the time.

That 1.99 snack box can sure hit the spot. This time we used the drive through so I was hoping the food would stay warm enough to last the journey back to where we'd eat.So given that info we asked to keep the fries separate from the box to avoid soaking it. On we go & halfway through the journey we got peckish for some chips in traffic.Nice & hot but not separate but at the bottom of the box under the chicken, we were fuming but the bbq sauce they had kinda made up for it.Next time we'll check before we drive off. Chicken was divine on this visit. Love when you get a big piece.

Ok so we called here for our dinner.Ordered our drinks via the drive thru, asked for both drinks 'without' ice and what did we get? Drinks with ice.Secondly, we wasn't given any napkins or anything to wipe out hands on like they give you at some KFC's.Parked in the untidy and not very well kept car park, which had to much litter and wasn't looked after at all.Basically I'd give this place a 2 / 5. It needs new management or staff who listen to your orders.

Normal kfc quality meal, friendly staff. Manager made attempts at sweeping the floor but it really needed the section closing and a quick mop round.Staff could do with plastic gloves when picking up chicken bones and food debris from tables and floor round bin area. With so many diseases around didn't look hygienic for staff to be handling waste without gloves

I have just been to this kfc and had a child in the car with me. After waiting at the drive through for ten minutes I had to drive round to the window to be told the Till wasnt working so I had to go to the next window. After waiting at the second window for 5 minutes a guy who saw me waiting decided to tell me that he couldn't serve me and I would have to come inside. So what should have been an easy trip to the drive thru had now resulted in me having to get my child out of his car seat and take him in the store. As he was hungry and tired he wasn't happy to do this. When I got to the counter and finally ordered about 20 minutes after I first arrived I was told there was a 15 minute wait for chicken. .. in kfc?! When I thought this ordeal couldn't get any worse they guy gave me the food on a tray when I had clearly said I wanted it to takeaway. I finally got it bagged up and got it home. When I got home and opened the bag it was the complete wrong order. I ordered 2 zinger meals and a kids meal .. I got a bag full of chicken legs one burger and a kids meal with the wrong chicken. As I live a fair bit away I didnt return to the store and I also didn't want to bring my child all the way out again. Seriously need to review the staff my guess is poor management!

Went to KFC as this is my granddaughters favourite fast food outlet. No probs with food but the place was untidy and floor filthy. Bathrooms not much better. Asked to speak to manageress and was told she was on the phone!!! Before we left asked to speak to her again and she appeared -listened to my complaint and said sorry!

Staff turnover in places like these are always high. I understand that they get hammered on the drive thru but the recruitment process for staff needs seriously revising.There were more than enough staff to clean tables and yet this was never done (spilt drinks and sauce stains sticking all over the place).Don't let the famous chicken down, represent the brand properly. I just had to sit on the wall and eat outside then use the toilet inside to wash my hands and scurry.

We visited KFC for 2 of their new pulled chicken sandwich meals.These were the most overpriced poor quality meals i have ever bought from KFC. All it was was 2 pieces of boneless chicken on some black rotten lettuce with a small dollop of bbq sauce stuff. It was nothing like the advertisements on tv posters or bill boards.There was certainly no chrede slice or tender pulled chicken on top. The fries were luke warm and limp. We also had 2 millionaire shortbread cremeballs. These were like no ther ever purchased and consisted of some broken biys of chocolate and dry biscuit with ice cream on top. No sauce No caramel or anything just dry bits and ice cream.This is deffonatly the most overpriced box meal KFC have invented to date considering the original ones come with a piece of chicken , hot wings , or and a side order for under a fiver this was actually £5.49 just for the poor quality sandwich soggy fies and a post mix drink.

Last time we visited some months ago the last orders was 12.00. Delighted tonight to see the drive through was open. The normal speaker system to place your order was not used so you wait to reach the window. Finally you are told they only have a Fillet burger, Fries & 5 hot wings left. Not what I wanted. Ordered then told only. 3 wings left. Garbage service will not go again. McD is not the best but you can get what you want.DRIVE PAST waste of time
