I have used it on 2 occasions now and both times has the service and food been wonderful/ Fresh ingredients and wonderfully flavorsome.

Wow, what can I say!! Food incredible, service was amazing. Lovely ambience. Proper authentic restaurant in the heart of Worthing. Made a real fuss for a birthday too. Highly recommend.

The best Thai food I have had in *years*. The menu offers a wide range of gorgeous cuisine, with alluring vegetarian options, and a beautiful wine menu. The staff are so accommodating and seem genuinely happy to have you visiting, checking in on your food and giving trivia about what you've ordered. I ordered one of the spiciest dishes on the menu and they gave me an explanation on how it achieves such levels of hotness without using chilli's, and making fun of the rest of my table for choosing milder options. It's priced reasonably, served quickly and tastes fantastic. Zero complains and a promise of a second visit

We recently moved to Worthing and were really hoping to find a decent Thai place, so we’re thrilled to have found 49! Staff were very friendly (the chef even came out to check we enjoyed our food) and the dishes were delicious. Between us we shared beef massaman curry, weeping tiger steak (with a tasty but very hot dipping sauce - beware!) and pad Thai from the express lunch menu, which was cheaper than a standard main (and presumably smaller, although it was a decent portion). Everything was delicious, but what really stood out was the flavour and tenderness of the meat - we’ve had these dishes many times and often find it chewy in other restaurants, but it was melt-in-the-mouth. We’ve also had a LOT of pad Thais, and this was outstanding - lovely flavour, plus noodles with a nice bite to them. We were lucky enough to catch this place just before the owners take a long break, but we’ll definitely be returning to this gem when it reopens.

Went here with my wife 6pm one evening by chance as the Thai we were heading for down road wasn’t open and what a lucky find We were warmly welcomed we had a sharing starter, for mains I had a king Prawn pad thai and my wife had a red curry which were all excellent and tasty The chef came out and asked how are meals were ,also the waiter was attentive without being intrusive The whole experience was just how dining out should be,very nice

Authentic food, compares with the best Thai food in Thailand. Friendly staff and a wonderful evening. Complimentary drinks was a lovely touch Better than any Thai food I have had in London.

A very well kept secret in Worthing. The food and attention to detail is excellent. The staff were so attentive with the Chef coming out to ask if we had enjoyed the meal. Great dining experience and good value for money.

This was our third visit to this restaurant and it has always been a pleasure. The warm welcome you receive from the manager starts your Thai experience in this lovely restaurant,where the service is first class. The food is absolutely amazing, very delicious and beautifully presented, the lunchtime 2 course special menu at £7.99 is excellent value which we all enjoyed and which we confirmed to the chef who came out of the kitchen at the end of our meal to see if everyone had enjoyed it......we certainly did. We are already planning our next visit and would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys traditional Thai cuisine.

My friend and I ate here on a Saturday night and i was genuinely taken aback at how good the food was - we shared the set menu A and the starter selection was delicious, and of the main dishes the seabass was the stand out. The service was very friendly and attentive and the place had a nice atmosphere (i was surprised how quiet it was considering how much i enjoyed the food). I will definitely come back.

Oh my god, this is a little gem and quite frankly one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve eaten at in this country. Amazing food and wonderful people. Having the chef coming out to ask how the food was, was a fantastic touch. We actually hadn't intended to go to this restaurant. However due to our initial choice restaurant being closed we opted for this venue. We originally thought this was a Chinese Restaurant which I think it might have been previously. We walked into a lovely bright, clean modern restaurant. Immediately we were greeted by the front of house staff. He was a very friendly attentive gentleman who served us along with around 10 other tables during the night. He was very efficient, friend and turned our evening into an extremely fun and memorable night. Brilliant Service amazing food lovely friendly staff - will definitely come back here - a lovely lovely evening with a choice of some nice wines as well

Went to this restaurant for my sons birthday celebration , we sat and waited 2 hours for the starters to arrive people who were walking in were being served food before us in fact one couple had their starters and main course and paid the bill and left whilst we were still waiting for our starters to arrive,I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant visiting twice a week for over 2 years now and certainly didn’t expect to be treated like this ,apparently the chef said we were regulars and we wouldn’t mind waiting, my son had travelled down from London to have his meal with us so absolutely disgusted with the chefs attitude knowing it was for his birthday , when the starters arrived the tempura prawns were over cooked bordering on burnt,the vegetarian spring rolls were over cooked then waited another hour for our main meal to arrive and had to send back the pad Thai noodles they were wet and tasted like a ton of sugar had been poured over them, I will never use this restaurant again they completely ruined my sons birthday meal.
