Food was amazing! We had Steak & Ribs and the Mixed Grill for 2. Steaks were very well cooked and tender, we loved the prawns and the chicken was also amazing. We decided to have brownie and a cheesecake for dessert which were also great.

My family and I dined at the Marco's restaurant in MediaCity. Service and food were both great, staff were attentive and very helpful. We had lasagne, Carne pizza and a Carbonara with a side of onion rings to share. The food was tasty and the Carbonara was the best I had in a while. We will be definitely back!

What a lovely surprise kids eat for free in the holidays. Hubby and I had a steak which was well cooked and the onion rings were to die for. The kids had burger and pizza, the pizza was made with fresh dough with a choice of toppings. We all had ice cream to finish.

I joined Trip Advisor just to write this review. My family and I ate a Marco’s at Media City in October 2024. We are a family that eats out often and tonight we selected Marco’s. Two reasons: 1. we went to the Lowry for a show afterwards and 2. My kids (both 13yr) recently discovered Marco via YouTube and Hell’s Kitchen, so he’s someone they admire. At 5:30 the restaurant was empty. I know from experience this is never a good sign but we continued. We decided to go for a main each, with a desert to follow. My wife and I had the surf and turf, and my sons had a strip steak(8.oz) and mac n cheese. I also ordered a rocket salad. All steaks ordered ‘medium’. The food arrived and I have to say, first I was underwhelmed by the size of the steaks on the surf and turf. After reading the menu post meal I note there is no weight for the steaks. Blimey, I would be surprised if mine was even 4.oz. Not only that but both were hardly seasoned and one was well done. The rocket salad was wilted and leaves looking very tired. I sent this back and did not ask for a replacement. Mac n cheese was over seasoned, salt and pepper. I’ve attached some photos In an ideal world I would have expressed my view in the restaurant, but my wife did not want me to make a scene. So unfortunately I ate what was a pretty sub par meal and paid. How British of me. Not sure what ‘3 Extra Charge’ means at £1.00 each on the bill. If it was tap water, then that would be very unfair to customers. All in all, naff. When I think of Marco Pierre White, I think of all those stories of being a pioneer, and someone carving a name through hard work. How easily he gives that up in order to have his name on multiple restaurants that don’t carry his flame. No great food here, or passion. Just business. NOTE: Make sure to read up to date reviews. I wish I had.

I’m afraid to say this was a disappointment. Small and overdone steak, wilted rocket salad, empty restaurant. Reminded me of Jamie’s Italian, the kind of restaurant t that has a celebrity chef name on the door but the food is not up to scratch. Walk a few minutes round the corner and enjoy a meal in Prezzo or Wagamama. Just don’t spend your money here.

My partner and I brought my grandmother for a pre-theatre dinner, thinking it would be an upmarket alternative to Bella Italia. But actually, it was “ok.” Nothing more. And I don’t think it’s worthy of the Marco’s name - it makes it sound like something it really isn’t. Firstly, it’s inside the Holiday Inn hotel and difficult to find in there because you have to go in through the hotel entrance and the restaurant is not advertised or signposted when you get inside. Food wise - Nachos and chicken tenders for starters were quite large portions, but basically just “pub grub.” My grandmother had steak for her main and asked for it medium. It was definitely medium well, but she was happy with it and she said the fries were very good. My partner had Fritto Misto and said that the calamari was incredibly chewy and rubbery, although the deep fried prawns were good. I had “linguine” arrabbiata. When it arrived it was spaghetti, not linguine. Whether the kitchen thought this was the same thing I don’t know, but I wouldn’t have chosen it if I’d known it would be spaghetti. The sauce was just tomato flavour, with chilli thrown in. There was no layering to the flavour, no herbs or seasoning to speak of. Hugely underwhelmed. The plus points I would say are that the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc bottle of wine we ordered was excellent and very reasonably priced, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. On balance, it wasn’t awful, but we wouldn’t return. Back to Bella for us!

We were up visiting from Dorset as our son is studying at Manchester. We wanted to celebrate his birthday somewhere close to media city. We couldn’t get a room at the holiday Inn but knew the hotel well. Our youngest son has severe autism, therefore going out for dinner can be stressful. We visited in the day to prepare him and spoke with James the manager. James took an interest in our sons needs he very compassionate understanding and professional. We arrived at the restaurant with a table with access to a power source, one of our sons comfort needs is his iPad. Throughout the meal James could not do enough for us he even asked if William would prefer no birthday singing when we brought out the birthday cake. The food was excellent and will be visiting again soon. I only apologise that this review wasn’t submitted earlier.

Very quiet restaurant even on a weekend night. We had dinner included in our hotel stay rate so dined here. Cant fault the service Very friendly. Unfortunately if you are on a dinner rate you only get to choose from a limited menu, which for main means you can only get HALF a pizza. The pizza was over cooked and difficult to cut. The cheesecake dessert was stale and stodgy and one spoonful got eaten. Overall we reckon our meal cost £21pp when we paid £25pp extra for dinner to be included in our stay, so didn’t even get what we paid for. No wonder the place is empty!

Marco’s New York Italian – A great place bringing the best of both Italian and American food Thank you for the hospitality that I received when visiting your Media City restaurant last Friday for a pre-theatre meal. Food and Menu There is a simple menu that includes all the Italian and American classics that people love to eat. The choices are limited however it does cater for a range of diners from the Meat lover to the Vegetarian. In the Starters there is a Garlic Pizza Bread that is tasty with a great Garlic aroma. There is also American Style Nachos with Jalpenos and all the sauces to dip into. It also has Calamari, Ribs and the Chicken Crunch too. In the Mains there is a great selection of Pizzas with good flavours. There are also additional toppings that you can add for an extra charge. There is also a decent variety of Steak, Pasta and Salad dishes for those that fancy those too. For the Burger fan there are some Beef Burgers and a Chicken one too. There is also a wide variety of sides that are a great addition to your meal from Chips, Sweet Potato Fries to Onion Rings and Garlic Bread too. For those with a sweet tooth then there is a selection of popular Desserts including the Warm Chocolate Brownie, Cheesecake and, Tiramisu that is creamy and indulgent to eat. If you like cold Desserts then there is Ice Cream and the Knicker Bocker Glory. For the Starters the Garlic Pizza Bread was tasty however it was too crispy and crunchy to eat. It is usually soft and scrumptious to eat. The Calamari was pleasant to eat but could have been cooked better as it was a bit rubbery to eat. The Chicken Crunch was delicious. It was cooked nicely and the Mayonnaise dip went well with it. For the Mains the Chicken Fillet was well cooked and it was beautifully presented. It was tasty and heart-warming to eat. The Salad and the Mayo added more flavour otherwise it would have been bland just having Chicken inside a Burger Bap. The Sweet Potato Fries were comforting to eat. They were crispy on the outside and were soft on the inside. I love how they are presented in a small pan dish. Cute. The Onion Rings were OK but they broke apart every time I ate them. This suggests that they should have been cooked better to give them a solid texture and stop them breaking. The Dessert was the stand out course of the dinner. The Chocolate Brownie and Ice Cream was lovely in I ts presentation. The Brownie was cooked to perfection. It was not hard to eat or runny with gooey and indulgent Chocolate. Heaven. The Ice Cream was great too as it cut through the richness of the Chocolate adding texture. Drinks They have a good selection of soft drinks which include all the popular ones to have. There is also a small variety of juices on offer too. However they do not serve non-alcoholic Mocktails. Service The service was good. Our waitress was friendly, welcoming and attentive. She gave us the time to choose our dishes. Her suggestions for food were spot on. It was good that the food came out pretty quickly and it was beautifully presented. Lighting and Access The lighting at this restaurant was pretty bright which allows for an enjoyable meal for most people including those with visual impairments. Entry to this restaurant is at the Holiday Inn Hotel to which there is a small step to enter into the building. Once inside there is both stairs and lifts to get to the Mezzazine floor. This is where you will find the restaurant. Furniture The furniture here is brilliant. I love the big tables which are spacious. The chairs are big and are comfortable which gives a relaxed ambiance so that you can dine in style. Parking Parking is available at the Quayside Media City UK multi-storey car park (formerly The Lowry). If you are a Blue Badge holder then you will get 4 free hours when stamping your ticket. This takes effect from the time of arrival. Alternatively you can park at the Media City multi-storey which is closer to the venue.

15/03.. Dinner: Great service, wonderful food, and table service by Olivia - she was attentive, friendly and helpful. 16/03.. Breakfast - it's always wonderful when I stay at any hotel to know that kippers are available. They were good. The buffet breakfast is freshly cooked and attentively replaced. Cold meats, cereals, cheeses, fruit and pastries, and alternative milks readily on hand. Luiza's greeting on the front desk was friendly, attentive and with a welcoming smile. The restaurant was busy (7-7.45am), but all staff, including the trainee(s) were calm, not rushing; a specific mention also for Ndeye who waited on our table attentively, collected our plates/dishes when we had finished and asked if we would like more milk. Luiza told me it was only Ndeye's 2nd day... amazing.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn for work and arrived quite late so chose to dine here. I wish I'd have eaten from the snack menu in the bar. The staff are very nice, attentive and welcoming however food was awful. I ordered a spaghetti carbonara and a side of garlic bread, I waited a while and got apologies off every staff member that walked past and offered a free drink which I declined. I can only assume my food had sat on the hot plate for an hour when the waiter served it holding a towel. My carbonara was scrambled :( when I mentioned something to the manager she patronisingly said it was cooked with egg - I knew this, but never made or been served it with the egg scrambled. Ate the garlic bread and went to pay, I was offered a drink which I refused but on receipt a drink nor discount were taken off my bill and I paid full price. I wouldn't recommend or return, eat elsewhere.

Stayed at the hotel and arrived late so decided to eat here. The food was terrible, there was hardly any choice on the menu so we picked the best out of the bunch and got bruschetta for starters and steak and my husband got minestrone soup and steak. The bruschetta was basically whole cold cherry tomatoes on a big piece of bread with that horrible brown sauce soaked on the bread and the soup was big massive chunks of veg in brown water. The steak was chewy with loads of gristle in it which we spat out. There was no veg or salad only a bunch of tomatoes. My husband got a chocolate brownie and it was microwaved within an inch of its life and burnt his mouth. Bill came to £120 and we were gutted we wasted so much money on something I could of served better myself. I can't believe a well known chef would let it be known it's his restaurant. Utter rubbish!

MPW is a hero of mine, White Heat is my bible. Got given £50 of vouchers for one of his restaurants and I used them here for convenience due to distance. First time in a MPW place in the UK and I held it to the same standard as I have learned from him as to what to look for when it comes to dining. After making the booking online I realised I had made a mistake, I emailed to make the change the day after and got a reply within 15 minutes just after 10am on a Tuesday morning. There was absolutely no rush on the reply but was a good sign. I previously saw a negative review about communication on here so wanted to call out that this was over and above what I would expect. On the day, we arrived very early as the traffic jam we were told was happening just outside Manchester wasn't happening. Staff were happy to seat us the moment we walked in. Staff were amazing throughout, made us feel at home. I simply cannot fault them. Food was great and the price was extremely fair for quality and portion size. If you doubt this, order a portion of olives and just look at the size and quality of them. I have honestly never seen olives so big, they definitely never came out a jar from Tesco and that was the cheapest thing we ordered and even that surprised me as to how good they were. They never had a starter I wanted and I wasn't keen on the other starter menu items however I was offered a smaller portion of one of the mains to accommodate which was great and it felt like an extra touch on the Chef's and the staff's part to add to my experience. Given my luck, it is rare for me to go anywhere without some kind of issue but with this place I genuinely cannot mark it down for anything. It felt like popping round to a friends for a meal, but with much better cooking, which is all I am looking for in a place to eat. It is hard to sum this up, it is a restaurant in a Holiday Inn in Manchester. You say that and it sounds less than what it is. If I said it was the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill in the Fairmont Hotel in Abu Dhabi then it sounds all fancy doesn't it? Having eaten in both, I got exactly what I wanted out of them so definitely recommend you visit here and enjoy.

We went when it first opened and the meal was outstanding. Crispy skin salmon with gnocchi and a basil oil. It really was a brilliant meal. You could even see the kitchen from the dining room. We went again last weekend. Wow! The food was horrendous! It has basically been turned in to a chain/franchise. There is no cooking involved. It is all pre-weighed, pre-packaged and the chefs are basically just warming things up. Nothing had any flavour or even seasoning. It is completely overpriced and I dare Marco Pierre White himself to eat there, as I believe if he did he would say some very uncomplimentray words and probably throw his teaspoon across the kitchen. If Marco ever gets to read this, this is what I would say to him "I can cook 100 times better than the standardised rubbish you are serving here" which is a shame as it used to be amazing! Gutted and I hope Marco sports this out! Good luck if eating there.

I have been to marco restaurant in milton Keynes and can not fault it and nothing has come close to the food or service but sadly on the off chance of passing this place and thinking as his face is lable to the restaurant we would try it. Quiet which maybe down to location which is fine by me but my partner order a serlion steak medium and believe to be given a rare rump steak. Told them straight away maybe a mistake but was told it is the end of the line cut and how it comes. Biggest excuse ever. Had to wait over 30 min for another course to come back which that time I had finished my meal and had to wait for my partner finish her dinner which ruined the experience. I feel this place is over priced for the food given. Must be a proper poor chef working here or someone who doesn't care who face is on the place as I have experience high end food from marco places and sadly this place doesn't come near to the lovely meal we had at pizza Express which was half the price and couldn't fault the food! I only gave it 2 stars due to my partner said I was cruel giving it 1 star . God knows how long we would of waited if this place was busy. Only 3 tables in here 830pm on Saturday evening ... would I come back here again .. totally no .. would I go marco in MK .. yes i would .. i think nando's is better than this place! Sorry to write this but I do write good positive reviews not always bad but I feel totally let down and feel ripped off! Shouldn't take 2 hours to have a main course ... update ... I was totally fuming with the whole exp but we had a gentleman called Martin who I believe was a supervisor and he manage to explain and deal with the situation really well, listen to our feedback and dealt with it very professional and I at first was leaving with a horrible taste in my throat but I have left with a smile and I would give it another go and put this to a one off experience ... I would give it 3/5 stars and hopefully on a second visit I would be happy to give it a 5 star which it would deserve. Thank you Martin.

Me and my partner thought we'd treat ourselves and go to a Marco Pierre White restaurant. We didn't realise this restaurant is upstairs in the Holiday Inn at Media City which was a bit of a let down in terms of location. Unfortunately we got to the restaurant to discover it completely devoid of atmosphere, the menu was overpriced and the portions small. We both ordered a pasta main with side of garlic bread but we stopped off in the cafe at the Lowry for pasties and dessert after as we were still so hungry. (For reference we got 2 pasties, 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 desserts for the cost of one of Pierre Whites aubergine permagiana). The one commendable thing about the restaurant was the waiting staff. They were friendly and very helpful especially Martin the supervisor. My estimation of Marco Pierre White has gone down because he put his name to this restaurant. There's pictures of him at the restaurant and at the quays plastered all around the restaurant (although tbh the one at the quays looks fake). Apparently if you go downstairs in the holiday inn you'll find the same food but at a lower price, so if you want to go and experience a Marco Pierre White menu I'd consider choosing that over the official restaurant.

They seem to not want you to go. They make it difficult to reserve, they put the phone down when you ask a question and then forget to pick it back up (ok had a different person pick it up and had to start again more than once), they insist you use certain, limited, menus if you’re over a certain size, and their food (especially the pizza) is poor. On a positive note, if you manage to weasel your way through all the above, they’re very happy to deal with extreme dietary requirements and have made up new options from scratch for us.

The nachos were good, except the cheese sauce. The menu says melted cheese, not a cheese sauce, that let them down. The ribeyes were nice enough but had a dressing of cracked black pepper which was a bit off putting. No mention of peppercorns on the menu. French fries were rather chunky, but OK. The other main was the Macaroni chees, wild mushrooms with a poached egg. When you visit a restaurant with a top chefs name attached to it - you expect a certain quality- especially when his picture is everywhere. We were celebrating by brother in laws Birthday - his wife had been in previous and booked the exact table she wanted. She also returned in the morning of the celebration to ask about a cake or something similar and confirmed the table again. When we turned up in the evening they asked where we would like to sit - not sure why. When sat down we noticed the table had not been set right. There were no side plates and some were missing knifes. We were then upsold a garlic pizza whilst waiting for our mains. We had one up share between six but they still hadn’t noticed no side plates, so we had to ask for them when the garlic pizza arrived. They still had not rectified the missing cutlery! The mains were very nice bar one. The steak - for a top cut of beef you expect a good cut but it was gristly. This was mentioned to our server of which the reply - we will mention it to the chef.No apology and no discount offered. The puddings were very nice but again cutlery was not right as I had to eat a Sundae with a normal dessert spoon which would not reach the bottom. The staff were very good about singing happy Birthday and a birthday type dessert and we thank them for that - hence two stars and not one.Like earlier mentioned - when you visit these type of establishments you expect a certain style and service and this was well short of our expectations.

If he doesn't then he should. My friend and and I meet every month for a catch up and on our travels around Manchester we have had some great food, good ambience and most of all value for money, all of which makes for that 'experience' that one looks for when dining out in a named establishment. Sadly, it was woefully lacking on this occasion. The food; Garlic Bread, Vegetarian Pizza and Burger, were bland, insipid and forgettable. The staff were attentive when they brought the meals, one mouthful and we were asked how things were. On leaving our main courses the waitress did ask if there was anything wrong and did what she could in attempting to make things right. She did say she would speak to the supervisor, who did nothing except take our money! The coffees that were given as a complimentary gesture were tepid and undrinkable. It was a case of when things go wrong they certainly go wrong. We were so disappointed by this experience, as we do dine out a lot, but the fact we had a Groupon voucher and the restaurant was not full on a Friday night should have told us that things are not going well. That said, if Marco Pierre White is happy to put his name to this restaurant, as much as he likes his portrait, without visiting to sample what is on the menu or listening to his customer's then the future looks bleak.I would not recommend this restaurant.

Food was tepid and insipid. The worst food we have had at restaurant for a long time.Coffee was tepid and undrinkable.Staff did not fully understand or appreciate how bad our experience was, and constantly interrupted us asking if everything was OK which was oppressive as they interrupted our conversations. When we did alert them to the problems they did not satisfactorily deal with it.You use Marco Pierre White’s name to curry favour with diners and does he oversee or care about the appalling standards being offered in terms of food, drinks, ambiance and customer satisfaction. What about a personal response from him, or is he not interested?I felt unwell after this appalling meal and even today I have an upset stomach. Shame on you!!!I wonder if I am going to get any response to compensate from this disaster.

Loved our visit here. We reserved through bookatable.com for our visit to Manchester. Our party consisted of my wife and I plus our daughter (it was her birthday and this was a surprise treat for her). We booked for 6pm and decided on the Early Dinner menu. The quality of the food was first-rate and the service matched. My only (minor) criticism was with the cocktails - our server wasn't aware of the 2 for 1 happy hour offer (but, when she checked, it was confirmed without delay) and the cocktail menu wasn't as comprehensive as that shown on the website but those we ordered were delicious. To top it off, when we booked, we noted in the remarks that it was to be a surprise treat for our daughter's birthday and, before we left, the waitress brought us a complimentary dessert sampler tray with a hand-written birthday message from the chef - presented to us with suitable discretion. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and one we'll repeat next time we're in Manchester.

Me and my partner had excellent service in this almost empty restaurant. We used a Groupon Voucher and had our own menu. The Pizza Bread starter was just enough. We are vegetarians and couldn’t understand why the little v wasn’t next to the avocado Salad, we where informed that the chief uses dead anchovies in the dressing and this could be switched to a hunny and mustard dressing just for us the salad was yummy We then splashed out above the groupon value for the trio of puddings which topped the afternoon. This was a lovely afternoon putting the afternoon to rights and because we where in Media City you can spot the odd celeb passing by we saw Pay Phelan of Coronation Street fame XXThanks to all the staff

Since I've been here twice for afternoon tea and I loved it, I decided to come here for a special reunion with a friend. The afternoon tea menu was new, so we decided to try both the Traditional and Italian afternoon tea and we didn't regret it.The food was lovely, sandwiches were fresh and tasty, the sweets were really nice. The Italian afternoon tea was a surprise - really interesting and very successful combination of different sweets and savoury. Compliments to the chef. There is wide range of tea and coffee that you can choose from.Lovely staff and atmosphere.I can definitely recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or just for a quick lunch.

Lovely Sunday lunch with the family today, nothing was too much trouble, very attentive staff and the children commented how clean the toilets were! We then took a short stroll over to the Lowry for the theatre and The Jungle Book which was excellent, would definitely consider stopping over at this Holiday Inn (restaurant is within hotel) and make a weekend of it next time, great location. Thanks a million.

Friends bought us a voucher for Marco's as a joint 50th birthday present. Unfortunately it just expired and Food and Beverage Manager, Siobhan Needham, would not let us use the voucher as it had just expired. Had she extended it by a mere month, we would happily have gone to try it out but were very disappointed to see the complete lack of flexibility so I would be wary of any voucher related deal to this place. Simple customer service does matter and this experience was really poor

Having told staff we had theatre booked, we waited well over an hour for a one course meal, mainly burgers a pizza and a steak. Food was ordinary at best, not cheap, and restaurant by no means full.On the bright side our waitress Orla was delightful, smiley ,friendly and a credit to the establishment, however the delay almost spoilt our evening, so will be looking elsewhere on our next theatre trip.

Been here a few times now and never had a poor meal. The service is always excellent, including the day I left my coat in the bar downstairs and someone found it and remembered me to bring it to me. The food is always fresh, never over cooked which I hate with pasta dishes. There is a good variety on the menu and the set menu is also high quality. Its a shame it doesn't have the views of some of the restaurants in the area, but its certainly a good atmosphere. I visit a lot before going to the theatre. Will be back again soon.

Shame I was looking forward to afternoon tea. The Staff uniforms could do with a wash to start with didn't feel very hygienic.... The food wasn't very nice we choose gentleman's afternoon tea. The fries on menu said skin on fries.... these were just frozen normal chips. The sliders were dry and tasted nasty. The scones wernt even cooked properly and were raw doughy in the middle. When we complained they brought us new ones exactly the same but they seemed to have been microwaved and cut in half by the chef?? Still raw and not cooked. Only nice thing was the cuppa tea but you can't really go wrong with pot of hot water with a tea bag in it! Very disappointed substandard for the brand expected much better service and quality of food. I'd get staff new uniforms that match and were clean and sack the chef.

Visited for our anniversary and on arrival we noticed how empty the place was which for 8.30 on a Saturday night surprised us, we ordered food, the starters were average our mains I had a rump steak which was cooked perfectly rare and was lovely however the fries were just the same as you’d get at a chain pub but my partner had the New York Italian roast chicken which looked one of the most unappetising dishes I have ever seen it was a very dry chicken breast(my partner thought it was on a bone at first when he looked at it the edge was so hard)topped with a mushy pulled pork and a bit of burnt cheese the slaw is basically coleslaw in a pot. The desserts however did save the night my partner loved the New York cheesecake and I could of eaten the raspberry sundae again. Also a mention to the staff who were amazing very attentive without being overbearing and thank you for taking the time to ask if we were celebrating anything and then surprising us with a happy anniversary chocolate brownie plate. We would probably return but maybe for an afternoon meal rather than night out as unfortunately there wasn’t any real atmosphere and the prices are slightly expensive for the food we received.

For a restaurant attached to a holiday inn I must admit I didn't very high hopes for quality and service. However not only was I proven wrong, my views going in where completely blown out of the water. Not only was the food delicious but the service was top notch. The staff in the restaurant single handedly turned what was a poorly timed business trip into an very memorable birthday for me. I simply cannot recommend this place enough

Attentive staff which leads to fantastic service. I indulged in a meatfest ordering hickory ribs to start followed by the rib-eye steak, both cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth. Being an eighties child and seeing knickerbocker glory on the desert menu I could not resist and it lived up to expectation. Over all after a a week on the road eating substandard meals it was nice to eat good food in a pleasant environment

I have been here once before about a year ago and it was really good but this time has been a complete disappointment and I decided to go for my 21st meal with family and was asked for ID when I went to order a beer with my meal as I wasn't paying I didn't have my wallet so they said I couldn't have it as the waitress thought I was "16". And to top it off I ordered a ribey steak that was £24 and when it came it was a sad looking thin steak that came with the chips and that was it for the price the portions are way off I would of liked a salad or some fort of veg. And as a fellow fully trained chef and front of house manage in my professional opinion the whole menu and waiting staff needs reevaluating.

Esta fue una de las 60. Reservada y pedido. We visited on Saturday night, we had to ring twice to get a table as the first time we were told there was no tables then we were told there was plenty of reservations available so the staff all need to communicate with each other. When we arrived there was very few people in the restaurant and no way were they fully booked and yet they turn d down walk in customers. When we ordered our drink they took 20minutes to arrive, once we had placed our orders and had our starters arrived fairly quickly but it took 45 minutes for our mains to arrive on complaining the waitress just shrugged her shoulders and didn't every appolaige or give an excess as to why there was such a dealy. The food was good but not worth the wait, there was no come back to see it our meal was ok. We were offered a dessert menu but it took that long for anyone to come back to take our order we didn't bother and got the bill and went somewhere else. We didn't feel like we were a valued customer and won't be returning any time soon. Very very poor customer service.

I visited on a quiet Saturday evening with a large group of friends and although the food was very nice the service was so dreadful that I doubt any of us will make a return visit. Meals arrived sporadically, orders were taken at bizarre intervals and drinks service was non existent. No check backs were made and every time we called a waiter or waitress over it was someone different. Drinks orders were misplaced and only after pointing this out twice was the mistake actually rectified. All in all, what was a pleasant restaurant with decent food descended into a huge let down.

I would not recommend. Go somewhere else; there are plenty of much much better restaurants in Manchester. I went here with two friends. Our first waitress that took our order was very miserable and stand-offish. We then waited forty minutes for our food. The main meals were tasty and warm. Another waitress came to ask if we had had finished our main meal twice, and also tried to take my drink that I was not finished with. I asked her to put it back on the table. She then came back a third time and started clearing my friends plates whilst I was still eating. I asked if she was trying to rush us, and if she was aware of a deadline for the table needing to go to another reservation. She said no, there was not. It was very rude and was uncomfortable to carry on eating with her clearing the table around me. The dessert sharing platters were moderate. A few of the cakes were so dry we left them. I asked two waiters for table water, which arrived with our bill at the end. Don't bother going here.

1. Burgers amazing (I really enjoyed this double cheese was really nice I must say enjoyed it a lot) 2. Chips decent 3. Chicken wings poor (these let it down big time could do better in my air fryer easily) 4. Overpriced imo if chicken wings were good I wouldn't moan so much but I only ate half expected big things considering the burger was so nice) 5. Only 1 alcohol wipe in bag disappointed as was a double meal so again seems petty but for price and the fact we drove off opened bag and only one inside was annoying) 6.would definitely eat there again but just order burger and chips
