Demore in Salford

Ordered sweet potato fries and received normal fries, on top of it being 30+ minutes late

2hrs bye bye demore not again🤔 cancelled ordered online but then I rang up willing to pay cash happy to accept, now waiting 7days for refund. Dog shit never again.

My chicken burger was undercooked. It was pink.

Absolute shambles. The wife made an online order at 8pm, and was informed that the food would arrive between 8:45 - 9:05. Order got cancelled by Just Eat because of the volume of orders. (De More themselves would have cancelled the order to focus on walk in orders) Walked over the road to DeMore to find out what had happened and asked right there if they could make my food order and the lad cooking the food refused, stating that he had enough work to deal with. Won't be going back.

Lovely food but delivery takes so long, can sometimes be waiting up to 2 hours, most of the time arrives after the delivery time frame.

Cold Food and meal was placed at 6pm and not received to 7:45pm called the restaurant 6 times and got no answer.

Orderd a kebab expect to get a kebab got jebab meat and chips phoned them up and they said your order was kebab and chips or nan bread so if soneone orders a kebab it should come as a kebab if with chips it should say kebab meat and chips

ordered at 9:15 got the food at 11:10, food was good but well too late and would have appreciated a call to tell me they were running late and not me having to ring them.

Food arrived hot, understandably delivery was delayed due to busy friday night, but staff were polite, thank you!

Usually good for food… kebabs we couldn’t eat because they were too spicy, normally its spicy its nice, one kebab meant to be grilled not spiced anyway, and one meant to be on chips and came on a thin rock hard naan… other than that pizza and wings seem okay

Initially had some problems paying by card with text messages sent to personal numbers to log in and pay. Found this unsafe so have tried to pay cash when I can. Since the updated online website I prefer to use their own website instead of the usual JE, UE and D platforms. Update....Website says open, sends me text about 10% off food, lets me order for collection but they were actually closed. Be very very careful. I paid for an order, they let me order online, pay for it so we now have to wait 5 days for a refund. Dont trust the website you'll be waiting for ever for a delivery thinking you have ordered. Shocking. Will never use again.

Ordered 2 kebab meal it’s was missing the chips and basically gave me 2 portions of Donor meat with couple chopped onions on absolute rip off

Asked for regular vegetarian pizza and added jalapeños. They sent me the veggie hot pizza with chilli base, chilli flakes, and couldn’t enjoy it as it was far too hot. Also ordered a can of Rio with chicken burger and regular chips. Got sent a can of Pepsi and chips coated with red salt. My son couldn’t eat these.

Asked for freebie because we paid so much, got nothing . Late food expected 9:20 got 9:48

Burger wasn’t that spicy and I ordered a Diet Coke and got full fat instead 🥲

Chicken wrap was OK and the chicken burger. The chips on the other hand were terrible. Dark and soggy! Food not the same as it used to be.

food was ordered around 5.25pm estimated delivery was 6.50pm-7.10pm no contact was made to say we would get this late after calling in at 7.35pm we were told they are busy it's being packed we finally sat down to eat at 8pm a little contact goes a long way if your too busy to fulfil an order in a timely manner please don't accept it, if I had walked in off the street would I have waited 2.5hrs to be served ?

I asked for red salt chips and received plain. Burger was chewy and undercooked. I have previously ordered a pizza that was also undercooked.

Never in my life have I experienced a delivery as late as that! 2 hours and 20 minutes for food to arrive. It’s outrageous! When the food finally came, it was disappointing. When an order is this bad. A refund should be applied.

Nice food but had to wait 2 and a half hours for a burger and a kebab?! We called twice to be reassured it wouldn’t be that long. Wasted so much of our night waiting for it to arrive.

Food was okay but you normally get more chicken with it he monster kebab box. No red onion was in the box which I selected. Shame, normally really good but this one was a little disappointing.

Good was exactly what we wanted. Chicken in the wrap was abit fatty but always can be with thigh. Overall was on point 👌🏻

Just far to long to wait for food. 2 hrs later and burnt chips like theyve been tripped cooked not edible though! This isn't the first time our order has taken a long time and usually nothing is burnt how it was tonight. Hence the reason I've given them a fair few chances to just delivery our food in the time frame. I won't be ordering again now not happy for the price we have paid aswel!

We’ve ordered food couple days ago it wasn’t first time we ordered food from them. We’ve been waiting two hours then food arrived, kebabs were missing salads and there were cold, nuggets were jalapeno cheese pops. Very disappointed it happens couple times we’re we been waiting over hour but not two hours. I don’t know if I will order again.

Only ordered the smash fries took an hour and a half to come, delivered both drinks wrong too and massively overpriced for portion size

order still not arrived when ordered 2 hours ago. been told its on its way it will be 20 mins and its still not here. why accept an order if your too busy! would have ordered from elsewhere. and they won't answer the phone either.

Tried demores due to it ratings, but did not live up to its reputation tonight. Over 2 hours wait on food since we originally ordered, phone several times after 1.5 hours to get update was told 20 mins and food arrived about 40 minutes later. Food was hot but not worth the £30 we paid for it to be honest. Yes it is Boxing Day but if struggling to keep up with orders please hold on taking them in future.

Shocking, been my go to since they opened but tonight has been terrible. Rang up and my wife spoke to a women who said it has just left. 30 minutes later nothing had arrived. When it did finally arrive it missing some bits. Very disappointing.

Really disappointed. Waited 3 hours for my food. The location of the shop is a 2 minute walk from my house. But I was still working so ordered for delivery at 5:25pm. Within a few minutes of ordering I got notified your ordered is delayed. ETA was 6:55 - 7:15pm. I waited till 7:20pm and called the shop to be told it’s going to be another 20mins. I waited till 8pm to be told it’s just going out the door now. Food eventually arrived at 8:30pm. I requested for some of my money back through the online portal, I think only fair after waiting 3 hours! The shop declined it! Food was warm & tasted like it had been sat there a good hour under a lamp.

Rang us up 45 mins after we ordered to let us know they had no pizza bases..had to wait a further 45 mins for delivery! Absolutely ridiculous!

Food is so good but the service received is absolutely appalling this happened the last time we ordered and just thought it was a one off but seems it’s not as just received the same level of service, taking nearly 2 hours from ordering to receiving the food isn’t acceptable. When I called after 1 hour 20 minute to see how much longer it would be they didn’t seem to think there was a problem with how long we had already waited. Such a shame as the food is really good but will not be ordering again.

Tried most of the menu now. The kebabs and burgers are quality but the pizza is pretty standard takeaway pizzas. It would be brilliant takeaway, but the delivery is an absolute joke!!!

Food luke warm quality has gone down hill from last time we ordered. Sweet potato fries soggy, cheesy flip luke warm and looked as though it had been carried upside down topping stuck to inside of lid. Delivery was over 30 mins late from latest time estimated.

Came very quickly was very very meaty witch I like in a man don’t get me wrong but not a smashed patty the texture was not mashed in fact it was slightly squashed which I don’t believe is acceptable but to round it of the chips were perfectly seasoned to my likin and I must add the delivery driver was very handsome but I didn’t like the fact he was fondlin him at the door
