The absolute worst quarter pounder I’ve ever had, done dry and meat tuff!

Nearly half of it went in the bin. This is the second bad meal we received from them so won't be ordering from them again.

Quick delivery. Food is tasty. It would be beneficial to have a short description of ingredients on website. I got a wrap with meet only inside, no veggies or salad. If would have know that meet is the only ingredient, I would have ordered sth else.

pizza was inedible due to the amount of grease the pizza base was completely soaked through and soggy as a result and could taste nothing but oil. whole thing was binned

The wraps didn’t have any of the usual salad - two of ours were ordered with garlic sauce which was not there. The fish was bland. Not to mention, terrible customer service: no one even said hello when we entered, the two ladies at the counter were chatting to themselves before chatting on the phone - finally someone deigned to ask if we needed anything

Peces muy pequeños, entrega muy cara! Muy bien frito, sin embargo, pero no vale la pena el dinero si estás lo suficientemente cerca para caminar o tener otra opción chippy cerca.

Finished work very late, hardly anywhere open. Javits was open 🎉🎉 food came in a reasonable time, Food was STUNNING! Freshly cooked, tasted amazing. 10/10. Well done Javits!

pizza & chips were undercooked and we weren't able to eat them. this is the first time we've ever had this issue so was quite surprised as we always enjoy our javits orders. I can appreciate on busy days these things can happen but it was disappointing. Will continue to order from javits

Fui por un rollito de patatas fritas de hamburguesa a la hora del almuerzo que suele costar £ 3 Le pedí al caballero que lo hiciera por separado ya que a mi novia no le gusta la carne, el caballero pensó que me refería al rollito por separado. Antes de que me diera cuenta esta señora polaca se hizo cargo y me habló agresivamente y le dije ¿puedo tenerlo separado por favor, entonces trató de cobrarme £ 5. 50 y le dije que era la hora del almuerzo, ella chasqueó y dijo que nunca pidió eso y luego decidió poner a ambos en el mismo contenedor de nuevo, le dije que si necesito pagar más, entonces no hay problema, pero después del abuso y las miradas sucias que recibí simplemente me fui. Horrible experiencia y no volveré.

Normally with the past few orders Javits have been very good, however, on this occasion the meal was terrible, it did not arrive directly from the shop and was almost cold. Javits needs to do better.

So overpriced they forget they're in Granton. £19 for a mixed wrap and £16 pizzas...'Regular' chips come in a foil container like rice from the Chinese and is therefore a tiny portion. Average food, will never use again

The delivery driver had a proper bad attitude when I told him I didn’t order juice which he proceeded to give me

"The donar wrap I bought was disappointing. The food had gone bad, and the wrap without any salad, just meat, isn’t worth purchasing. The meat doesn’t taste the same on its own. It's the same with the chicken wrap. Portions used to be decent, but now they are so small, it’s like they’re meant for kids. It’s no longer worth buying."

Extremely disappointed in this delivery. I use this restaurant all the time but unfortunately on this occasion is was awful. I left a note to ask for minimal sauce and when it arrived it was overflowing all over the place so when I opened it up the sauce went everywhere and stained my brand new pyjamas. Extremely unhappy with just eat also as I requested a full refund and have heard nothing in return. I will be happy to order again as this usually is not the case. really disheartening

Solía encantar este chippy y siempre lo usaba un sábado para el té , desafortunadamente la calidad parece estar bajando en los últimos meses una semana el fish and chips es realmente increíble y la semana siguiente es horrible . Acabo de tener otra cena de pescado horrible tan seriamente pensando ahora en usar otro chippy que es una pena. La batería en el pescado estaba empapada y el pescado en sí era bastante insípido, las patatas fritas eran como comer MDF y todo el asunto estaba caliente de cebada, lo que me lleva a mi siguiente punto de los conductores de entrega que nunca ven tener bolsas aisladas, así que nunca obtener una entrega caliente que es bastante malo en este día y edad. Lo siento chicos realmente solía disfrutar de la comida, pero voy a tener que ir a otro lugar creo.

Ordered the margarita pizza x2 as daughter always gets this and loves it however tonight on 1st time having 1 for myself I said this is extremely salty. Asked daughter if like this normally and she no, it’s horrible and way too salty, but both ate them as we were both hungry but had to have 3 tins of coke.

The penne picante pasta had far too many chillies - the whole dish was full of them and whilst I like spicy food, this pasta dish was completely inedible.

Solía ir a esta tienda de patatas fritas con regularidad, pero en los últimos tiempos tristemente ha bajado colina a lo grande y al obtener una entrega cuesta £ 4. 00 y este cargo por servicio que no deberían estar cobrando a la gente lo que es cargo por servicio consiguió patatas fritas de pescado la hora del almuerzo hoy fue decepcionante el pescado era duro patatas fritas eran duros y ha subido de precio a £ 6 de £ 5 hace 2 semanas gracias por qué estaba vacío nadie pagará £ 6 por basura no volvería a usar este lugar

Totally disgusting ordered a pizza which cost around £10 it had about £20 worth of cheese dumped in the middle making it totally inedible and probably cost the owner a fortune wasting so much food it was seriously enough for 5 pizzas I’m finished with this place no effort anymore

left a note asking for a separate tub of brown sauce! For the delivery driver to bring me 2x red sauce! And refused to leave my door until i paid 80p for the wrong sauce! During him arguing with me RED is BROWN my dog ran out to say hello and he kicked her!!!!!!! My partners on the phone to javits! And the rude lady on the phones saying i’l check the cameras as ur lying!! Im so glad my neighbours just got a ring doorbell installed 😆

Believe it or not this was the first time I’ve ever ordered a takeaway from anywhere, and I’m 76, probably get in the Guinness book f records. Javits I use a lot , but being close by I go to the shop. I was expecting maybe stuff that had been lying in the hot plate, but it came fresh as were the chips, delivery was on screen quite long 45 min to 1 hr. So was shocked literally 10 min later the delivery was made. So excellent 5 star service. I have only 1 complaint the price of a coke is in

Sadly thought I had found a great chippy. Five successful orders that were delicious. This one was awful. Everything was dripping in oil. Pizza was soggy and inedible. Tried calling restaurant to complain but couldn’t get through. I would not have thought it was from the same place as previous orders.

very disappointed in tonight's food. usually the food is hot and we enjoy the food. Not tonight. £42 for 3 fish suppers which we left quite a bit of. First time I've had to leave a bad review.

Meal was nice but not happy about my change meal was £27.64 and gave £29 but only got 40p change

Poor value for money when it comes to portion size. A large doner kebab is anything but large when it comes to the price. The price is as expensive as anyone around but the wafer thin cut doner meat comes as a small portion. While it is tasty enough, overall not good value for money. Stenhouse cross chippie is in my opinion the best value in quality and size. Only my opinion.

Campagnola pizza was absolutely delicious. Would definitely order again.
