Coffee tasted like water. Was really disappointing

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat whilst walking the coastal path from Shell Bay. Was good to find this cosy and warm pub on what was a miserable day weather wise. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the soup and toasties were really tasty. Toilets were clean.

The chips and battered food tasted weird…I think it was the oil/fat. The pakoras were dry and flavourless. Plus they sent a guy away with a tray of kebab meat and chips with 3 scoops of hot sauce in a polystyrene tray without wrapping it in paper to secure it or keep it warm. Granted it was in a carrier bag, but not enough care I think. I ordered a curry sauce which was in a tub but by the time I got home (which was a short journey with little walking) the curry sauce was all over the bag. I called to grumble about the sauce spilling (we spent over £50) and the guy didn’t seem interested. I won’t return there.

Missing item but food and delivery was perfect

We ere advised by a member that this golf club is open to visitors. we had a great lunch of home made soup and sandwich, both were tasty and the cost wasn't breaking the bank. would cerainly recommend this club

Terrible I went in with my friends went and asked the dj for a karaoke song he said no problem then waited for about 20 minutes asked if I was just called was told not I said no problem then 10 minutes later a bouncer told me I was to leave I said why he said I was harassing the dj which I wasn’t! I left and went back and asked for a manager she basically said I don’t want to upset the dj which ruined my night terrible service! I would really like an answer to what went on but she said you will be ok tomorrow but my night was already ruined!

Lovely Pub and Restaurant. Very friendly Staff and perfect Food. We will come again for sure.

This has became our favourite chill spot in Edinburgh. Somehow we ended up here each day, finishing the day with a drink.

Went for the proper Sunday Roast. The inside is charming, and the staff was warm and welcoming. We’re on holiday and had the best time! One of our favorite meals!

Went in here for a family lunch while visiting the area, staff were fantastic from the very start the food was delicious atmosphere was also relaxing.

The absolute worst quarter pounder I’ve ever had, done dry and meat tuff!

The location is great Room cleanliness is great Unfortunately, the pillow caused constant severe pain The bed is not comfortable The strange thing is that the Umbrella rents for 2 pounds!!!! Very helpful staff and it is clear that they care about the guest It is safe after 9 pm. You must use a card to enter the elevator The price is high

Vinimos hoy para almorzar mientras estábamos de vacaciones. El personal era encantador y nos atendió rápidamente. Ambos tuvimos el bistec y pastel de cerveza que estaba delicioso. Hubiera sido bueno si tuvieran salsa de menta pero nos encantó la comida. Precio razonable por la calidad de los alimentos. Si viviéramos más cerca estaríamos de vuelta.
