Good food... When you get it. Poor service with an incredibly long wait, told 10 minutes when ordering, 40 minutes later still waiting. Half the order sat behind the counter going cold, whilst Uber eats orders take priority over take away and table orders. Really gone down hill.

Had a gorgeous experience having lunch on my own at Daily Noodles, was made to feel really welcome and the food was quick and fresh. The vegan chicken was delicious and the noodles and katsu sauce were super tasty. Will definitely be back with friends to sit outside in the sunshine. Thank you!

Some of the best vegan chicken I’ve had!!!

Discovered this place on uber eats and absolutely love it. The meat and noodles have a divider so they don’t get soggy in delivery. Have been to eat in as well and is nice has outdoor seating but quite small. The laksa is amazing and I’ve tried both the chicken and vegan version. When my friends come to Bristol I always take them here. The bao buns are amazing too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious food. Ive previously had the Braised Pork Noodles, Pad Thai, Katsu Noodles, Baos etc and everything was perfect. Cheap cans of fizzy as well which is appreciated!

AMAZING VEGAN CHICKEN!!! Actually the best vegan chicken I've ever eaten. And there's a lot of vegan options in general: you can get the vegan chicken with pretty much anything. A little overpriced and there's not much indoor seating but the quality makes up for it. You've definitely got to try the vegan chicken at least once!

OK but the food quality is inconsistent. Seem to get a completely different dish depending on who cooks it it seems. Ordered hot and sour dumplings because I really enjoyed the dressing before and this time it was watery and tasted completely different

The vegan sticky soy chicken noodles were amazing! So tasty and such a big portion too! The sticky soy sauce is delicious and has just the right amount of sweetness 😋

Daily Noodles is pretty average and expensive, if really greasy and oily. The laksa noodles were good, but the spring rolls were inedible as they were so greasy. It depends what you're looking for, but I'd give it a miss if you're looking for something fresh and authentic, unfortunately. Wish I'd read the other reviews before I spent £25 for the privilege!

Ordered two of the Beef Soup for takeout and it was so salty that it was inedible.

Ordered from Uber Eats and am really disappointed. Food took 1 hour 40 mins to arrive. Food was ‘wrapping up’ for around an hour and multiple riders gave up on it. When it arrived (buttermilk chicken with katsu and noodles) the noodles were incredibly salty and the sauce was too sweet. Not great after such a long wait. On the positive side, the kimchi was very nice but all in all, not a great experience.

Dear Owner of Daily Noodles , I ordered a buttermilk Katsu rice along with a sichaun beef noodle and dumpling soup on November 19th though an uber app . I paid 41£ and I only got 2 Katsu rice with a messy and ruined paper bag which is not even worth the money I paid for . Not only that I still haven’t receive my refund and I am still waiting for it . I also cannot call the restaurant phone so I hope you see this message . I want to get my refund back as soon as possible . You guys overcharged 20£ without giving me the exact order . Ordered through Uber Eats. They missed my shredded beef despite only ordered 3 dishes. The curry katsu noodle is a bit misleading because I expected Japanese curry. Instead the sauce we received was more like laksa so I think it needs a rename. The noodle was too salty but good portion for 1 person. I received 3 pieces of buttermilk chickens which were okay. Sadly I won't be reordering.

To put it quite simply don't order with uber eats as you will never get your food. Order was made at 6.10 pm and arrived at 7.40. I rejected the food amd got a full refund. I'm now coming to pick up a new order. Hopefully u will give me the food this time :)

Very mediocre, needs more flavours

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Given that we had 10 people, they made arrangements for us to comfortably sit and made sure the tables were cleaned quickly. In terms of food, the preparation time was very good but I felt like the dishes could have been a bit better. Nevertheless food was good and the portion sizes were adequate. We got 7 dishes for 10 people and that was enough. The ambiance is that of a general cafe and is has a nice vibe

I had the vegan chicken katsu curry last night and it was gorgeous, I am still thinking about it this morning and want to go back for more, it was so nice. Staff are lovely too and service is really quick. We sat on a table outside and had it served to us on plates, yum. Will definitely go again.

Great vibe, lovely staff, and quick service. I ordered katsu noodles take out. It was quite busy but the wait was under 10 minutes, highly impressive. I found the katsu sauce sweeter than i like it but the food was fresh and portion size was great.

Everything is very rich. We liked all the varieties of noodles we tried. There is the option of ordering to take away, as the place is very small, it only has one table inside and a couple outside. They don't have bathrooms.

I ordered the schezwan beef noodles and I could hardly taste anything schezwan about it… no Chinese flavours at all ! The only thing resembling anything like a beef noodle soup was the spring onions Hahah It tasted disgusting anyway and portions were tiny … it was suppposed to be spicy but it was very bland . The cabbage spring rolls were nice but put me off as they were absolutely saturated and dripping in fat! I paid a lot for this meal online and it was a total rip off .. I’m a proper foodie so this has disappointed me massively .

Ordered online and was so disappointed. The katsu had barely any chicken and the chicken it did have was dry and soggy. The bao I ordered had no specification that it was covered in seaweed which I can’t eat so a complete waste of money and was soaked in the sauce so fell apart. Absolute waste of money and no way of contacting the restaurant directly. I am genuinely a foodie and implore you not to waste your money here.

AVOID! BAD FOOD AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH! I went there with my friend and places our order - the waiter assumed it woudl all go to one person's card and got visibly agitated when we asked to split the bill. The Laksa I ordered was not real Laksa and tasted like gone off Thai green curry! Went to the waiter to get try and get it replaced with something else as I couldn't eat the Laksa and they tried to charge me for both dishes saying that there is "nothing wrong with with what I ordered" and was very rude and patronising acting as if the half a spoonfull of Laksa I had constituted a free meal! I wish I had read some of the other reviews on here to see how they treat their customers it really is disgusting.

Do not go here! Where to start…. My partner and I went here for dinner, we ordered 5 dishes; Vegan Katsu Curry and Rice; Vegan Sticky Soy Chicken Bao Bun’s; Chicken Katsu and Rice; Hot and Sour Pork Dumplings; Katsu Fries. Initially, the dishes came quite quickly, however my partner was concerned with the Vegan Bao Buns when they arrived. It was different to Vegan Chicken she’d received in the past; so we quickly asked the waiter “is this the vegan bao bun”, he was quick to reply without actually looking at the food, stating that it was in fact the vegan option. I wasn’t convinced at this, so when the waiter came back with my Pork Dumplings (which were cold and semi raw), I asked again, if the Bao Bun’s were Vegan? Again, the waiter was quick to reply with a simple “yes”, without properly checking the product and quickly rushing back behind the counter. My partner was satisfied as she’d been reassured now two times, so she began to eat her Bao Bun’s. These turned out to be Chicken… I sent the dish back immediately, stating this was not vegan. The waiter abruptly took the dish back with a simple “sorry”, showing no empathy at all or remorse. A few minutes later my partner’s dish of Vegan Katsu Curry with Rice arrived - this again wasn’t vegan. This time the waiter’s response was “it looks like you have two normal Katsu curry dishes”. Again, no apology, no empathy. It took 20 minutes for my partner’s replacement bao bun’s to arrive, and this was only after I inquired into where they were. I am absolutely disgusted at not only the lack of due diligence taken into the preparation of food, the customer service and the management of this establishment. When I first arrived, I mentioned to the manager that I myself have a severe nut allergy, I was assured that this would be okay, and all the necessary precautions would be taken to avoid cross-contamination. At the end of my meal, after making a formal complaint into the fact that my partner ate chicken, after implicitly asking if her dish was vegan, he told me ‘none of menu contains nuts actually’. What kind of general manager doesn’t know allergens present in his restaurant? I do not recommend anyone, especially those with dietary requirements to visit here, due to their negligence, lack of care and overall lack of customer service.

35 minute wait for 2 dishes while everyone els who orderd after us were sat eating, food was warm at best and dried out. Very unfortunate and disappointing as iv had lots of good recomendations Unfortunatley will not be returning.

Would fully recommend this place! Walked in and ordered the sticky chicken noodles and chicken katsu curry, came out so quickly. Fresh and piping hot. So much attention to detail in the medley of veg and seasoning. Great portion size and value for money. Packed full of flavour. 10/10

Not the same! Been enjoying their food since the Wokyko days, their sichuan spicy beef soup was amazing, it was hot and full of flavour. But the last 2 times (about 2months ish) there’s no spice, watery, no flavour at all. Basically just beef broth and noodles.

Would have given the service and atmosphere no stars if possible. I have never in my life experienced the sort of service that we received today. Experienced eye rolling and actually being stared at in a threatening way by one particular blonde girl. The customer in front of us had his card snatched off of him by the girl to do contactless payment as he did not put the card in the right place. When it came to us ordering there was constant tutting and eye rolling and we were made to feel like we had done something wrong. Would have walked out but my sister had to sit down with her child and feed her baby. Maybe if someone hates working there and with the public so much, they should find something else because they let the whole place down for us and I’m sure others would feel the same as I observed the same customer service to others. Shame because the food was nice… won’t be going back.

They were very busy with online orders to be fair. Front of house were doing their best. I was told it was a 20-minute wait for takeaway, fair enough. But I'm here, not online, and waited 35 minutes. Just manage customer expectations, that's all i ask. I don't mind waiting 30 mins if I know that's how long it's going to be. Sadly after all that the food was mediocre, which was a real shame. So I'll put it down to a bad night. I'll try again, because I think they have the potential to be better.

As someone who is enthusiastic about noodles I found the soy chicken noodle to be absolutely horrible tasting. It was more sweet than savoury with no allergen information. But the main reason I’m giving this establishment 1 star is because of the unwelcoming service we received. The server at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive to all customers, including my friends and I. The constant eye rolling and unnecessary attitude was definitely not expected when we entered a restaurant with a rather high rating on google reviews. If this restaurant wants any customers in the future, please train your staff on basic customer service, or hire people who do not hate anyone they set eyes on. I do not recommend this restaurant and would advise anyone thinking of eating here to dine at the other wonderful establishments on Wapping wharf.

Food was alright, atmosphere of the area is lovely but service was terrible. The blonde girl serving us was rude and abrupt. Asked my friend to put the drink down when she intended to pay for it for her meal (which she forgot to add to the meal but charged us). She asked us what was our question when we were deciding between us, to eat inside or outside (due to potential rain) and said ‘well we have no more tables’ with unnecessary attitude. Pointed to the tap water bottle with no response, eye contact or comment when I asked for water for the table. She came over with our plates and said ‘quick guys the plates are really hot’ when we took a minute to remember who’s order belonged to who. We visited on Saturday around 2:30 p.m and don’t intend to visit again with that kind of rude and inconsiderate attitude.

Just tried to get a table for one. I was told they had just closed the area with the remaining table and my only option was to eat my food outside in the rain. Don’t appreciate the staff blatantly lying to me because they want to hold out for a bigger party. Just rude.

You know when you order food to be delivered, you’re never expecting it to be quite as good as when you eat in? Well, it was delicious, and I honestly don’t know how it can be better in person, but I look forward to trying. A new firm fave!

Pretty bang average noodle spot. Went here for lunch and had the katsu noodles. The service wasn’t the best tbh, didn’t feel very friendly or welcoming. The food was pretty average price for the location. The food itself was fine. Nothing that stood out or wowed me. Edit: just heard the owners scammed their old staff and suppliers out of pay and rebranded to avoid their responsibilities. Definitely don’t go to this bang average spot and support some money grabber.

Packed with flavours and the portions are surprisingly big for the price! One of the best places to eat out in Bristol if not wanting to spend too much too. I recommend the Laksa with shredded pork, which has become a staple. :D

So still on here under the old name. Firstly, as someone who works in an ale house, you don't serve the last pint in the barrel, especially when it's not clearing and when it's 12:15 and obviously been sat there over night with the sediment. Also please when I say that your white wine is warm, telling me its kept in the cellar to chill does you no favours, especially when I have asked for ice as it's warm. The Junction will go the same way as wild beer.

Malaysian Laksa is definitely not a laksa, it tasted more like a Mee Kari. While it didn’t taste bad, I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my laksa craving fixed. Can local restaurants stop appropriating other cultures dishes and introduce a new ‘take’ on it but still calling it the same thing, when it clearly is not. Imagine a scenario where a restaurant serves Curry Puffs and labels them as Cornish Pasties. Or one that serves Korean Gimbap but calls it Sushi – that’s exactly what’s happening here. This kind of misrepresentation not only confuses diners but also fails to honor the unique cultural origins of each dish.

Just collected katsu chicken curry. Fantastic. Not a long wait, well packed, and kept hot until we arrived home. Cant recommended enough! Thoroughly enjoyed and can't wait until our next visit.

Honestly, one of the best Chicken Katsu curries I’ve had in a long time. Speedy service and a cute little place to stop and eat.

There are times when lunch needs to be more than just the standard sandwich supermarket dreary meal deal. On those days you can't go wrong with Daily Noodles! Good selection of food, including vege options and they do takeaway as well as having a few tables for sitting in or just outside. Cargo has a lot of different options all in the same rough price range. I hadn't ventured to Daily Noodles before but I will be back! The vegan chicken noodles were top notch! Full of flavour, good portion size and genuinely impressed at how they tasted! Overall I'd say one of the better lunch options (and would be good for dinner too if you're after something tasty, quick and casual). And there is strong competition in cargo so that's no mean feat! Also, and I may just be kidding myself, it's tasty and feels more of a semi healthy option than some of the other offerings! Would highly recommend

NOT suitable for vegans/vegetarians or allergies! I have ordered here before and have really enjoyed the noodles which are amazing quality - unfortunately my last vegan order contained real chicken. Needless to say I was incredibly upset and physically ill. A mistake like this should not be made with such a small menu. A refund was received immediately as the restaurant acknowledged they had made a mistake but it’s a little too late. My first negative review on google - I don’t want to trash the restaurant but I hope this warns other vegans/veggies off ordering and going through the same experience. Really really upsetting..

Had the katsu buttermilk chicken cooked fresh and was so tasty

I’d been to this place several times and found the food to be good rather than spectacular, but nice enough. However the other day I came in shortly before closing and ordered one meal which was delivered to the table I was sitting at as ‘takeaway’ when I hadn’t asked for this. I asked if it was okay to eat it from the box at the table I was sitting on (as the other diners were still halfway through their meals) and was told I couldn’t, in a rather rude and patronising way, as they were closing - even though they’d still be open for longer than it would’ve taken me to eat it. I was quite astonished; it was a cold night and it felt like a business that didn’t really care about its customers or communicate to them properly. I don’t think businesses that behave like this should be rewarded and I won’t be giving them my money again.

I'm really disappointed. We went in didnt feel welcome more of an inconvenience we were there. sat down to order but a bit of a language barrier. Ordered served food, which i was expecting to be good like the owners before. Food didn't taste nice (personal opinion). Chicken was very fatty and also had tofo like bits in mine not nice. Were always looking for good ramen places to try. Unfortunately, this is not the one and won't be returning.

Hate to share negative reviews but VEGANS/VEGGIES BEWARE. We've ordered a 'vegan chicken laksa' and it's arrived with real chicken in it. After a few bites we compared it to another piece of real chicken from another dish and it's the same. My sister is a vegan and is completely devastated. We trust restaurants like yourselves to deliver and it makes me worry what other things you slip up on.

Vegans beware. So I ordered my usual. What came was not my usual. I ordered the vegan chicken katsu curry and vegan chilli poppers. What i got was a differnt "fake meat" from what I usually receive. I reflected on the menu's pictures, from where I found only one thing that looked similar to what arrived on this sad, faithful day. It looked like a chunk of pork belly that was on another dish they serve. Given to me instead of what I actually ordered. hopefully what happened is their fake meat dropped in quality, and not that I was knowingly given pork when I'm vegetarian. If what I ate was your new meat alternative, then update your menu's photo's so you don't falsely advertise. By the way, it tasted nasty! Disgusting! Not happy!

Vegan katsu curry and soy bao buns were so good

Ate here recently and have to be honest and say I think it gave me mild food poisoning. Had terrible stomach and headache for two days and I then had to take a day off work as i felt so bad.

Got a call an hour after ordering to check whether I had received my food, which I hadn’t, and they said the Uber driver had taken it but hadn’t logged it and that they’d get the food to me; only when I came off the phone I received an email saying my order was cancelled. Tried to contact them to figure out which one it was: no phone, dead email option on Instagram, messages only by invite on instagram so only got to say “sorry I’m confused about my order”, tried to get through to them with a comment saying just the above on their last post and it got IMMEDIATELY deleted… shocking; good katsu but I can make myself just as good in the time since I ordered for a fraction of the stress and frustration free

Pork bao were spot on. The fried chicken katsu curry was delicious but didn't taste authentic, more like a Thai korma. The food came within 1 minute of sitting at our table.

Average place tbh. We ordered Malaysian vegan fried chicken (soya) katsu noodles which was average but not disappointed though the rice noodles quantity was less. What was really disappointing is their handmade spring rolls - 2 spring rolls cut into 4 for a price of £7.50 is way too much

Some of the best noodles I’ve had in Bristol - authentic taste with a great range of small plates!

Me and my partner were visiting Bristol today and decided to go to this restaurant. We ordered the vegan teriyaki chicken bao buns (£8.50), vegan teriyaki chicken noodles (£9.95) and vegan katsu curry and rice (£9.95). My partner grabbed a Cranston ginger drink last minute which I can’t find the price online, however, on their Uber eats page it is £2.95. We were charged £34.90 which at the time I did not question, however I did think it was quite a bit more than I expected to pay. When we got home I decided to check their menu as the price just didn’t add up, after checking and using the Uber price for the can of drink it added up to £31.35. Unfortunately there’s no way to contact the restaurant about the discrepancy, but very disappointing especially during a living cost crisis

For me the food here tasted processed and lacked authentic flavours. Curry sauce was sickly sweet and tasted like it was made for a child’s palette. No spices, no chilli? If you are into quality Asian inspired food this isn’t the place for you!

Good value for money and good portion sizes. Requested one of the dishes to be remade due to there being a generous amount of dried chilli flakes on top - I’d not eaten Pad Thai before with so many chilli flakes on top so it was a little surprising. The staff did remake the dish without any and it was really nice and enjoyable. Having friend chicken on pad Thai made a nice change to the normal. Katsu Curry with noodles was great - nice to have the noodle option instead of rice and the shredded white cabbage on top was a nice for a bit of added texture in the curry sauce. Would happily eat here again.

Best pad Thai in bristol!!!! And also kindest people. A giant seagull stole our chicken and my daughter was crying and upset and they brought us a whole new dish 🥺. Utterly kind and generous and truly the best Thai food in bristol and for the best price 🥰
