First and last order here!! We ordered duck in plum sauce and it come as sweet and sour and like jelly! The bbq spare ribs are full of fat and not nice at all! Will definitely not order here again!!

Fui al pub a tomar unas cervezas después del partido Irlanda - Gales 6 naciones. Extremadamente ocupado - como es habitual después de un internacional en el Principado. TBH estaban muy por encima de lo que se consideraría seguro, pero la puerta seguía dejando que la gente se apiñara. Aceptando que usted tendrá que esperar para ser servido mi grupo mixto de amigos irlandeses y galeses pacientemente esperó y trabajó su camino al bar. Eso tomó unos 20 minutos. Tristemente la actitud y el servicio cuando llegamos allí fue una verdadera decepción. Ignorada repetidamente por un miembro del personal (una joven con piercings faciales y cabello rojo oscuro) fue grosera con uno de mis amigos y básicamente trabajó a ritmo de caracoles. Está claro que no estaba contenta con lo ocupado que estaba, pero esto se manifestó con una actitud realmente antipática. Una pena, ya que fuimos dolorosamente educados con ella. Volvimos a tomar una segunda ronda de copas, pero después de esperar en el bar durante unos 20 minutos mientras ella pasaba junto a nosotros y varios otros (muchos otros grupos estaban comentando sobre ello, así que sabemos que no éramos solo nosotros) nos dimos por vencidos y fuimos al Copa bar, donde el servicio era mucho mejor.

Amazing service from Sophie , so friendly and hard working, we had two huge pieces of cake and coffees, lovely atmosphere and comfortable and spectacular views across the bay from the upstairs seating area , would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon to try out the breakfast menu .

Great place to go for both food and drink! Lovely atmosphere and if your there on the right night you'll even catch a quiz!

The staff at this Nero, princy in particular, are so friendly, kind and helpful. A lovely cup of coffee always delivered with a smile even at 5am. Thanks so much. What a star

During a very difficult situation which affected my booking I asked some simple questions to the hotel. I was ignored overnight so chased up the next day only to receive some very basic blunt and unhelpful responses and a load of policy information explaining why I couldn’t have a refund. I never at any point wanted a refund. I was also told that I should have let them know “a week or 10 days before the booking” which given the information I had provided to the hotel regarding my reasoning was totally inappropriate and insensitive. I feel as if my question was completely disregarded. The whole interaction was bunt and impersonal, and was then followed up with a lot of automated responses asking how my stay was and asking for a review which only added to the impersonal and negative interaction as a whole.

We thoroughly enjoyed lunch today, both main course and dessert were delicious.... thank you to the chef! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

Friendly staff / excellent customer service, clean. Had to wait a bit for a new batch of pasties, politely informed of approx time and served promptly once they where ready.

Decided to visit this branch to use my free birthday sweet treat on the app. The woman who served me had great customer service and the frappé was delicious! It was also very clean inside.

Had pre theatre dinner booked based largely on menu published on website very disappointed to find menu provided on the night consisted of about six choices if we'd known this in advance would have booked elsewhere

Stopped off during a walk, staff were lovely and friendly and the creme egg pie was fantastic will definitely stop by again

the ladies toilets are FULL of black mould! wtf!! its on the doors, the walls, the ceiling!! stinky like poo and mould mixed u can imagine!! horrid!! also no ice in the drinks and no straws. great for music and the staff seem nice.honestly work hazard for the staff being around so much black mould.
