Viva Organic in Cardiff

The sign just in side the door says PLEASE WAIT, which you do just to be ignored till they deem it the right time to acknowledge you and wave you in. Bad start. The superier staff who aren't trained properly in costumer service struggle to say please and thank you. All in all I salute the ethos of this shop but why they think they can treat the paying customer as they do is a mystery. one thing is for sure thier atitude is very off putting boardering on rude and I for one will not be back.

Good range of organic vegetables, salads, fruit, pasta (gluten free too) from dispensers, nuts, dried mushrooms, wines, beers, tea (cannabis tea was nice), a proper trove of goodies. Take your tupperware and fill it up. Also they make the best coffee I’ve had, and you can sit on a stool and have it with a pastry - hence this is a cafe too.
