Caffe Nero in Poole

Shout out to a trainee barista who served me this afternoon! (I am sorry I should have asked his name) I visited the Nero around 3pm this afternoon and asking for an Iced Mocha (not Frappe) which was not on the menu. However he was willing to make me one and served with a big smile. Thank you :)

Good mocha with cream, shame it gone up in price but we all understand why

Nice coffee, nice cake. Toilets absolutely filthy and disgusting, looks like they have never seen bleach.

Nice place for a coffee and to sit and watch the world go by. I must say the cheesecake looked lovely.

We usually visit the Cafe Nero Poole branch on weekends with my spouse. Apart from one minor incident, we've always had good experiences with the staff there. Today, we visited again and Veronica prepared our drinks. I wanted to take a moment to thank her because she provided us with an excellent experience. She patiently and kindly prepared our order and even offered some great suggestions about the app. In this busy and serious world, employees who take a moment to make you feel good are truly invaluable and deserve all the appreciation. Thank you, Veronica!

When in Bournemouth I use always helpful and friendly staff

The staff are always so friendly and efficient at this Nero. Obvs sometimes it's busy and sometimes the tables aren't that clean but they do they're best Pictured iced oat latte and vegan choc cheesecake 😋

I wanted to drink iced coffee here today. When the person who made my coffee before made it as I described, I drank it with great pleasure. However, today the woman working here, I don't know her name but she is blonde, insisted on not understanding me. I asked her to add a little more milk and she said she couldn't add extra milk because I wanted less ice. Do standards vary from person to person, why can't one make it while the other can? And unfortunately I didn't enjoy this coffee at all.Do you think customer satisfaction is important?

I always go to cafe Nero i was shocked with the attitude of two girls who were serving this morning around 9:30 they just kept ignoring me and talking to each other when I asked for a coffee they started laughing and looking each other and I just left the shop without getting my coffee and went to another cafe

I watch this beautiful person make a beautiful coffee. And it was made with love because it tasted beautiful two 2 honeycomb lattes at mid day we enjoyed while sitting with our 2 year daughter perfect. Thank you

Just a coffee stop. Nice to have good alternative to milk (Alpro Barista Soya). Cheerful staff. Sadly, no choice in bakery for vegan/ gluten free except for biscuits (so they're moving in the right direction).

Great staff and always great service. Drinks are made promptly, water and toilets are available free of charge (which should be expected!). Love this location😊

Handy little rendezvous place in Poole high Street

Nice place calm atmosphere and lovely staff! We came once on Saturday and came back on Sunday!!! Totally recommended!

The staff here are really helpful and kind. As a disabled customer, it's nice to have staff who will help you without making you feel like an inconvenience. The oat vanilla milkshakes are also worth a visit.

Really like the new premises Nero's is now using Always manage to find a seat for myself and hubby he loves the lemon muffin cake 🎂

Not the usual friendly staff, new staff member that served me needs to be taught not to argue with customers about how they want their drinks, never have that normally

We went at 4.15. The waitress was cleaning the machines but didn't acknowledge us until she was finished. It does take a long time to make the drinks. There were only 5 or 6 people in there. The toilet was very messy, paper all over the floor etc.

I like going here for my coffee ( none of this , do you want this or that) I go in ask for americano black that's just what I get. Always a warm and friendly greeting. And the coffee is gorgeous. The bonus , fill in your voucher, 10 stamps and get a coffee free. Win win

Took 15 minutes to get served and I was only person in the queue, then what we ordered was wrong twice. People were just walking out from the farce today.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received in a coffee shop. 20 minutes to get served a latte. Miserable staff, and not even an apology for the time it took.

Food ok, some cakes selection (although pricey). Drinks were not special, quite average. Luxury mocha was disgusting: home coffee machine does better job.

Good cup of coffee, don't bother with the Tiramisu though, it's awful 🤮

A nice quiet and comfortable coffee shop with speedy and friendly staff.

Stopping for a hot chocolate in this landmark building on Poole High Street is a pleasure thanks to friendly staff who always make time for their customers and keep the lounge tidy and clean. Their hospitality makes it one of the finest Nero's and a favourite place to spend an hour.

First visit was nice but second was not. Service is very slow, no one even cleaning the tables as you can see in the photos..

Loved the coffee and the people there! As my own son works in a similar job i totally understand the pressure the barista may feel as it was extremely busy. But they still stayed very friendly and have been extremely helpful with any requests of mine! So hard to find a nice team that enjoys the job and offer such a great costumer experience despite hard requests and challenging costumers. Will be back soon!

It has a nice atmosphere inside and in general we spent a nice time with the family, coffee could have a but more of coffee flavour as it was a bit mild. But recommended in general.

Had a very good Flat white coffee for £3 to take away. Very expensive, and would only use again as s luxury. Friendly staff and bathrooms for eat in and try and takeaway customers. Very nicely decorated inside.

Always had a lovely experience in Caffè Nero as my partner used to work here until he left recently and a member of staff has been nothing but rude for no reason. Spoke privately to the manager to make a complaint and they seem to know that I was the one to make a complaint because when I went in there today for a drink with my family this member of staff put her middle finger up at me infront of customers and acted like it was completely fine to do. You expect that at school not in a professional environment where people like to go with friends and family.

Great coffee as always from Caffe Nero, but the staff weren’t hugely friendly/helpful. The lady who served me started to make my drink and then started doing something else midway through. The tables were left with trays and empty mugs and they were slow to be cleared and weren’t cleaned.

Great coffee again just a shame some people decide that they have to get the wet wipes out to clean there coffee cups before having a drink from the cup's if it's that bad stay at home
