Had a fantastic time at this lovely riverside spot in Newport! The food was delicious, the cocktails were perfectly crafted, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not keen on the poached eggs undercooked.cappochno asked for no chocolate sprinkles and was given then ruined it

The coffee is good. Unfortunately the staff always looks grumpy, not friendly. Sometimes they chat between themselves which makes the service a bit slow.

The cupcakes were quite nice, but my partner and i found three hairs on one cupcake alone.

I used to go here on occasion while stationed at Brawdy. It was a great place to go after a session of surfing. I was saddened to hear that it recently suffered a fire.

Me and my wife came in today. Two full English breakfasts,two teas and two latte's to finish. The breakfasts were the best ones we've had in ages (quality). The two teas and latte's were also spot on. Afterwards we went into the deli and got some of the meat products on sale,they look really lovely. We're looking forward to cooking them and tucking in. Highly recommended.

Went to Neros for coffee on Good Friday at 10.15am. Young girls working behind the counter need to pay more attention to customer care and engage with customers immediately when customers approach the counter instead of carrying on with their own private conversations and only paying the customer attention when they have finished talking and at their own convenience.

food was very tasty and the staff were lovely !! Great place to come for brunch :)

Gran ambiente y sonidos de fondo. El personal es fabuloso y amable. Volveremos una y otra vez. Lo único que me quejaré es de detener la venta de alimentos.

Attended a fringe show last night at the COB. After the show the bar person said last orders were 11 pm, so we ordered a bottle of wine between us at 10.55. Literally at 11.03 she very rudely/ aggressively told us we had to leave as the licence did not allow us to stay. Once we finished our drinks and went out side, she then came outside and again rudely told us to that there were people living in the area, so don't be taking outside the pub? Rude, aggressive staff! Also, didn't expect to be kicked out 3 minutes after last orders!

A wee afternoon out with friends. We had a wee afternoon tea which for the cost was absolutely fine. Great atmosphere, drinks reasonably priced and service great.

Came in today after the new refurbishment was completed Food was very nice and lastly brought out Served by Toni who went above and beyond to make it a good experience and inform us of all promotions and entertainment coming up in the next few weeks

There’s a lovely barista who often serves me (sorry I don’t know their name but they have curly dark hair and wear eyeliner and sometimes a hair bandana) who is always so friendly! Makes a pleasant start to my day on the way to work or a welcome pick-me-up on my way back :)
