Possibly the worst place to get a meal, small portions, small menu and the staff can't be bothered. Starter and main meal served to table at the same time???? What training have they had.

We had 2 fish and chips. Batter was so thick and hard . Fish in side was dry. Seemed like it was cooked this morning and reheated

Marcus was our server and he was excellent. He was so attentive and constantly asking for our orders. He was a 10/10 and made our anniversary worth it. Give him a pat on the back!! Couldn’t ask for any better. Harry made our food and it was delicious!! I highly recommend.

Was a nice, fun experience our waitress gee keep us lively and on top of it everything all night, quick service and amazing food thanks to (Tom + Alfie), a big shout out to Lu who served us the weekend prior and she was also lovely !!

Came in for a birthday bottomless brunch on the bank holiday weekend. Considering Poole is the place to go on a 4 day holiday and the staff tend to get under pressure and crumble. Gracie didn’t. 11/10 service. Please give her a pay rise and employee of the month because she definitely deserves it

Great food and Paige was great but when she wasn’t around no service, so left with no drinks for 15minutes on a bottomless brunch. Assuming she was on a break.

Great service all night, Rosie and Charlotte were great serving at the bar and Adam cooked us some great sharers!

Went for a bottomless brunch and we had the amazing Gee and Lu serving us. They are honestly amazing and done so well. Very accommodating and on point. Me and the Mrs had food too full compliments to the chefs (Alfa and Bailey).

Really lovely dining experience, with our waitress/hostess Gracie. She was honestly one of the nicest ladies I’ve met, so kind, so friendly, so attentive. Couldn’t have asked for more. The chefs who I believe were called Tom and Harry really made beautiful food. I would definitely return and really pleased with the overall service. Thank you all, especially Gracie. The lunch meal deal is great. And the team in Poole are lovely.

We have ordered three drinks (1 Fanta and 2 Zombie zero),the drinks haven’t arrived until we finished our meals, and the staff finally told us the fanta is not available and the zombie zero can’t serve also. Therefore we decided to get refund, and i check my bank account today, they only refunded the fanta to us! I now request the restaurant needs to refund the zombie zero to us too!
