We've been coming to Timbrells for our breakfast for years as we walk alot around the area. From our first trip, one of the things that brought us back was the staff member who served us. Every time she serves us, she's so cheery, and so attentive to our needs - we came in Sunday for our normal breakfast and this time I wanted to acknowledge what a fantastic job she does. I don't know her name, but she was working on Sunday 11 May and said her shift started at 7. She's super bubbly and she'll know who she is if you said 'the couple who come in and have tea, latte, a jug of water, 2 rounds of brown toast with butter/jam/marmalade, and no allergies'! She's a credit to you and one the reasons we've come back. Timbrells is a lovely place, all the staff are friendly, it's always welcoming, clean - and if we didn't live so close by, we'd absolutely book a room and stay with you. We've had a Sunday roast before and it was really tasty. It is surrounded by fantastic walks, and we usually take some toast crust to feed the squirrels!

Love the ethics of this place. Best steak pie I’ve ever had! Service is okay and the venue is very nicely decorated, spacious and lots of light and great views. The price was spot on. I will definitely be a regular now. Booking is strongly advised.

We ordered green tea for two. This is usually priced around £3 at the most. I mean it's green tea leaves boiled in a bag. It came out undrinkable pipping hot and cost us £7.30! I am more annoyed with the price than the fact it was pipping hot. I know prices have gone up but charging this much to customers for a green tea is outrageous. It's safe to say I will spread the word and won't be coming here again!

Used to like going here for a pint when in town , last time I was in there it's changed into a Irish themed pub , town doesn't need another Irish themed pub, have to find somewhere else now pity

Great little Costa spot in Interchange Retail Park – perfect for a quick break during shopping. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. My flat white was smooth and well-balanced, and the toastie I had was served hot and crispy, just as it should be. There’s plenty of seating and the atmosphere is relaxed – a nice contrast to the hustle of the retail park. I also appreciated how clean everything was, including the tables and restroom. It’s nothing “fancy” or unique compared to other Costa locations, but it’s reliable, comfortable, and consistently good – exactly what you want when grabbing a coffee while running errands or waiting for someone. Would happily stop by again!

Amazing fish and chips. Hot freshly cooked. Beautiful large pieces of fish and lovely crispy batter. Chips were excellent too. Great friendly service too. Was my 1st visit but I will return as often as possible. Many thanks Marina Bay

Coffee was delicious, around 2:30 p.m. there wasn't much of a selection of sweets left, the ambience - well - there are nicer things.

Suggest bring your own food. Very expensive for the amount of food just totally underwhelming not greatest quality and jacket so overcooked like I imagine eating a old shoe!!...staff friendly, facilities great but food over priced. Learn from National Trust quality please!! On a positive note, music was good.

one of the worst coffee shops. people gossip about you, they don't know how to talk to a customer. every time there is some problem, if not with the coffee, then with the payment. disappointing experience

From the moment we walked in I didn't like the attitude of the man at the front of house. We got our breakfast which tasted ok but both myself and my partner were sick for the rest of the day. Not worth the price they charge for the bit we did get to eat. Wouldn't recommend
