Caffi in Cardiff

Please heat cups before serving 'hot' drinks. Shame you don't serve toast or teacakes for morning snack!

Closed. All dirty cups and glasses left out on the tables

Went to have coffee; place had just opened so no other customers. Coffee was served in paper cups, despite our group being inside, and proper cups being available. Excuse given something to do with flies (?), but server said she’d wash a cup…. Appeared 5 mins later., by which time coffee was luke warm. As other customers came in and ordered, all were served in paper cups. It was clear that server didn’t want to have to wash up the proper cups. Cold drinks were also served in plastic containers. So ecologically unfriendly. All because server was not inclined to have to wash the dishes. Very poor!!

Sorry, but the cafe was not up to standard. Ordering a coffee before a show, takes 25 mins to arrive, then not time to drink before one goes in to the show. You cannot take drinks in with you, so don't bother ordering.

Popped into Caffi, part of the Wales Millennium Centre, for a quick coffee whilst wife was having hair done. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cherry blondie I had (it’s a type of cake 😉) was lovely. The cost for a large latte and the blondie was £6 which I thought tremendous value. 👍👍

Been here a few times now coffee is excellent and the team serving are always ace

Este pequeño café está dentro del centro. Servicio de conteo. Un montón de opciones para la merienda. A un precio muy razonable. ¡Café delicioso! Buen tamaño de porción de tostadas de desayuno! Pan encantador también!

El interior se siente relajado, la luz entra por las grandes ventanas que dan al espacio del pabellón ovalado externo, justo en las afueras de Welsh Millenium Center. El servicio es razonablemente rápido con un amable barista. El asiento es bueno. El café moca está bien, pero para mí es demasiado dulce (aunque no le agregué azúcar). El pastel de polenta naranja también es un poco demasiado dulce para mi gusto. Hay espacio para mejorar, pero en general le daré 4 estrellas.

Pasteles galeses y Barra Brith muy buen servicio, así como buen personal muy agradable, volverá de nuevo

Vine a través de Caffi en el edificio del Centro del Milenio de Gales en Cardiff. Pequeño café moderno fresco. Selección habitual de bebidas frías y calientes con bocadillos / sandwiches.

This establishment is a master class in how not to conduct your business. On arrival it looked run down, plates on tables not cleared and generally untidy. If it was trying to be ' 'shabby chic inside' it spectacularly fails. Other than pastries, all the food is bought in and looks unappetising. When served our two orders were put on one plate. There was no table service and staff behind the counter were perfunctory. The coffee was mediocre to accompany the atmosphere surprising given its location overlooking the bay. Despite WiFi showing as available we were told it does not have WiFi......really...in this day and age?. Our last and only visit...there are so many other cofffee shops nearby they will have to substantially up there offering and service if they wish to survive. A very poor offering indeed.

We enjoyed delicious icecream and coffee at this cafe, as well as some patisserie. There is spacious seating in the glass building which is beautifully decorated and designed. The service was excellent as well as the wifi connection. There are clean toilets and the area is clean and well kept.

I don't often leave a bad review about a restaurant but we had a bad experience here, The man at the counter was aggressive and raised his voice when I queried what was on the menu. We ordered two paninis which arrived cold with stale curled up lettuce. We sent it back and it took them ten minutes to reheat them. The paninis were tasteless and we ended up leaving all our food. We were nor offered a refund.Ten pounds wasted. My wife had a ticket for a performance at the Millennium Centre but was so upset she did not go.
