Terrible experience I had today , never ever I go back to Coffee No 1 . Extremely rude person and a terrible decaffeinated coffee I had there nearly all foam , cold and horrible when I complained they were absolutely careless and they replied very badly and they made me another and wanted me to pay again . Unbelievable. Never again. Within a minute or two from this coffee shop there are other coffee shops COSTA , NERO & COFFEE LAB . For me never again back to this one and their other branch in Wellfield raod . They really spoiled my day .

What a fantastic time at a lovely family and pet friendly restaurant. 8 of us attended for New Year’s Eve and the food was lovely and the staff couldn’t of been any nice. Would highly recommend

Paid £10… very dead on a Saturday night.. expensive and everyone on drugs.. did not feel comfortable here.

I held my daughter’s baby shower yesterday afternoon at this coffi co location, The venue was absolutely beautiful, The view was outstanding! The staff went above and beyond, They were so attentive and I couldn’t be more grateful. Our food was absolutely delicious and I can’t thank you all enough! 😊🫶🏽

I visited today and I met Katie and Mellisa. They were fantastic, great customer service, very polite and friendly. I will definitely come back if I will be in this area and I can highly recommend it. Thx guys Michael

"The party on December 22 was a lot of fun, and the venue was absolutely fantastic—the hall had such a great atmosphere! Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. It was cold, lacked flavor, and didn't seem fresh at all, almost like it had been prepared the day before. Definitely room for improvement in that area, but overall, the event was still enjoyable!"

We often choose Wetherspoons because service is quick. Today, with 3 hungry grandchildren, we waited 40 minutes from placing order to receiving food, and even then our order was incomplete.

La comida estaba bien, no tan bueno como cualquier otro Nando que he estado en. Sin embargo, había moscas por todas partes constantemente tratando de entrar en la comida o bebidas. This is what "fresh to order" looks like. If you can't cook chips, or send them in an edible fashion, perhaps a chip shop isn't for you? These chips were as dry as a rotting floorboard. The owner will no doubt play the denial game and wash off any responsibility, but the truth of the matter is that elephants have great memories - and so do your customers.

Just love this pub, full of quirky corners, interesting decor. Really friendly staff, always warm and welcoming. Often go for pre drinks.Will definitely try food menu next time here.

Paramos a tomar un café en el camino a Cardiff a pie, era la ubicación de Capital Quarters, no lejos del Novotel. El personal amable encantador, un fantástico corte tardío e impresionante, así como rollos de tocino sone. Realmente no pudieron hacer lo suficiente por nosotros. Uno para la lista de lugares imprescindibles cuando quiero un café decente y un buen lugar para disfrutarlo.

Morgan is great!! The guy in m front of us was pretty rude and Morgan handled it with such grace and patience! He was so cheerful and happy and made us smile on a rainy day!

As chains go, Costa Coffee isn't too bad (great choc brownies!) but they need hot chocolate-making lessons at this particular branch. My drink was pathetically weak and, ironically, not half as nice as the hot chocolate I later bought from one of their Costa Express dispensing machines - in Asda. The only time ever I've ever praised a hot drinks machine. Come on Costa! Make all the drinks properly.
