Ordered the 3 meals for £14.95 chicken wings chicken strips chicken nuggets The portions were very small 5 small chicken nuggets chicken wings think there was 4/5 embarrassing, then no sauces came had to pay for 3 selected sauces £2.45 so £17.95 all in not great Waitress behind bar was rude again and signal for the app was horrendous Will be carful what I order next

Visited today with my daughter. Table was sticky so I wiped it myself. She enjoyed her pizza. Poor attempt at a healthy side though with awfully cut cucumber & tomatoes rammed into a ramekin. My curry was tasty, rice was cold, poppadom was soggy, naan bread ok but tough. Onion bhajees and samosa sides were cold & not worth the extra. Drinks finally arrived halfway through our meal. When we finished our meal we used the ladies before leaving. I am appalled at the state of the facilities. The sinks were covered in black/pink slime. The toilet bowls were the same and some had what appeared to be vomit splattered around the bowls. The light fittings were thick with dust. The windows were covered in mould. I was on my way to an appointment so I didn't have time to wait to see a member of staff as the bar was busy so I thought I would e-mail to report this. That is when I discovered that there is no way to submit a complaint with photos, so here they are.

Really enjoyed my food with massive portions. Cash only which is not convenient. The menu offered various forms of potato but we were told we could only have chips. My scampi and chips were great but hubby wasn’t that impressed with his steak and ale pie, with chips. Strangely it was Sunday lunch time but no Sunday lunches were on offer. Amused by the old electric light switch and bifold door in the ladies toilet. Someone spends time cleaning the many very shiny horse brasses around the pub.

Really disappointed was looking forward to coming here this morning we arrived about 9. 20 and was told they couldn't open because they were still waiting for a member of staff to arrive 9 am they were supposed to open so we went for a little walk then went back 20 mins later and they still wouldn't let us in because they were still waiting for a member of staff to arrive was 2 members of staff we was really disappointed as we were looking forward to having breakfast here not very professional at all how long would they have waited for?

Lovely food for myself and the whole family. Brilliant staff working here and they're dog friendly which meant the dog could also join us which is nice because we don't really have much choice if we're going out with the dog but the home cafe in Aberystwyth is certainly one of our favourites. The food is nice and tasty and never fails to be brilliant.

Very poor food. The fish and chips were awful - a cheap small frozen battered fish with minimal frozen chips and no peas despite being on the menu. If this was typical they are clueless.

Amazing food and atmosphere!! I went there Sunday with my fiancé and we were both left amazed by how kind and welcoming the staff were, the food was fantastic, we even went for seconds. The only thing that went wrong was that it was quite louder than expected with all of the locals yelling, leaving a few other people uncomfortable as well. But other than that, it was a great experience and definitely worth the money

Was looking forward to fish chips & mushy peas at dinnertime after our morning drive here, but unfortunately, the fish turned out a bit dry and not very tasty, was expecting better from a seaside restaurant.

Great pub brilliant prices £2.40 for strongbow pint, remarkable!

Was a fab pub/restaurant but sadly another covid victim. Not looking like any prospect of reopening in the near or distant future. :(

"Excuse me, my kids have peanut allergies, can you tell me if the cakes are ok for them to eat please?" "dunno mate, couldn't tell you" Not good enough, if you're going to sell food to the public you need to know it's allergens - that's the law. "Dunno mate" and no attempt to check is not acceptable

La comida estaba bien, no tan bueno como cualquier otro Nando que he estado en. Sin embargo, había moscas por todas partes constantemente tratando de entrar en la comida o bebidas. El segundo miembro del personal que le contamos se ofreció a movernos a una mesa cerca de la puerta y postres gratis, sin embargo 2 / 3 de nosotros había terminado nuestra comida. No es lo suficientemente bueno para un Nando más nuevo.

In the area for a concert, went for a pint and stayed for a meal all very nice, friendly staff, clean, really enjoyed our visit will be back if in the area again.

Not the best of service, could not set up a tab for our drinks and meal had to pay separate, when waitress came to take drinks order was told only Gordon’s gin and pink gin and Aber falls asked if any raspberry gin answer was no, when leaving seen a hole shelf full of different gins. I ordered mozzarella and haddock fish cakes I was given mozzarella sticks, my husband ordered a 12oz gamon which was no bigger than a beef burger definitely not 12oz, waited over half an hour after eating main meal to have to go find someone to order puddings to then be told kitchen is closed. Waitress could do with a smile and knowledge of what drinks are behind the bar and chef needs to learn weight of the meats before being advertised. Definitely won’t be going again

I came here with my family. This pub has beautiful aesthetics.I had a chicken stack burger, which was a small burger, a handful of chips. The food was just average. I know a lot of food has increased in price, but everything set us back by £90. I don’t mind paying that much, but the food and service has got to be special. Despite the nice aesthetics, the food was not special. The most I would have paid for would have been £5 for the tiny bland burger we received. I would have gotten something from the brewery, if the food wasn’t astronomically expensive. I won’t be coming here again.
