Nice place to visit and very friendly staff and friendly place to visit

I have put the app on my phone so I can order ahead. It's a bit hit and miss on when it's ready. I have been to 2 different Greggs and it does feel like they had no idea you ordered online until you turn up and then they look on the screen. Staff are brilliant, they get on with it straight away and you don't wait long. So yes, use the app but be prepared to wait when you turn up. I think once COVID was over online ordering has not been as massive, so it's probably hard to remember to check the order screen, especially if the cafe is busy. I did order with a 15 minute time slot, so maybe a longer time slot might mean they do check before you turn up

Came in today 30/11 asked for bacon barm and a coffee with brown sauce and butter on my barm , the girl repeated red sauce so I corrected her , got my barm while she was making my coffee by this time big Que , no butter on barm after handling my money then giving me change she proceeded to use her swollen hands to take the hardened pigs ear type bacon off my badley buttered barm and put butter on. Be aware they don’t wash there hands after handling money and always check your order and in future ask for soft or hard bacon

something wrong with their hot chocolate. I could not able to drink that hot chocolate spit it out

Never open and never any stock. Doesn’t open weekends, doesn’t open past 3pm apparently and now on a Wednesday at half 12 it’s also not open?

I like this shop, it's local friendly and clean, it's a Greggs at the end of the day so you know what is available. But the staff are spot on 👍

Ordered online and one of the staff managed to confuse a cheddar ploughman's sandwich for a packet of crisps, absolutely awful service. Avoid.

Sold "Too Good To Go" but wasn't open for collection.

Used to get off bus from work and pop in so I could have a quick tea. Last 2 weeks it was closed. Seen it now closes at 4.00pm walked in today at 3.25 and they were shutting down and wouldn’t serve. Impossible now for me to use if I’m in work.

To busy talking amongst themselves

Never open shut dead early like 3pm when they will make money when the kids are coming out of school. Been a few times now and it's shut. Such a shame when it does well they just haven't got the staff. It ment t be open till 7pm. I would say its open till 3.30 the latest.

The staff was very kind, welcoming and chatty 😊. The food and drinks are hot, tasty and not expensive.

I’m a fan of moccha, but since i’ve became pregnant i had to stop these, greggs staff offered me some alrernatives and always so nice and welcoming

Greggs is my go-to when i am wantinf quick takeaway. They are so helpful and polite. When they don't have what u want they will always tell u how long it will be. You know the sandwiches and baked foods are always fresh and the coffee is good too

Just tried to go to Gregg's. Says it opens at 6:30 and still not open 6:40am. Why say your open of you can not open. Amateur

Not open at 6.30am. Door not even unlocked at 7am. Change opening times online. Rude staff.

Cancelled my order despite it being paid for and sent me a email saying it was cancelled despite it being due at 720 and the sent me a email at 750 disgraceful rude staff when i rang to see about my order. Previously wrong items sent disgraceful

Breakfast/ early morning food on the go ( even if allowed/ stating they are open ) still isn't easy to come by ,as we ease out of lockdown. Made a very welcome change from McDonald's, lol.

Friendly, cheap and fulfilled a real need!

Enjoy Gregg's bakery, wide selection of products for sale along with soft drinks and snacks, hot drinks on offer ( tea and coffee) staff very polite and friendly, would recommend any time of year.

Coffee could be stronger but when it's on a free voucher can't complain. Enjoyed triple chocolate doughnut; would prefer chocolate filling though.

Never have the food you want, the pasties are either cold or a 20 minute wait and the que's are slow moving.

Slow service. Busy but only 1 person serving as the other staff member was sorting out the displays. Need to sort there priorities out.

I must stress the staff are excellent. However there is never enough cooked at once, if two people are in front of you in the line then half the good pasties will be gone.

Nice pasties but not much for vegetarians. Everything sweet is sickly and cloying in the back of the throat. Staff are friendly, though and the seating area is clean.

Me gusta el producto y las tiendas de modernización greggs aspecto genial por desgracia parece que cada vez que visite mi local Greggs, hay algo que no puedo tener hoy fue un gran café con leche ya que sólo había pequeñas tazas. Hay también un extraño de ambiente de cliente está siendo una interrupción, lo cual es una pena porque he dicho el producto es bueno y las tiendas agradable
