Our meal was simply delicious ! I had reservations about visiting simply because I'm not really a "grill" type person. However, this was one of the best meals I've had in a very long time . I had the fillet steak and it was cooked perfectly and beautifully tender . I had the pork belly for starters which likewise was delicious and not too fatty (even for pork belly). The hispi cabbage side was yum too. The only dish that was underwhelming was my partner's starter - smoked burrata - we both found it fairly tasteless . As we both love burrata , it was disappointing . That aside, the meal really was excellent and we will definitely return. Very good wine list too.

Wonderful service and an amazing food . Definitely we will come back again and of course gone be tell other friend and family.

Really nice lunch and a friendly atmosphere. Food wasn't fancy but good quality and plentiful. Good value for money too.

I have used it on 2 occasions now and both times has the service and food been wonderful/ Fresh ingredients and wonderfully flavorsome.

What a wonderful place. We went for breakfast (8 of us) and loved it. The food was delicious (cooked breakfast), the service excellent and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent with allergies. The decor was retro which gave it a great feel. The sale of local products was an added bonus. We will definitely be visiting again before we finish our holiday. A cheeky piece of cake was taken away too. All the cakes looked delicious. The Lupin lady 😀

Qué increíble hallazgo, después de aventurarnos por los carriles en Brighton y detenernos en varias cafeterías nos encontramos con este establecimiento bastante divino. Sirve sus bebidas calientes habituales como tés, cafés especiales, etc, pero también sirve helado orgánico galeto, que es más denso y suave y viene en una variedad de sabores. Otro dato interesante es que todos los pasteles son caseros y son combinaciones realmente raras como pastel gris conde, pastel de jengibre, banana y pastel de chocolate por nombrar algunos pero tienen muchas variaciones para elegir y todas muy únicas e individuales para este establecimiento. Las rodajas son enormes y saben absolutamente deliciosas teniendo en cuenta que nunca hemos probado nada igual. Son brebajes de ingredientes con los que no necesariamente harías un pastel, pero funciona, realmente funciona. El lugar está escrupulosamente limpio por dentro, fresco, aireado y luminoso. Muchos asientos por dentro y por fuera. El personal es amable y atento. La única razón por la que le di una calificación muy buena sobre una calificación excelente es solo debido al hecho de que las tortas están un poco secas para mí, un poco de crema para verter o crema coagulada sería fantástico, pero no ofrecen eso. Esto es solo mi opinión personal y no debe quitar el hecho de que los pasteles son absolutamente devine El lugar abre 6 días a la semana, 11. 30 - 5 . 30 y 6 . 30 un sábado solamente. Muy recomendable.

always an amazing experience. always a lovely welcome. food is fresh and perfect, and we love all the little touches. I would recommend booking as it gets busy and rightly so. The decor, food, atmosphere and service are fantastic. I challenge you to find it anything less than excellent

Amazing fish and chips! The chips were fluffy in the middle and super hot. The fish was melt in the mouth with awesome batter. The staff were super friendly and polite. Will definitely be back.

Horrible, nunca me han tratado tan mal en mi vida. Mi familia y yo nos alojamos allí y gastamos más de 200 libras esterlinas, me quedé atrás para despedirme de mi novia y el gerente me llevó a un lado y me dijo que la distraigo demasiado y que necesita volver a trabajar y me dijo que “tengo que irme ahora” a pesar de explicar que trabajaba normal y maravillosamente sin hablar conmigo y parecía importarle poco. El gerente general es una persona mala y desagradable, no puede recomendar ir allí. ¿Cómo se echa a alguien después de gastar más de 200 libras y sólo por despedirse de su gf? Aparte de ese personal donde muy agradable y el propietario real es un hombre mayor amable y amable encantador : ) Los cócteles son geniales.

We were a large group dining here to celebrate two of our friend’s birthdays, and it’s safe to say we’ll be coming back to celebrate every occasion and more! The restaurant and outside spaces are beautiful, the staff were fantastic and really looked after us, and the food was exceptional!!

Cycled down from Norfampton, first time stopping here, came recommended by Robin Hood pub as we’d missed their lunch cut off and we were not disappointed! Super friendly staff, seating out the front in the sun. Food was amazing. We had the beef burger 🍔👌🏽 defo coming back for a repeat visit 🚴🏻‍♂️🚴🏽‍♂️

Amazing little coffee shop ran by super friendly staff and serving beautiful coffee! Best coffee shop in South Shields without a doubt. Not to mention the chilli hot dog is to die for ☺️

Placed an order they took my money then cancelled the order with no reason given now have to wait 5 days for a refund. Walked to the shop and they are not even open phone not able to connect to the number showed that it was open. Not impressed at all

Our group has been here for several meals and this one met the quality we expect, although the vegetarian option was a small portion compared to the meat ones. The service seemed slow with no one apparently assigned to our table, but was fine when we attracted their attention. The room was full so there was lots of background noise, but it is a justifiably a popular venue.

I purchased from here for the second time. I had messaged them a few times and they don’t respond for days and only when you send a question mark. I placed the order and left a note requesting non spicy and please no lentil dishes. My order turned up with lentil dishes which I can’t eat as they give me digestive problems and also the dishes are spicy. A simple message to say they couldn’t do it would suffice. What’s the point in having an order notes section on your website?
