Starbucks in Cardiff

Used to be the best around, but has seriously gone downhill in the last few months! Slow service and not as friendly as they used to be. Will be trying out new local Starbucks.

Ordered a small dragonfruit and mango refresher (which is £4.70!) but put the cost aside as it was a treat. They ask if you want it with lemonade or water but don’t tell you (in person or on the price list) that lemonade costs extra so i ended up paying £5+ for a small drink which is ‘okay’ but nothing special. Thinking further on the matter, paying £4.70 for a drink made with water is a rip off so wont be going back unless the prices come down.

Visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon with my wife. Placed the order and waited. Service was good and timely.. The only fly in the ointment was that one of the staff didn't seem to think that a wet cappuccino was a proper cup of coffee and rolled their eyes when making it!

Always a great and consistent experience at this branch. Love the atmosphere in store but also the speed of the drive thru is next to none.

I have been to this drive thru many times but their iced drinks are often disappointing. From time to time my drink has been ok but for the most part, they are satisfactory. My iced drinks often are luke warm and sometimes dead shots are put into my drink, this time my order was incorrect. The staff are always lovely but I think there are areas for improvement. Tips: - don't put dead shots in your drinks. - Pay close attention to your orders. there are people with allergies which you need to be mindful of. Ask yourselves if you would be happy if you were that person to receive the drink you had just made.

Staff member Nathan in Pencoed was amazing , my friend has a severe nut allergy and he went over and above to be helpful, we felt safe

Asked for large white coffee with sweetener had large black coffee. Asked fir breakfast roll with brown sauce had a thin slice of bacon in a bun with cheese and tomato I think it was Dreadful 0746.41 today

I love this Starbucks it’s always so much faster and better than Bridgend industrial estates, the coffee is always better made and hotter than elsewhere it also tastes nicer here (they never get my order wrong). The service you get here is always great definitely...

absolutely disgusting, bought 2 fraps and they taste like water no flavour to them what so ever if i wanted a water i would’ve asked! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Visitors today with my daughter went through the drive through ordered a medium hot chocolate and a children's one and was charged 8.50 this is either an over charged or complete extortion and I cannot get through to the shop for the life of me!!!!!

Visited Wednesday 25th June just after 6pm frozen iced strawberry and lime tea was absolutely disgusting, was frothy and pale pink yet is normally like a slush and bright red whoever made it clearly got it wrong asked for iced caramel macchiato with extra shot...

Ordered 3 mocha frappes, 2 cookie dough frappes & strawberry & cream frappe £35. That’s 5.80 each! I’m annoyed with myself for paying for it but the kids where so excited. Disgusted! And they wernt even that nice!!! Never be going there again!!!

I went there yesterday as my 12 year old duaghter was chuffed the drive through was open. She wanted a grande Vanilla Frappacino with no coffee. The assistant told me if was £4.35. when i questioned why it was so expensive compared to other starbucks...

Spacious clean and good hot drinks, comfortable seating. Nothing to do with Starbucks but distressed leaving to see family purchasing kitten very tiny from tall young lady with long hair, just where not to buy cats or puppies! Beware
