I came here for bottomless brunch with some friends and our waitress Claire was brilliant. She came over regularly to take our next order and we had an amazing time!

All great. Jordan and Amelia were fantastic. Thanks guys. Food was great and some great offers. This is the place to come for lunch. Two meals for £18.00

Had a bottomless brunch on 4/9/24 - it was the first time we’d done this and it was a brilliant experience! Lewis and Carla were so kind and helpful and kept the drinks coming - there was a good choice of drinks and we enjoyed many cocktails between us (my favourite was Tequila Sunrise) and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place and it was really good value. Thank you for making a celebration special!

Whenever I go to slug n lettuce, it's always good value for money and the customer service is really good. Myself, my little boy and my nan had lunch at the poole restaurant ( on the 30th august), we were served by a waitress called Gracie, she was a lovely waitress, helpful with the menu and was very polite and friendly and gave brilliant customer service

Massive group of 16, everything was correct and service was quick.

Superb bottomless brunch to celebrate our best friend’s 40th! Food and drinks were delicious - cocktail choices as well as Prosecco were amazing. Our server Ryann couldn’t have been more obliging and kept the drinks flowing! 5/5 service!

5⭐️ experience while visiting the slug and lettuce during our stay in Poole. It was great that they allow dogs inside, meant we could bring our lab Pringle in to enjoy a drink and meal with us. He was thoroughly fussed over and spoilt with tickles from Kiera who looked after us. My 2 boys are autistic and particular with food, they loved the garlic bread and the staff were fantastic ar accomodating their specific cooking requests, thank you for this. Thank you Kiera and the rest of the team for making us feel welcomed and well looked after. We will definitely come back again

We visited here on a Tuesday evening for my birthday and had great service and great food. We was served by Gracie and Jordan who were both knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and offered great service. Can definitely recommend.

Brilliant ordering system. You scan the QR code on the table and order and pay online. Definitely useful when the store is full. We only had a small snack with our Aperols. Absolutely fine for the price. Drinks and food came quickly. Nice unobtrusive service. Thank you Gracie and Jordan. It's nice to watch people on the streets.

Absolute disgusting service if I could give a 0 star review I would. Birthday absolutely ruined by constantly being hassled by one member of staff. Booked table for 6pm took balloons in approx about half 4 when we turned up they hadn't put the balloons out despite it not being busy. As soon as kids turned up for my booking this one member of staff came charging over telling us that they had to be out by 8 which we were already aware of but she hasn't even given them time to settled in before coming straight over. We then had some special glasses made for our Bridesmaids and we has made them aware they we being given out at no point did they tell us this wasn't aware, however when we gave out our special glasses having a very special memorable moment over this one member of staff came over again and told us due to "licencing" issue this wasn't allowed and they had to come off the table, needless to say this absolutely ruined our special moment. Our night was the night the football was on, now our party did not watch it until we found out they had gone to penalties (said member of our party has a tv licence) however member of staff had already told us that the kitchen was watching it. We were watching it quite quietly not being loud unlike another party that were also watching it at the same time. However again this same member of staff came over to tell us that we weren't allowed to watch it despite her speaking with another member of staff about it and the other member of staff saying that it shouldn't have been a problem (they were arguing about it within earshot) so we went outside to watch it where even the security guard couldn't see the problem. This one member of staff had it in for my party since the start unsure why. A member of the party did go and speak to this said member of staff who was apparently a "team leader" and expressed that we were unhappy but all she did was shrug it off no apology nothing. I have put in a complaint but I'm guessing it was just redirected to the poole branch because all I had was denial that they had done anything wrong. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PARTY RUINED.

Amazing staff especially Ayssa, great service great atmosphere. Definitely recommend 10/10 will be back again soon!

Had a bottomless brunch for the first time ever and I could not have had a better time. The staff KIERA AND LYSAA were so lovely and ensured we were never without a drink! The food, made by Chris, was also amazing. I had the buttermilk coated chicken burger and it was probably the best burger I’d ever had. 100% recommend coming here

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was good and delivered pretty quickly. Lovely lady made sure we were happy and looked after us well.

We waited 45 mins for food, including 5 years old who has simple nuggets. I know it's not the staff fault but the wait for too long, it wasn't busy at all. Unfortunately the food was simply awful. No flavours, beans from cans not even cooked. My daughter had her fish cooked with vegetarian meal together when she found that it was in the same bread coat cooked together. That is not acceptable as if she was vegetarian! What a shame. Will never eat at the restaurant again.

Ria could not have been more attentive or helpful. Delighted to see a fish finger bun on the menu, I mean if you can't enjoy a fish finger sarnie then you have lost connection with your childhood 😋

Went for a birthday meal with boyfriend and parents last night for my 18th with Cara Bayley. It took an hour to receive our meals which were ordered on the app so unaware of the wait times on food. When they arrived the veggie burger was rock solid and you couldn’t bite into it and the fish didn’t even make it to the table before it was taken away as the waitress took it straight back due to the quality. We then had the two meals replaced with two new fish and chips. The batter was thin and didn’t coat the fish (it was half battered and half un-battered). One fish was lukewarm at best with cold chips across all four meals and the other was partially cooked and completely raw in the centre not meeting food safety standards. The fish should be cooked to 75 degrees minimum and clearly was not at this temperature. As having two trained chefs in the party we understand food safety standards and the risks and hazards of undercooked meats and fish. Just wanting to leave a review to make sure people are aware of food safety standards and don’t have the experience we have had. After these second meals were brought to us we then instantly asked for a refund and the manager came to the table refunding the two meals as the other two meals were okay. We were never offered any complimentary drinks or vouchers as stated on their reply to Cara Bayley. For such a big birthday out night really was ruined 😡

Came in for a bottomless brunch and the service and atmosphere was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and taken to our table. My friends and I had never done a bottomless before so were excited. Claire had been amazing and kept us topped up. During our stay we wanted to make sure we tried all the drinks the bottomless menu had to offer. We tried the cocktails the different spirits and the staff were knowledgeable when asking questions about different alcohols. We then ordered our food. I ordered a s&l breakfast while my friends had ordered the chicken burger and the avocado toast. We enjoyed our meals and they were pleasant while sipping on cocktails. Everything about our experience we enjoyed to the attentive staff, the nice atmosphere and of course the food and cocktails. I will definitely be returning!

Slug and lettuce Poole exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere is cosy, the food diverse and simply lovely! The staff attentive and knowledgeable adding to the overall enjoyment!
