Food were amazing. Everything came nice and packaged. Glad i ordered from there. Best burger ive had in a long while.

So overhyped. Burgers are super small. Lacks cheese. Lacks sauce in burger and veggies. Basically everything that you could do wrong they do and it’s a burger , one of the simplest food. Also blue cheese sauce taste like pure butter , no blue cheese

Waste of money and time. The food was cold beyond what cold should be and the chips I believe we're just thrown in from the draining rack after being sat there for a few hours. The burgers were freezing cold and the wings absolutely disgusting. I asked for no onions and it still have nasty sliced onions in such a stupid way. Has the cost of a sprinkling of salt gone up in price as everything was lacking in salt or any type of seasoning. The beef patties were very dry and dense with no flavour and the wings had a slight sat in the heating oven for 3 hours smell which smelt funky. After hype of this place I think y'all need to reconsider your career choices!

What is this sorcery! I was like a baby trying sugar for the first time! Literally just devoured my wholly double burger and debating re ordering another. My taste buds are feeling sensations they have never felt before! Thankyou Burgerism! I will leave it at that no more needs to be said!

£35 for 2 burgers, fries and wings. Make sure you have a microwave because the food is freezing. For that price I expected an amazing burger but honestly, save your money and get a maccies instead.

Everything was fantastic, really tasty burgers, seasoned chips and the chicken wings were delicious. Really friendly service too. If I could give it 6 stars, I would!

Usually best place to go for burgers. Ordered over £60 worth of food and the quality of the burgers have dropped drastically. Even the chips were cold. Usually a big fan and travel far to come here but was disappointed and I'm thinking of not going again. Please fix up the quality and address this issue.

It’s my first time with the restaurant. Fortunately, it was a nice experience through delivery service, as it was fast and I got warm fresh food. I ordered double cheesed burger, it was a good and delicious but too meaty as it has four layers of meat, therefore I preferred the cheesed burger which has only two layers of meat which also considered as a good portion sandwich. Also, I had one freebird chicken burger, it was fresh, simple and hot. It’s not the best but it was very good. All cost me around 30 pounds, but it was enough for 2 normal eaters.

Gave us cold burgers Well i reached on time for collection was in parking and ate there , about on time they handed bags but you know what both the burgers were cold only chips and wings were hot really disappointed And their boxes are too sharp almost cut myself twice Need to change it

Very rude staff. There was a problem with an Uber app, wasn't an issue with driver, just a mistake with localisation in the app. One of the staff members was very rude through the phone, didn't want to solve the problem.

Ordered the bird box and the beef burger box. Chiken burger is good, but the burger was very small. The fries portion is good, but my order was missing 2 fries. The beef burger was dense. There was very little sauce on it. I heard the hype, but honesty, not that impressed. Too much expensive and small portions.

Wings are decent but everything else is high in salt and no flavour. Garlic Ranch didn’t taste like American Ranch more like garlic sauce. The cookie is very very dry.Fries are the same as KFC, so that tells you a lot already dry and salty. Freebird Burger is flavourless and greasy ,the Baconed is dry and flavourless.

My drinks and sauces were forgotten in the bag, even though I specifically asked if they were inside. Mickey was then very unhelpful and said he would arrange a refund for the missing items but I haven't received the refund yet.

Used to love the wings from here, but every time we place an order something or the other is always missing. We spoke to one of the staff and rather than apologising for the mistake they were very rude. If it wasn’t for the lovely wings and the dip we would never order from here. Service is terrible.

Ordered online , £45 order when it arrived from burgerism Salford. Only half an order , I phoned up and was told , and u quote if you want the other half come and get it. , yes. So you spend for delivery and in the end I ended up driving 5 miles in my dressing. Gown. To collect my other half of order. , no apology no nothing. The woman obviously does not like her job. , I will never again order or buy nothing from this place. , I contacted deliveroo and they just did not want to know. No refund no Apology no petrol. Destroyed my night. Be very careful peeps Stay away. To be honest. A McDonald’s burger is 5 times better. Awful experience

Disappointing. Food was ready 13 minutes before agreed collection time which meant upon collection food was lukewarm at best. Felt the quality was also poor for the price.

Chicken wings poor (these let it down big time could do better in my air fryer easily) 4. Overpriced imo if chicken wings were good I wouldn't moan so much but I only ate half expected big things considering the burger was so nice) 5. Only 1 alcohol wipe in bag disappointed as was a double meal so again seems petty but for price and the fact we drove off opened bag and only one inside was annoying) 6.would definitely eat there again but just order burger and chips

We ordered a take away delivery from the Denton branch. I can honestly say these are the best burgers we've ever tasted! The burgers are juicy and fresh, the food was still hot when it arrived unlike many other places. You get everything you ordered and more, you even get a free fruit salad sweet for afterwards, nice little touch. We normally only get take out once a month but we've ordered 5 times from here in the past couple of weeks or so. I am totally obsessed with their food. You get stamps every time you order and after 5 stamps you get £10 plus pennies to spend with them!! I highly recommended Burgerism, you will not be disappointed. A*****

So the actual burgers are easily my favourite in Manchester and are definitely 5 stars without a doubt. I feel bad for leaving 4 stars but the reason is that for the last two visits, we've driven about 20 minutes to collect as we're out of the delivery range. You fill in the form to say you're there and they say they'll bring it to your car but they seem to forget about you! There's tons of delivery orders for Uber Eats etc. going out and both times now it's gone beyond 30 minutes overdue and we've had to go to the window where they seemingly only then start making it. Not ideal when you incorporate the journey there too. The actual staff are super nice and even refunded my last one without me asking which is much appreciated, but I worry that they're going to lose customers because of prioritising the delivery side. I do also appreciate that demand is currently outweighing supply. It's absolutely not the staff's fault as they're clearly doing their best given the circumstances. They've deservedly done very well and started branching out to more places so hopefully they can make some more venues (plz do Bury) which will spread out the demand a bit more and this one will become more manageable!

I have finally managed to try Burgerism. I really enjoyed the burger, probably as good or better than other smash burgers I have tried in the UK. However I did not like the fries that much. They were cold and dry. The amount was good but I barely touched it because they weren't great. It could have been because it took a while to get them. I filled in the form when I arrived as per the ordering site instructions. But as it was taking too long I went there to ask for an update. My order was ready and packaged and I was supposed to receive a text from them which I never did. Either way I have tasted other cold fries that were much better. I will definitely return just for the burger.

A small old town in which there is a market day on Tuesdays and Sundays, when the locals bring their own products to sell. Very good quality food and fruit are available. In the narrow streets of the old town, rows of shops await customers with special goods.

Ordered wings and chips and all I received was chips. Phoned up to try and get either a refund or my correct food and was told they can't do nothing. Just ring Uber eats. Disappointed with the service

Best burger joint in Manchester that I’ve come across so far! The food is super fresh and the portions are big. Overall I would recommend and definitely order again, the fries and triple beer burger was chefs kiss! Keep smashing it!! Absolutely delicious (:

Food was not bad came from Sheffield and was recommended Burgerizm by somebody, would i visit back probably not. Placed an order and rang the store for extra cheese on the burgers but apparently they don’t do it said the woman. She wasn’t the politest of people, i wasn’t trying to get away without paying if anything would have paid for extra cheese, but she said they don’t do that which is a bit bizarre. Anyhow the start of the whole experience was a let down and the food was not something i would brag about so yeh that was the first and last time i visit this place.

Whatever genius thinks sending an order on a pushbike wheb there are several miles between my place and burgerism is crazy. Clearly I cannot heat a burger up and it's going to be cold by the time it gets to me. Won't order again

My oh my, they do the juiciest smash patties ever. Maybe I overdid it with the double (4 patties!!) but it was worth the potential heart failure. It’s a shame that the fries aren’t that nice and they don’t do milkshakes either which makes an elite combo with a greasy burger. Still enjoyed the meal, but please learn how to put the lids on the dip properly. I lost 65p worth (see pics)

Wholly Double It’s as filling as the thickest bun I’ve seen on Google. The hamburger has a beefy flavor and is very juicy. It’s really delicious with the salty flavor of bacon. 🤭 The cheese he uses is the kind used on American hamburger buns, so it has a cheese flavor. Chicken Sandwich His fried chicken buns are delicious You can tell that the chicken breasts were soaked in good-quality whole milk during the marinating process🥳 So the food is not dry at all, it is so moist and has a light milky aroma. fries At McDonald’s in Hong Kong, I have always only eaten a quarter pack of medium-sized French fries, but with this medium-sized French fries, I can eat them in a box myself 😂 It is pre-mixed with seasoning powder, just like shake shake French fries. The flavor tends to be mildly spicy, with lots of smoked paprika. The texture of fresh French fries is that of potato skins, and they are fried to be crispy on the outside and soft on the outside. However, Qianqi is not good at baking it. You have to start eating it as soon as you get it 😂 Because it is made on demand, so if you put it in a box and bake it for only five minutes, it will be dry😖 P.S. It does not accept on-site orders. Even if it is at the door of the store, orders must be placed online on its official website. So you can estimate the time according to the distance between you and him🐣

Not sure what’s changed here and it’s a shame because whatever made Burgerism special, it’s clearly lost it. The burger was so underwhelming , nothing like how it used to be! You can literally pick up the same gourmet style burger anywhere in Manchester now! Even the sauce isn’t the same (blue cheese). It seems like they use cheaper ingredients! The burger itself was very average, not enough salt and a bit rubbery. Had it kept to its usual high standard, would be happy to pay over the odds ! But £50 for 3 meals and a single burger, just doesn’t cut it I’m afraid ! How disappointing

Ordered via Uber Eats. Food order showed up as delivered and yet, I had not received anything. I called and was told there was nothing that could be done and that the driver must have stolen my delivery?! So, I re-ordered as we still wanted out meal. £60 later for two burger meals and they then arrived cold. Tasted good but not worth £60.

Ordering from here is super convenient using their online/QR code system, they have parking and bring the food right out to your car! Special mention to Mickey, whose customer service skills were top-notch. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fresh, delicious meal with amazing service.

Very disrespectful staff members , more than 20 drivers waiting deliveroo and other people for there orders .. staff sending out messages telling people to come to entrance and collect food , while no staff member was even coming to window !! , unprofessional need to take classes for experience in manners and language skills. Whereas it clearly says food will be sent to your car . A staff member sent a message to us to say come to window to collect food , we waited for 45 minutes for the food , my order was for 8 pm got order at 9 pm , food was cold and gone wrong . One staff member popped out , and I had to ask what has happened to my order , she replied saying “ it’s not in pocket can’t you see “!!! Veryyyy rude no manners staff complete ignore phone calls . Rang 48 times to speak to someone still no reply . I am a regular customer never had issues but this has put me off burgerism and I will be telling everyone about this issue and no longer will go back there . Burgerism did not even applogize for such rudeness or even say sorry for delay . Lots of other people having same issues and getting very angry . Very sad to see such rude staff .!

First time we have ordered from here, as had heard good things. Shame that they didn't send the correct order, burger missing, was told it was their error but if we wanted the burger we'd have to come for it as they didn't have a driver. I thought that was the whole point of paying for a takeaway. They said Uber eats would provide a refund, Uber eats refunded £3.13 instead of the full price of burger. Those family members who did get their order enjoyed the good, as for me, I ended up with no food!

10/10 burgers. I can hands on heart say they’re the best burgers I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed. Foods always piping hot too. Only one time I ordered and the food was cold maybe the driver didn’t have a food bag? Never the less the food was scranned! Highly recommend.

Dead spot. Tasteless meat. I have in fact ate taster air than that burger. Would not recommend to people with no taste buds. Highlight of the meal was a fruit salad sweet from my childhood. I repeat dead spot!!!

I get that my delivery was 4/5 mile but hot bags exist these days . Chips colder than ice - burger was nice but also Luke warm for £21 I won’t be ordering delivery again that’s for sure .

Food was good but very over priced considering its a take away.

This place was over hyped. The meat was poor quality and had weird hard bits in it. The fresh onion was so bitter and there was no sauce. I wouldn’t go back. I heard so much about this place and was excited to come but it was a huge disappointment overall. Don’t waste your time.

Worst people , staff is arrogant to delivery drivers , especially the boss who doesn't like to mention there name as well. She says she doesn't care even if you complain and treats people like they are nothing.

Ordered online for a work lunch and delivered by deliveroo. The food was delicious we all enjoyed it however the fries (x4) were missing from the meals. I tried to claim via deliveroo but it was rejected. I telephoned and spoke with Yuan who was very helpful and said that he will send the details to head office for review hopefully they will arrange a refund. Thank you Yuan

Food here is absolutely disgusting, not worth the amount your paying £15 for a burger meal you’d expect top notch this is definitely not worth the price your paying especially when your food is tasting tasteless! Complaint to burgerism and they don’t have a care in the world.

I bought food from this evening and spent nearly £40, I collected the food as usual but when I got home some of my order was missing. I phoned up to enquire where my food was and the manager who I spoke too was very rude and didn't really do anything to resolve the issue saying they had no drivers to drop-off the missing food from my order even though they always have drivers doing deliveries! When I could not see a resolution i told him I wanted a refund and he very rudely hung up on me, when I called back he was still rude and passed me onto someone else who said they had refunded me but can't tell me if it is refunded? 🤷‍♂️ I won't be buying food from burgerism in future after this experience, I've used this branch for a few years now and it's slowly been getting worse recently!

Just a hole in the wall within an industrial site? You had to order via a QR code and the burger would be handed out through the wall.. we left before ordering

Not what I expected. A crowd of Uber eats drivers waiting outside a window. If you want to order you use a QR code and as far as we could tell you have no interaction with anyone inside - expect someone handing you food through a window which you can't see through. Very odd, didn't order.

I ordered 3 chicken burgers and was upset about the quality. I used to love Freebirds, but now the quality has declined and the price is nearly double compared to the 2022. (£6.95 to £10.50) I don't mind to pay new price as long quality following the price .

Ordered via uber eats for an office lunch upon arrival one of our guest opened the Blue cheese dip to find that it was crusty and had visible blue Mold inside. Clear health and hygiene red flag. We had a joke about it as they ordered blue cheese but didn’t expect moldy food. No one eat the food so it all went in the bin and headed out for lunch. 👎

Ordered the Vegan burger today and I was really disappointed. I have ordered Burgerism a lot over the last few years, always been impressed with their vegan burger. However, today has put me off ordering at all. The fries were fine, quite a decent portion. The burger patty however was just revolting. Smelt weird, really mushy and dry. The vegan cheese was naff (it’s usually quite nice) Heap loads of pickles, even though I asked for non. I feel sick just thinking about the burger. I will be ordering elsewhere for a better, more affordable burger.

First timer! Chips were incredible. Burger was delish. The food is well presented and immaculately packaged. Food obviously freshly prepared. Beef of a high quality and this was obvious from the smell and taste. Service was excellent by the member of staff who brought out our meal, and made a humerous remark about our conspicuously liveried vehicle which made us smile! I'd like to see a wider range of drinks, particularly sugar free. Would return.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE AGAIN! more fool me, I have had multiple issues with my food from the Gatley branch but as they started off so well, I foolishly gave them chance after chance. I ordered on Friday and once again, the wrong food was delivered. It seems that it is impossible to contact anyone at Burgerism and when you do eventually get a response 2 days later, its totally pointless and offers another voucher. A voucher for food which out of 3 orders has been the incorrect order twice and inedible, cold and soggy food the other time. Avoid at all costs. Orders are always wrong and the customer service is the pitts! for an independent business, they need to do better with their customers, they totally DO NOT CARE

I'm not going to lie, The beef burger from here was the best I've had in England, really tasty and juicy. With the seasoned skin on fries, it was lovely. The burgers weren't huge, nothing compared to the video advertisement, but yet surprisingly filling. A few days later I tried the chicken fillet burger which was fat and juicy, but It wasn't a patch on the beef burger, in fact I'd say popeye's chicken burgers just take the lead on burgerism. But don't let that put you off as these are still gorgeous. Now then..... chicken wings. I ordered 2 flavours. Bbq and buffalo, both were incredible, the bbq was tangy and full of flavour and the buffalo was not too hot. The sauce tasted a little like nandos peri sauce. Over all, there is no doubt that I will return there to indulge again in the beef burgers. Maybe even try the double... 4 pattys. I'm a big lad but I think even that may be a little too much.
