Terrible servicio pidió 2 bebidas calientes que habrían estado mal si no nos hubiéramos dado cuenta. . . el lugar real es sucio los pisos estaban cubiertos de migas las mesas estaban todas sucias y el personal estaba demasiado interesado en charlar en la cocina, mi amigo señaló lo sucio que estaba allí y se encontró con un miembro del personal muy poco interesado que acaba de acordar que el piso estaba sucio era justo lo mismo por la basura de asientos exteriores alrededor de las mesas. . . para lo que se cobra por los artículos de Costa este lugar es una desgracia. . no volverá a visitar.

I said I’d never visit a Starbucks again after my last experience, however here I am paying extortionate prices for average coffee. It’s so overrated! The prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind if I enjoyed what I was purchasing but It was awful. however the staff were always extremely nice when I complained it’s just a shame their products are not.

The fish and chips are the best in Cardiff. Their lunchtime menu is very good value and highly recommended. 2025 update: pub has changed hands and is now a sports bar with TV's on every wall. The food is fairly basic. Great location if you want to watch a game of football or rugby.

Had a great night our, the decor is really nice. Michelle deserves a shout, she was a great server and very friendly.

We were so lucky to come across 4 Seasons one Sunday afternoon. The owner was just fantastic. He looked after us with exceptional warmth, cheer and speedy service. I can’t think of any other coffee place that comes close. The food was great, and the menu has something for everyone. Make use of the lovely window seats to watch the world go by. I will definitely be returning here, and highly recommend to others! Thank you so much.

El lugar estaba frío al igual que toda la tienda, tuve que esperar a que sirviera una chica y luego servil. El café no era sabroso y el café con leche estaba frío. Dar este lugar un miss. Mejor conversión a hotel boutique.

The sign just in side the door says PLEASE WAIT, which you do just to be ignored till they deem it the right time to acknowledge you and wave you in. Bad start. The superier staff who aren't trained properly in costumer service struggle to say please and thank you. All in all I salute the ethos of this shop but why they think they can treat the paying customer as they do is a mystery. one thing is for sure thier atitude is very off putting boardering on rude and I for one will not be back.

My friend and I arrived to have lunch in this restaurant at 1.15pm. We picked up our menus and chose a table and noted the number and my friend went to order. The queue was very long so we expected a wait. After half an hour in the queue, my friend reached the front and ordered, only to be told they weren’t serving any of the items on the main lunch menu !!!!!!!!!! She had waited half an hour in the queue ! Why didn’t they announce this over the tannoy OR put a sign up as people joined the queue???? My friend returned to our table to tell me the bad news and we decided just to order coffee and cake as we were too hungry by now to leave. She returned to join the queue and waited another half an hour until she was at the front and ordered coffee and cake. The same Gentleman then told her that it would be a half hour to forty five minute wait for teas/coffees and cake !!!!! He wasn’t even the least bit concerned even though he recognised she’d been stood in that queue twice for over half an hour each time and now to be told to wait another 30-45 minutes for anything to eat or drink !!! It was by now 2.30pm and we left thirsty and hungry, tired standing for over an hour and still with nothing to eat or drink and furthermore nobody cared !!! We stopped to tell a waiter of our experience on our way out and he said this restaurant is very badly run and is always like this !!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING TREATMENT. We left in utter disbelief at what we had just experienced.

Inside the store there are no signals for any network, 27.04.25 by 3 pm i went to self checkout to pay. I tried store internet to use the Asda rewards , but that service is useless, when i asked some help from staff by there that lady was very rude and laughed with another staff to me for asking about internet, very unprofessional and rude and raciest staff

think her name was Ciara or Ciari? looked me up and down the moment i walked in and was extremely rude when taking my order. don’t know if she was having a bad day but she needs some refreshing in customer service. such a shame because the rest of the employees are normally so lovely!!! :(

with some furnishings intact like the boxes, frieze above the stage etc. definitely worth a visit and for its reassuringly standard menu. The local beer Rhymney was excellent! So were the chicken wings!

Visité Kiwis Bar en Cardiff por primera vez, y sin duda será el último. Pedimos una bebida, pero lo que recibimos no fue lo que pedimos. Cuando cortésmente señalé esto al personal del bar, su respuesta fue agresiva, y nos dio una mirada sucia. En lugar de resolver el problema profesionalmente, llamó a un portero para intentar que nos echaran, algo completamente innecesario. Nunca he estado agresivo ni borracho, y simplemente estaba teniendo una conversación normal con el portero para explicarle la situación. En lugar de manejarlo con justicia, pasó el resto de la noche observándome como un cretino, lo que me hizo sentir muy incómodo. Si estás buscando malos tragos y un servicio al cliente agresivo, este es el lugar para ti. De lo contrario, recomendaría evitarlo.
