An overall fab spot for beers, burgers and footy! - Went here for food and drinks after work on a Wednesday. Had scrumptious smashed bacon burger, some chips (lovely and crispy). Bountiful selection of drinks on offer too! Bit of a faff ordering on the app in order to get a tab started but ho hum, it didnt detract from the experience particularly. Arsenal limped out of the champions league this night so the place was populated by sad gooners.

Spend the day working from KSBH on Wednesday and the team could not have done enough for us, our lunch was delicious and the atmosphere when we came back in later in the evening for drinks was brilliant, Thanks so much to Wally and the team.

I recently attended a brewery tour with Simon, he was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic! We had a great time! Stayed for lunch and continued to have beers after, incredible beers and service, I highly recommend. Thank you King Street Brew House

Very rude bouncer, called my fiancé ‘a child’ (after checking her ID) - multiple times, being very aggressive, rude and insulting. He attempted to intimidate her multiple times and when I stepped in he started on me. Terrible experience would not recommend - my friends went in after respectfully asking what we did wrong and they also experienced the same rudeness

Came in for my birthday and had the best time! The food was delicious and well priced. We were served by Sophie who made our visit so special, amazing service from start to end. We definitely be visiting again soon!

I came in to celebrate a friends birthday and was served by the lovely Sophie who was very chatty and attentive with all of us! We all has such a lovely time, the drinks and the food were 10/10. Can't wait to book our next visit soon.

My adult children booked the tour for us all as part of my birthday present. It was absolutely brilliant. The head brewer Simon is so interesting and there is nothing he doesn’t know. The tasting session at the end was particularly good fun! Excellent value, highly recommended.

For pub / beer joints in the centre I'm quite fond of Brewhouse. Good selection of beers and while it's always busy the wait is never too bad. Fantastic for watching the sports at as well with all the screens and space. However recently the kitchen has changed hands and the new one is terrible. I highly recommend you avoid eating here now as it's expensive & terrible quality.

I have had multiple events here and this will always be my go to in Bristol. The staff and atmosphere are brilliant, not to mention the excellent food. Wally and Gideon (funky shirt man) in particular are amazing hosts and make you feel at home. Would recommend to anyone!

I booked a leaving party here and I’m so grateful to the King Street Brew House team for their help right from booking up until the event ended. Wally, the manager, went above and beyond, and we are very appreciative. The venue itself is great for an event like this with plenty of drink and food options. If you have an occasion coming up I’d definitely recommend booking!

Smells like urine inside, especially on stairs down to toilets which smell like someone actually peed on the floor, pints good if you a lager lover but not great beer selection as far as I could tell, wouldn’t be my first choice on king street.

Had a banging time here last weekend! Lovely drinks and the chicken was beautiful. They had their own beers on, wasn't sure what to have but a top lad called Wally let us try some samples of the beer and ended up with a beauty of an IPA, absolutely morish, think it was called Trash or something like that. Great banter, great food, and Wally made us feel super welcome even as a pretty big group with our big orders! What a vibe, they even had thatchers for those too cowardly to drink the IPA's!

The burger I just had (Filth) was below average for £13.00. I didn't think you could make a patty (paid extra), that thing. McDonald's burgers as better than these.

Incredible cask beers, friendly staff, fun/chill atmosphere, great chicken and beef burgers! Would 100 percent recommend to anyone visiting/living in Bristol!! Absolute class

After Graduation this week, I recently visited the King Street Brewery in Bristol. While the location is undeniably lovely, we left feeling that it didn't quite live up to its own hype. I've always had a good time at KSBH, even as someone who doesn't love beer...Great atmosphere, loads of seating and nice aircon in the summer!

Sadly only takes card and not cash. However has a great selection of ales, especially IPAs but they did have a porter. Seating outside when it's nice. Gets busy as this part of Bristol invariably does. Thought the prices were reasonable given the location

Well, these English pubs are cool with their beer drinking culture, period ;-) the selection of beers is really large, even if someone is not a beer lover, they will definitely find a suitable drink. A typical English pub, which has its own charm and atmosphere - in summer, most of the places are outside and the whole street is teeming with life. Cool!

From the food to the staff, everything about this place is to die for. and when I do die please sprinkle my ashes at the king st brew house.

The Aperol Spritz was not an Aperol Spritz

Visited the establishment today for the Eat The Bird event, attracted by positive online reviews and the availability of halal chicken. The ambiance of the venue was delightful, earning a rating of 10/10. Service was commendable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Pricing was reasonable. However, the eating experience left something to be desired. Despite our group's exploration of most of their sides and selection of the competition-winning Korean chicken burger as our main course, the food fell short of expectations. The burger, while flavorful, erred on the side of excessive saltiness, reminiscent of ramen noodles. Didn’t taste no kimchi in there. The hot wings options were akin to bottled Encona West Indian hot sauce, possessed an overly sharp and discordant flavor profile. Similarly, the sweet-ish barbecue wings, while marginally better, suffered from an excess of salt and lack of sweet. The loaded fries, while a satisfactory, failed to deliver a remarkable taste experience. Notably, the chicken tenders stood out as the highlight of the meal, offering a satisfying u-turn. In summary, while the establishment excelled in ambiance and service efficiency, the food offerings felt somewhat generic, resembling packet noodles and common bottled sauces. Our collective dining experience lacked the anticipated hype, and none among our group displayed the all well known culinary-orgasm-face (you know what I’m talking about) Perhaps worthy of a visit to check off one's food bucket list, but not an establishment likely to warrant a repeat visit or recommendation unfortunately.

Really good beers some of them their own brews. Good atmosphere, can be very busy on a Saturday night but staff are very good. Can't see how this scores only 4.1 when far inferior places have scored more.cask prices reasonable keg is over priced everywhere unfortunately... Not the highest here, but still quite high. I contacted this business via multiple methods 2 months ago after the visit to get this resolved, they promised to contact me and instead ignored me. So I am regrettably posting full details here: We booked this for a Christmas meal. We arrived at 6pm and wondered round looking for a staff member. Once found walked us to our table which was full of people and spilt drinks. Waitied for everything to be cleared. Waited a further 30 mins for our "arrival drinks" to arrive. No further drinks orders taken. Staff checked several times that we actually wanted what we ordered suggesting we ordered too much. Returned 2 mins later and said they didn't even have one of the dishes that we pre-ordered. Food eventually came and mostly lukewarm/cold. One of our party sent a dish back twice then gave up - this was removed from our bill. Atmosphere with others in the pub was not nice, people being carried off so drunk they were unable to walk. One of our team went to the toilet and found guys snorting coke. Staff didn't have much time for us but a man (I am guessing the manager on the night) tried to help at the end but it was too late, I think he knocked 10% off our bill in the end. Night was a disaster, I don't like leaving bad reviews for companies but not sure 10% off was enough to be honest. So disappointing for the whole team, the atmosphere was horrible, yshould not be doing food at all. Fine if your want lads beers and enjoy walking in vomit.

Tried Eat the Bird who are running the kitchen here for the first time having been to their restaurant down in Exeter before. Really nice chicken with good portion sizes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s a lovely pub don’t get me wrong. I visited today with a friend of mine and they served Guinness in a generic glass. As an avid Guinness drinker I found this to be tasteless and rude. I requested a Guinness glass and they said they didn’t have any. Don’t sell Guinness if you don’t have the right glass. I would have preferred it in a tulip glass yet was told they didn’t have any of them ethier. Furthermore they didn’t even fill my glass up all the way. I was heart broken

Absolutely diabolical food. Friend ordered tacos and received basically tortilla chips with a sprinkle on meat. We’d previously to Chido Wey earlier in the day and the tacos were the same price and unbelievably good so go there if you don’t want to waste your money.

We came on a Saturday to watch the football and have some food but where extremely disappointed! The kitchen was meant to open at 12 but we was told the chef hadn’t been seen yet… after 15mins we could eventually order. I ordered a chicken burrito and tortilla chips and one of my mates got the pulled pork burrito but we had to wait 40 minutes. When the food arrived the tortilla chips where bland, I asked for salt but was told they don’t have any?? Silly me of course they don’t that’s why it’s bland. The burrito tasted nice but was room temperature at best and the side salsa’s where average but lack strong flavour. The Guac didn’t seem to be homemade as well which was a shame. However my friend who ordered the pulled pork burrito also came luke-warm and rather than having “pulled pork” had a pork skin filling! Extremely disappointed and a waste of money.

Great for watching sport, always got a bit of a vibe and great location. I’d probably say it’s the most expensive place on king st though, so if you want a cheaper drink; just keep walking down a bit! dog friendly which always is a good thing in my books

I enjoyed my time on the outside tables soaking in the sun. Freddie was the bar man who served us. He was an absolute delight and made our experience magical and memorable!! We will be returning soon!

Tables and even the menus were sticky, which is gross as hell. But the food is super pricey for very low quality and fairly miff Mexican food. Staff were decent but I really didn’t vibe them telling me to tip high after I requested a clean glass, mine had what looked like old lipstick on it. All around grim experience.

Popped in for a couple of beers during a late afternoon walk. The pub was empty apart from ourselves and we sat on stools near a wide open window, people watching on the street below. An enjoyably cool break in nice surroundings. NB: Be aware that payment is by card only.

Love sitting inside and outside throughout the year here. Outside on the benches in the sun is always so busy but the service remains good anyway! Pints are a normal price and they offer student discount.

Beer was okay, plenty of choice, only two ciders. However, the staff were quite unfriendly, there are plenty of other places to go on a sunny afternoon that could afford a smile.

Decent pub if you’re on King Street and fancy an ale - they have a good range. It’s around £5 for a pint which is typical of the area but lacks atmosphere if you’re sitting inside. Have also been here for an event in their private event room which is convenient but is downstairs with no windows, which was a shame.

We popped in on a quiet day and enjoyed sitting in the bar area overlooking the bustling high street ! It can get quite packed in here but the additional seating in the summer allows for more space ! i would defo recommend when visiting Bristol !

I've yet to sit inside the pub itself as every time I visit I get lucky with good weather for the endless outdoor seating on King Street! Overall great selection of beers and fun environment.

Excellent brew pub, their beers are really good. Large open plan venue, gets marked down for being card only and having graffiti in the toilets, sadly the Bristol socialists think the best way to slag off the government etc is to scrwall on a bog wall. Worse still is pubs that think politisized graffiti somehow enhance their pub on a cultural level. It doesn't it just makes your pub look tatty, you wouldn't accept it in the bar area, so why is this ok back of house?

Beer is decent, drinks prices not bad for King Street. Pizza was nice too, but 17 quid for the vegan option, given in a takeaway box, and when asked for chilli/olive oil the response was "If we have it, it'll be on the menu". Paid over 34 quid for 2 pizzas and now I should pay for oil? This is really taking the p***.

Great choice of beer but the pub quiz takes 4 hours. Would genuinely be a great pub quiz if THEY JUST GET ON WITH IT. We've all got work in the morning mate, get on it with it.

The bar staff self awareness is somewhat non-existent when attempting to serve customers in queues. They seem high/drunk honestly when attending the bar on weekend evenings.

If you are a sober & single man by himself then do not grace this establishment with your presence. I was put on trial by staff, behaving like self-appointed moral guardians, who took the side of a rude female customer against me and conspired to have me cancelled by refusing to serve me drinks. Three male members of staff surrounded me and took an intimidating stance because they felt the need to demonstrate just how hardnosed they could be towards a single male customer. None of these persons would have acted in such a way by themselves and is really just opportunistic & bullying behaviour by blokes trying to prove a non-existent manhood. Shoddy, shameful & coercive behaviour from staff and management who practice misandry on their premises. Aside from the bullying tactics of its members the cost of drinks is extortionate. I payed £6.20 for a pint of Estrella, the most expensive pint of beer I have purchased in over 40 years and is nothing short of daylight robbery. How anyone can afford, especially these days, to spend money on beverages at such prices is a conundrum to me. Avoid this place like monkey pox. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Every tourist guide shows this place such as a lighting point... so, we went to drink draft beers. I enjoy it more than the drinks, but the place is an active social place to be with a partner, friends, or family.

Odd bar staff, hid tonic bottle, offended when asked what tonic was in G&T. Just an odd feeling that we were not really welcome. If you want to attract beer drinkers you need to take care of partners that don’t drink beer.

Selbgebraute Lager die sehr lecker schmecken habe ich hier probiert. Die Atmosphäre ist Tisch und die Lage ist super. Viele junge Leute schauen hier gerne auch Fußball. Mir hat es gefallen.

It’s crazy how no matter how busy this pub was you never had to wait to get served. Loads of staff, all very friendly and knowledgable really nice evening drinking in there. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in Bristol.

The dirtiest ladies toilets I have seen for a long time and it's not even 8.30 pm on a Saturday night . What the hell will they be like at closing time. Not acceptable.
