The reviews made up choose this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Visited Cardiff for the Christmas market and an overnight stay. This gem of a restaurant serves flavoursome food in generous portions. The sharing meze was delicious. The staff were really friendly and chatty. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Reservado el Quill y presupuesto para mi comida anual de Navidad con mi vecino Había leído excelentes comentarios. Y no me decepcionó. Fuimos recibidos por Corey. Su carácter afable era tan refrescante. Sentimos que el nivel de servicio de Corey y todo el personal era ejemplar. Es una rareza en estos días encontrar un servicio donde sientas que te cuidan durante toda tu visita. Fue más allá con Corey y el resto del personal. Tenía el tradicional pavo Chrisrmas con todos los adornos y pudín de Navidad para terminar. La comida era excepcional. Sabe a cena de Navidad casera. El vecino tenía la opción vegetariana de remolacha y calabaza butternut en croute. Sintió que era demasiada remolacha y no suficiente calabaza. Pero ella todavía estaba tan impresionada con la calidad de los ingredientes. Me alegro mucho de haber descubierto esta joya oculta. Sin duda volveremos a probar el almuerzo del domingo. Se sintió fatal al liquidar la cuenta, ya que no aceptan propinas en la tarjeta. Y no tenía dinero. En este nivel de servicio, usted desea dar propinas generosamente. About a dozen of us for pre-Xmas meal. Lots of variety on the early bird menu, we had a wide range of starters and mains and everyone enjoyed everything. My chicken 65 was hot, spicy and tasty, kholapuri also great - but the green chillies were a bit much for me. I left nothing but they offered boxes for those who didn’t manage all theirs. Mrs T having hers reheated for tea today. Well done to Jashaan.

My sister and I were attending a family occasion and wanted to find a cafe for a cup of tea as we had an hour to spare. Lucky for us we found the honeybee house tearooms. It was extremely busy but the welcoming staff found us a table and we ordered Narnia hot chocolate. The most delicious hot chocolate I have ever had with a lovely Turkish delight flavour. Thank you so much to the friendly staff we will see you again next time we’re in Cardiff as we need to try your cakes.

Great food, worth the walk out of town. Staff are brilliant! Proper traditional Indian restaurant! Atmosphere was great too.

Absolutely love the food from Tiffin Meal, it is the highlight of my week. The chicken tikka loaded fries are some of the best things I've eaten this year so far! Everything I have tried so far is delicious!

Love, love love this coffee shop and deli. Tucked away far from the madding crowd, this delightful place is located right at the far end of Fowey high street. A lot of tourists probably wouldn't venture far enough to come across this place, which kind of makes it all the better. Greeted by the friendly owners on arrival, we liked the look of the deli produce so hoped that their coffee would also be good. At first we thought the prices were a bit steep, but ordered anyway. All I can say is - you get what you pay for sometimes. We were not disappointed! Probably the best coffee (double espresso) we've had in this country. The coffee is organic and from a very small producer. It was so good that we made a special trip the next day purely to park up and go back for another coffee! Also tried one of the little Italian patisserie bites (can't remember what they are called, but similar to cannoli) - again, better than we've had anywhere else - fresh and full of filling. Just disappointed we didn't time it for lunch as the panini options sounded lovely and you just know the quality would be great! 10/10

Second visit in as many weeks, this time for a Marmara breakfast. What a wonderful meal for the two of us, a lovely selection of cheeses, meats, pastries, bread, olives, jam, honey and menem - eggs scrambled with peppers, tomatoes and onions. Deliciously simple and very moreish meaning another visit is on the cards soon, not least for the wonderful family who run the place. Highly recommended!

Absolutely outstanding. Service was excellent - attentive without being intrusive. Just the right amount of wait between courses. Friendly and helpful. The food was very good. Tasty and as well as the classics some different offers which I tried and enjoyed. The salad with apple and feta was lovely.

Was looking for an early morning breakfast so went to the address, Sully’s is no longer in business, has been replaced by a kebab place which wasn’t opening until later that morning.

Was nervous after reading bad reviews . Thankfully I needn’t have worried. Food was well cooked and most of all hot and service was excellent too. And the added bonus was not having to queue up outside on a freezing December night .

What a lovely find. Excellent food, real engagement with the owner. Took his advice on ordering and really enjoyed the result.
