The quality of there chicken was so bad it tasted like it's been sitting for days it after eating got food poisoning definetly won't be ordering again waste of money

Lovely staff always nice warm food

I have ordered a food for £25 and family deal pluse lutos waffle. Family deal was ok but waffle was sour it wasn’t taste good. Please lookafter food hygiene rules so people won’t get sick. Try to make fresh better everyday for waffles and don’t serve rotten waffles. As people trust you and spend money to buy food to enjoy not to get sick. I have no idea what to say about recommendations.

JJ was a great delivery driver. missed some items off the order but offered to go back and get them but it would take an hour or so. I said that is fine and if he could that would be great . JJ returned with my missing items and was very friendly and polite about it . definitely agreat service experience and would stick to buying form this place

Really disappointed with you guys. Been ordering from here for years, got my food and the milkshakes had tipped over and spilt in the bag. Called you and you said you would send replacements. Fair enough. The replacements never came and you didn’t answer my calls. Massively let down somone who’s ordered from you for a long time.

I did the uber delivery, I got my items very quickly within the time frame. I enjoyed my ferrero cheesecake, for the price its too good. Even the ferrero drink was also quite good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Mixed kebab and hash browns were great, chips were quite undercooked and had hardly any cheese. Delivery also took 90 minutes.

Grilled chicken was good may be a bit undercooked . However, chicken wings were definitely staling and not eatable at all . Seemed like really old . Got disappointed a bit .
