Cancelled our Valentines booking 4 days before, didn’t answer text messages regarding the booking leading up. Went here a few times a couple years ago, clearly management has changed food and drinks not the same. Clearly customer service is at an all time low cancelling right before valentines ruining any plans we could have arranged giving more the 4 days! Close it down disgusting

i came to masons in december for a christmas do with my friends and it’s safe to say i will never be back again!! 😡 the way the staff treated us from start to finish was disgusting and we was not happy with our experience (it was apparent one of the male staff members was taking illegal substances) we felt rushed to get out the venue and never got the full time. food was nice but things where missing. do not recommend the place after the awful experience i have had AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Went here for bottomless brunch before Christmas and it wasn't the best. The chicken was very dry, they brought out two wrong dishes and they also stopped our time with 15mins left. They brought the bill and wouldn't let us get anything else on the bottomless brunch menu. They didn't even alert us- staff were slow at coming round and getting our orders/bringing drinks. The guy on sax was good. Wouldn't go there for bottomless brunch again!

Back in April, I had the pleasure of attending a Hen Do party at Masons Liverpool with a group of 15, and it was an unforgettable experience! Everything about the evening was spot on—the atmosphere was electric, with just the right mix of lively energy and chic vibes to make it feel truly special. The music kept the party going all night, creating the perfect soundtrack for our celebration. The food and drinks were equally impressive, with delicious options that catered to everyone’s tastes. Everything was served promptly and with a smile, which made the evening even more enjoyable. We had an absolute ball at Masons Liverpool, and I can’t recommend it enough for a celebration. If you’re looking for a place that ticks all the boxes—great food, amazing drinks, lively music, and a fantastic atmosphere—this is it! We’ll definitely be back for more fun in the future.

Disappointed as potential was good. Good music, saxonist and Santa stripper guy!! Food average and didn’t get hardly any of the dishes we ordered. Drinks service slow and refused to serve us 20 mins before our 90 min slot was due to end. Tonight Josephine much better

Food came out to early before everyone had arrived, it was bland! Drinks were disgusting, had to take my vodka lime and lemonade back 3 times and it still tasted the same, absolutely no alcohol in it at all, our waitress was nice though, 10 minutes before our time was up we are told we had to go.

During a recent visit to a bottomless brunch, I found the pricing to be reasonable; however, the service was rather slow, and the cocktails consistently had a sour taste. I brought this to the attention of our waitress, inquiring about options that didn't have that sour component. Her suggestion was simply to order a prosecco. When she brought the prosecco over, I attempted to explain that it too had a sour flavor, but she seemed to perceive my feedback as a hassle rather than constructive. Unfortunately, this interaction made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming, prompting us to leave sooner than planned. Upon reflection, it seems that the cocktail choices may be designed to encourage guests to consume fewer drinks within the allotted time. In my experience, I've never encountered this issue at Turtle Bay, where the staff are notably more accommodating. As a result, I would recommend Turtle Bay over this establishment for a more enjoyable bottomless brunch experience.

We were booked here for bottomless brunch for a hen party. Table wasn’t ready in time so delayed entry, lack of drink choice on offer! Only that days special cocktail, which was vile! Few spirits and processco! Been to different bottomless brunch’s and normally plenty of cocktails on choice, this really limited drink choice, especially when you don’t drink spirits! Food wasn’t great, driest chicken I have had and garlic bread slightly burnt. Kicked out sharp after time slot. Maybe personal preference but def won’t be returning to this one

I attended here as a large group of 16 people for bottomless brunch. I had booked this due to a recommendation from friends who had visited here previously. Before attending I had to preorder everyone’s brunch and made an error. I spent an entire week trying to get in touch with masons by email, calling and messaging on social media with absolutely no response. This left me really concerned about the brunch and read some reviews which were also worrying. That being said when we arrived on Saturday we were greeted by their superstar server Lexi who corrected the error right away. Lexi was amazing and kept our drinks topped up and we had no issues with waiting along for a drink. The staff at Mason’s were great and got me up on the stage for my birthday and we also got some complimentary shots. I’m unsure whether it was the server we got who made sure we had a fab night and we just got lucky or if some of the other reviews are just a bit harsh however 10/10 from myself and can’t wait to return! The only thing that lets them down is their response rate which could have them potentially losing out on custom.

Peor almuerzo sin fondo, evita. El ambiente es bueno con un DJ / música y bueno para el entretenimiento de grupos grandes. Sin embargo, el servicio de bebidas era realmente deficiente, incluso después de varias quejas al personal, parecía caer en oídos sordos y no ofrecieron disculpas. Este solía ser uno de los mejores almuerzos sin fondo en los que había estado, así que supongo que ha cambiado de manos.

No alcohol in drinks. Food unbelievably basic. So loud had to order by typing in to phone and showing it. Staff working under incredibly difficult circumstances, tried their best but fundamentals all wrong so made their job impossible.

SO DISSAPOINTED. No customer service, they close the bar 1 hour into your 90 minute brunch. The waitress even told us they were quitting because of how she was treated. The till went down half way through and we were left drinkless for over 15 minutes. When reaching out to make a complaint we got ignored. Would not recommend, food was average.

Food was disgusting. Small portions. No flavour. Drinks were bad no alcohol. Honestly the worst 45 pounds I paid

Thank you Masons for making my b/day soo special. Booked a table for 10ppl for Sundown Sessions Sunday Roast. The minute we walked through the door we were greated like VIP guests+made to feel special by the lovely Liv+Sarah who went above+beyond throughout our visit. The decor+Ibiza atmosphere was amazing. The 2 course roast+sweet was definitely on par with Mitchellin star quality+unbelievable price at only £22. All staff were very friendly+even accommodated our 2yr old child we brought with us+even went the shop to buy her crayons+paper+definitely pooch friendly as we seen a cute little Frenchy sitting behind us. The entertainment is out of this world with a fantastic d.j keeping the tunes flowing, the best Sax player in town, bongo player+synthesiser. U can't find this anywhere on Sat nite never mind a Sunday afternoon. Can't wait to come back+already put the word out to more family+friends. This place needs to be seen to believe it. Had a great time thanks to Craig and staff The atmosphere was fab with live music We went for Sunday Dinner and the food was delicious The portions are really generous. I would definitely recommend visiting Masons for tasty food with lots of drinks to choose from in an amazing atmosphere.

Absolutely dreadful 2 hr slot was ended in 1hr 15 mins drinks watered down - if there was any alcohol at all!!! Sent drinks back twice! Bill costing over £450!!! they couldn’t be arsed. Will never go back! Disgusting service - spoke to manager who also wasn’t arsed! Avoid at all costs -10!!!!

The worse bottomless brunch I've ever been too, table wasn't ready when we arrived, we was made to stand outside until it was. Drinks were watered down! A G&T was basically a glass of tonic water! You couldn't taste any alcohol at all. We complained plenty of times but it made no difference. Rude staff who rushed us from our tables before the allocated slot was finished. £45 for crap food and glasses of tonic water. Our bill was over £360 for our group, such a rip off, avoid at all costs!

Extremely disappointing! Would avoid at all costs. We arrived early for our booking to be stood outside for 15 minutes in the freezing cold and rain while they "set up our table". Then after 1 hour and only be served 3 drinks we were kicked off our table, cutting out brunch short just so that the DJs girlfriend and her friends could have our table because they fit the image of the bar and we didnt. And there were only 5 of them and 11 of us and other tables free they could have used.The mangeress was extremely rude to all of us and made us stand at the bar. We spent over 360 pound for small food portions and watered down cheap drinks. I am absolutely disgusted how we were treated especially as we were there for a 50th birthday party. I will never be stepping foot inside this place again and recommend others avoid.

Really disappointing, shocking service from the managers- extremely rude. Our server was lovely though. Ordered a drink 10 minutes before the brunch was due to finish and they forgot mine when bringing everyone else’s, the server went back to get the drink and the managers would not allow him to even though he explained he was the one who forgot it. The food was also disappointing. Definitely not worth the price they charge.

It was a great experience to bring our team to for bottomless brunch. Food, entertainment and atmosphere was great. Loads of spots for a selfie too. Made feel really welcome, will be back

I would not recommend this place for bottomless brunch the food was awful and kid sized portions. They cut the serving of the limited drinks by 20 mins before your time finished When we asked to order additional food as we were still hungry the request was declined. And finally when the time slot was up we got asked to leave the tables immediately. There is no other area to finish your drinks so we basically got told to drink up and get out.

So impressed with the food and the service. Best brunch we’ve been to, plenty of drinks!

We came here in may for masons after dark and I was speaking to a girl called Vicky lovely girl she couldn’t serve us quick enough - and there was 30 of us! All my family and friends couldn’t believe how nice she was. I come back with friends on Saturday (27th July) and was looking for Vicky because I knew we would get looked after! Couldn’t see her and none of the staff would answer me when I asked where is Vicky. Didn’t get looked after and had 2 drinks and got billed over £800. Terrible service and a terrible day! Found out that Vicky no longer works there - and you wonder why the staff are leaving!! The hard working ones look after the customers. Shame on you all

We booked bottomless brunch for 13 people for a hen party. We had seen some mixed reviews but I can honestly say the whole experience excelled our expectations. Some of our group hadn’t pre-ordered which we were told was not a problem, which was great as that was our fault. We were shown to our table immediately and the atmosphere was absolutely brilliant. Our server was Maddie and she was amazing. From the minute we sat down she made sure we were constantly topped up with drinks. There wasn’t a single moment where someone was waiting for a drink. All our food came out and was lovely and hot. Maddie was so friendly and patient with us and we couldn’t fault her at all! The bride to be loved the whole experience, as did the whole group! I would 100% recommend booking bottomless brunch and Maddie!

Amazing, we had the best time visiting Mason on Friday 19th July. We were celebrating a 50th and 60th. Everyone was lovely, the food was great and the music had us dancing the night away. I would like to give a shout out to Lexi she was amazing, she ensured we had the best time and I cannot thank her enough. Would 100% go back again.

Worst bottomless brunch I've ever been to ( and ive been to a fair few i tell thee). £45 for 2 drinks, a few chips and calamari. Visited for a hen do. What a waste of money!! Need to allocate staff so there is a dedicated member for each party. Entertainment was a saxophone for about 20 minutes. I should have just stood outside with a bottle of prosecco from Tesco and my recorder and belted out three blind mice, would have been cheaper and more fun!

My party of 19 had booked a bottomless brunch for a hen, and from the outset, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no table available for five members of our party for the first half hour, leaving them standing and waiting. To make matters worse, after finally being seated, we were only allocated a table for a mere half hour of the entire brunch. The food itself was brought out while five of our guests were still without a seat or table. To add insult to injury, the waiters either handed the plates to the standing guests or placed the food next to cleaning products and dirty cloths at the bar!! lack of organization, and overall disregard for customers and their experience

Worst bottomless brunch I’ve been to. Service was awful, they don’t take drinks order and if you try and flag a staff member down they very rudely tell you to just wait. A hen do of 30 people, had 2 drinks each if we were lucky in the 90 minutes. Supposed to get 2 food dishes, half of us only got 1 and despite asking several times, the rest never came. Waiter spilled drinks on us and didn’t apologise, all very rude snapping - if you can’t handle big bookings, don’t take the money for them!!! Also then tried adding a £300 tip on despite the awful service. Will never return here, a real let down! Rude to the bride and ruined her experience by arguing with her

We received a warm welcome. The food was cold. The cocktails varied in in spirit content,some very weak and others very strong. The bill was wrong and was changed three times.issed deposits and added drinks you had to pay for Check your bill when you go.

Came for a hen party last night, and as much as they create a great atmosphere with entertainment, the dreadful service let's the business down tremendously. Our waitress Lexi was lovely, but full of apologies as we waited 45 minutes for our first drink... In the allotted 90 minutes of a "bottomless brunch" I had three drinks (not including the glass of prosecco on the table for our arrival) The food was just OK, but wasn't expecting anything fabulous. If you're looking for a good ambience to start your party, masons is OK, but I'd go elsewhere if you're looking for value for your money!! 😩😩

Genuinely, the worst bottomless brunch I’ve ever been to. In the 90 minute session, I got a total of three drinks, with the first round taking over half an hour to arrive to the table. They refused to give us any more drinks after 70 minutes into the booking, when we spoke to management they gave us a bottle bottle of warm Prosecco to say sorry, but wouldn’t let us have the last 20 minutes of free drinks. The food was awful, it was cold and small portions. For £40 I expected so much better, save yourself and go literally anywhere else.

Attended at the weekend food was average, slow at bringing drinks, didn't feel like a bottomless brunch as my glass was empty for majority of the time. Too many people not enough server's. Expensive for the food and drink you actually got. Could have got a better meal and drinks in Weatherspoons! Should maybe be advertised as brunch and a drink or 2 so that people know what to expect. Also could have extended the time when they knew that they were taking at least 15 to 20 mins to bring a drink when your glass was empty!

This place is perfect for groups. Had 22 ladies here for a hen do and the staff were brilliant. They help get the party started by giving out mini sparklers and drinks served as soon as you arrive. They have props throughout the night and get the bride on stage. They even allowed my 82 year old mother nad her friends on the stage for some dancing! It was a really great night there.

Had an amazing time staff are so lovely our server was brilliant he made our day sorry wish I could remember his name but he went above and beyond to make sure our afternoon was full of fun and laughter. Highly recommend going for a fun lively bottomless brunch.

Loved this place we arrived was offered prosecco service was prompt food was hot got our own waiter who looked after us with drinks I managed 4 gin an tonics in our time. The only thing I didn't realise there is a service charge of £15 which you pay on the day I didn't book it so didn't realise there was an extra 2 pay for so be warned other than that enjoyed it xx

What a dissatisfying experience !!! I’ll start with the one positive aspect. The entertainment was very good, DJ, saxophone player 👏🏻I’m afraid it all goes downhill from here. The manager “miserable “ Joe was very rude and seemed to have some favourites, letting the same brides to be up !! He man handled our top hen who was only stood waiting for the other hens to leave the stage !! Was rude to more than one of our group. The food wasn’t the best to say the least. Waited 20 minutes for the first drink, which not everyone likes presseco, the other drinks were about a 40 minute wait !!! The young staff were very apologetic but kept looking over their shoulders as if they were going to be in trouble. MANAGEMENT TRAINING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The bride to be’s day should not be ruined by this rude person (JOE) would NOT recommend Masons !!!

Attended for a hen do with approx 14 people for a cocktail masterclass and then bottomless brunch. Such a good atmosphere with DJ and sax player. Food was served quickly and drinks were brought to the table regularly!

Bad service. Our table was not ready when we arrived. The food was ok, but when you order the smoked salmon bagel, from the bottomless brunch menu, you only get half a bagel. We had no cutlery and had to wait whilst food was going cold. Drinks were slow at coming. Music was good, but it's really loud the whole 90 minutes in you're in there. It's probably better when it's not such a lovely day outside either. It was warm in there.

Bottomless brunch. Aka 3 drinks, dry chicken and fries. Awful. Would never come back here as there are places with far better service in Liverpool which are truly bottomless. I worked there June to almost august (2023) they still haven’t paid me since then (it’s now may 2024) when I worked there the head chef decided to cook ingredients out of the literal bin then proceeded to cook it for people because they ordered last minute the staff always complained about customers when coming into the kitchen calling them all sorts they also let me go for not cleaning the kitchen on a Sunday which I wernt in that day so I don’t understand that.

We went on Saturday 4 May for my daughter’s hen do. The service was awful they made us all pay an extra £10 so it cost us £55 each. We wasn’t allowed cocktails would never book this place again and will be telling people not to visit

DONT BOOK THIS DUMP!!!! We had a group booking for bottomless brunch. It was manic. Our server vanished. Had to keep asking others who where annoyed at been asked. We had to find someone to take our food order. Not sure if they where under staffed or if that is their normal. Everyone running about like headless chickens. The table we were seated at was to small didn't fit our party. It wasn't made up and we had to ask 2 people to bring us cutlery after our food came out. Keep an eye or your recipt. They didn't take our full deposit off. Only half. The didn't like been challenged about it. £45 is far to expensive for what you get. Food options are minimal, tasty but tiny portions. Cocktails are not included in the price. I've never been to a bottomless brunch where that is the case. For the amount of money this experience cost I expect much higher level of service. It was shocking.

Never again!! Service was a joke!! 1.5hrs waiting to be served our meal. Had to order our own drinks at the bar singer was very loud couldn't hear yourself speak!! The highlight of the night was Richard the bat lad very quick with the drinks and very attentive. One of our party was given the reply "oh okay madame!" When asked where our drinks was! Waste of money do not recommend!!

The food was simply exquisite, and the service was impeccable. I can confidently say that my dining experience was a solid 5-star affair, and I cannot wait to return. The roast dinner was the star of the show! Expertly cooked, it was a beautiful balance of flavours. The meat was tender and juicy, the vegetables cooked to perfection, and the gravy was rich, hearty and full of depth. It was, without a doubt, one of the best roast dinners I've ever had. The mocktail that I ordered was a refreshing treat. It was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. The blend of flavours was perfect, and it was a cool, invigorating accompaniment to the meal. The conclusion of the meal was just as impressive as the beginning. The chocolate brownie was a dream for any dessert-lover. It was decadently rich, perfectly moist and packed with flavour. It was a splendid way to end a perfect meal. What really elevated my experience at Masons, however, was the fantastic service. The staff were attentive, friendly and professional. They made sure we felt welcome and comfortable and ensured that our meal was served promptly and efficiently. Their commitment to excellent customer service truly shone throughout the evening. In conclusion, my visit to Masons was an absolute pleasure. From the delightful food to the outstanding service, everything was top-notch. I am more than eager to return and experience more of what this incredible establishment has to offer. Masons has truly set the bar high for dining experiences. Five stars all the way!

A group of 7 of us went here for a hen party, booked the bottomless brunch. Food selection wasn't great, if you eat bagels then you're fine! Service was very slow in the beginning, our waitress, Lexie, was amazing but receiving our drinks orders took 40 minutes as new staff were training and took our drinks to the wrong table. However, Lexie brought us a couple bottles of prosecco to keep us going in the meantime. After that short issue everything started to work out well. Food arrived for everyone except me, calamari and caesar salad, seems they forgot about it! Received it eventually and it was very nice. The atmosphere was buzzing, the staff were interactive, dancing with guests. If everything had gone smoothly in the beginning, I'd ve giving 5 stars on everything except food.

We had a hen party booking for 17 people, myself and a friend arrived at 2.35pm for our 3pm booking, we were seated at a table of 4 initially as the front desk assistant couldn't locate my booking, we were then moved again to another table before being told to leave and come back at 3pm, we arrived back with the rest of the party and the table wasn't ready, we didn't get let in the venue and seated until 3.10, only for there not to be enough table and chairs to fit our party and 5 guests were standing, the service was shocking and totally unacceptable, it took at least 20 minutes for a table to be added & 45 minutes before people of our party received a drink! The bar was empty to which we have pictures, and the table behind us had their order taken 4 times before we even got seen too, which is ridiculous being bottomless brunch, I had to ask at least 9 times for a drink for our non alcoholic guest to which she only received 2 drinks the whole stay! It was evident that there was a lack of staff & communication from front house host and the manager on shift who was serving drinks behind the bar. The Service was terrible on drinks, we were offered a table behind us to give us more space at 3.30pm which had been empty all this time but that would mean our back to our friends. We raised all these issues multiple times & had to speak with the manager outside as you can't have a conversation inside. The shot train was nothing of the kind...they came round once and delivered one shot to our party of 17 to a non drinker so there was no consideration into who the hen was, nothing was made special for the bride to be and it has ruined her experience of a bottomless brunch hen party. We got told at this point we can have ten percent of the bill, we then had to raise issues over not receiving our meals at this point it was 4.10pm and our brunch was suppose to end 4.30pm the food arrived at 4.25pm and we were given a grace period of 15 minutes. After raising our complaints again we were offered 20 percent of our bill. The bill arrived with a service charge on, which we would of paid if we had received good service, but unfortunately there was more issues as the discount was not on the bill we received, and having 5 guests on a non alcoholic brunch priced at £39 the bill was charging them at £45, we had to raise this issue 3 times before it got dealt with. No manager came back to use at the end of our stay they just sent bar staff with the bill and issues. Spending a total of over £700 this service was a dreadful experience. The staff need to be more skilled in customer care and satisfaction. I would not recommend Masons. The whole afternoon left a dampening on the group. My only positive point is credit to the saxophone player that afternoon. I hope any other future hen parties or special occasions do not receive the service we received.

Came here for a 21st birthday and it was not good. It took about 45 mins to get our first drink. The food was not good. The drinks were slow coming out and they got our order wrong, meaning that there was people in our party that didn’t get their drink. After we complained about the service they started to being out more drinks but this was in the last 20 minutes of the brunch. We then later discovered that the table next to us who had the same problems as us, were given 20% of the whole brunch and we did not get this after raising our concerns aswell. Would not come back here again, there are a lot better places.

Second year coming to Masons for Mothers Day brunch and it was brilliant food was lovely and plenty of drinks served Maddie was lovely and very helpful atmosphere and music was brilliant

Visited for Mother’s Day bottomless brunch, our server Conor was amazing so attentive and ensured we had a fabulous afternoon . The quality of the drinks & food was fantastic.

Maddie has been lovely can’t fault her at all thank you very much for your hard work. Come for a Mother’s Day out with all the girls had a ball 🥰

We recently went here for a hen do and we had an unreal time, Maddie our server was especially attentive and overall made the experience more enjoyable. Servers like her are rare and she did a great job

Attended Masons tonight, we were shocked at our experience and could not recommend it to anybody. Our booking was confirmed and cancelled so we went to Masons to confirm our booking and it was confirmed this morning. When we arrived at our time slot and were eventually seated it was well after our booking. We didn’t receive menus when we were seated and took approximately 10mins to be given menus and served. Less than an hour into our booking we were handed the bill and told we had to leave our table to stand because they had an event. I had a discussion with Michael, the manager. He told me there was not meant to be bookings that late. As a result of the inconvenience I was promised a drink in Masons and when Masons closed we would be brought into a bar and given another drink as we had not received our 90mins of bottomless brunch. When we moved a waitress rolled her eyes at us when we asked for a drink. Eventually we got a drink then the whole venue was made leave, we were not allowed finish our drinks or bring them with us and we got no drink in the bar as promised. On leaving the bouncer searched a member of the group for drink despite having none. Although not mentioned on the menu there is a 12.5% service charged added to the bill. Additionally we were charged £40 of a deposit which is stated to be redeemable off your bill. This was not the case. Music was good but apart from that the entire day was ruined trying to get the service we paid for. Could not recommend, would hate for anyone else to have had the experience we had. Had a great time, received great service from Maddie, drinks served quickly. We got the birthday package for one of my friends and the staff were fabulous. Would really recommend, definitely will come back.

Lexie is a queen!! Made everyone felt so involved, nothing was too much to ask and she put so much effort into us having the best time. Thank you so much, will definitely be back!!

Had Sunday lunch in Mason's. Food was fantastic, staff were excellent and very attentive. Lively atmosphere and really enjoyed the live music in the background. We were a party of 5 and each of us tried something different for mains. Desserts were delicious, especially the vanilla and apple crumble cheesecake. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Liverpool!

Really negative experience at Masons on Saturday 2nd March. Friend was spiked at around 5pm, was a very scary experience which the staff did not offer any assistance with. Doormen were incredibly rude and didn't seem bothered in the slightest that our friend was seriously unwell. They almost made us feel stupid and as though there was no possibility that someone could get spiked in their bar because in their words " there is not a single man in this bar it's all women".... what a load of rubbish! Shameful that these people are meant to be keeping the place safe.

Came for a hen do last night and the hen was spiked! Door men would not help and really ignorant , no staff trained to help with first aid and were more bothered in defending that no men were in the bar!

Absolutely brilliant atmosphere! We went for brunch and it's thr best brunch i've ever been too! Love the saxophonist! Highly recommend!!

WASTE OF TIME!!! My boyfriend tried to book my a birthday bottomless brunch mid week this week. Over the week we have called way over 20 times, insta messaged and emails and still nothing! Honestly, worst customer service wouldn’t even bother!!

we tried the new Sunday roast and the food was so good. Would highly recomend it. the live music made our experience even better.

Wow, it's absolutely amazing! I had the best Sunday roast in Liverpool. The food was delicious, and there was plenty of gravy to go around. Defo a 5+ stars!!

Fabulous Sunday lunch with family. All home made, delicious and generous portions. Excellent service and one of the very best Sunday lunches in Liverpool. I would highly recommend Masons and know you won’t be disappointed.

Touched lucky today and went to Masons great atmosphere and singer 🍀had my young grandson with me. Gorgeous roast and the service was impeccable.. Thank you, looking foward to coming back staying longer to enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere and singer with a couple drinks 👌🏽🙏

The only thing that made this night was the company I was in. Attended for “bottomless brunch”. One glass of Prosecco and 2 small cocktails in two hours. Food was poor and one member of our group had to send it back as stone cold. Then they had cheek to ask for gratuity of over £50. Was so loud couldn’t hear anyone. Absolutely a let down, so disappointing for a special night

THEEEE BEST BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH! Food was gorgeous and the staff were amazing at keeping our drinks topped up, we never had an empty glass! Couldn’t fault anything - the service was amazing and the atmosphere was unreal. The saxophone and DJ kept us singing and dancing throughout and we had an absolute ball! Worth every penny thank you!

Turned up for bottomless brunch last night, with my booking confirmation to be told it’s not on the system. Not offered any form of compensation just shrugged and said they couldn’t find the booking. Staff had a bad attitude. So Saturday night plans were ruined.

The bottomless brunch was awful, all the food came out cold. We got served 1 drink for bottomless brunch. People kept sitting at our table which was an uncomfortable experience while we was trying to eat and placing there drinks on our table. It felt like we was forgotten about when it came to getting drinks. For the price of £45 each, I wouldn’t expect this.
