Very friendly, good food good service

We stopped here for lunch. There’s the option of restaurant or traditional bar. The food was delicious. We all went with the Callum’s (the barman) recommendation of Steak Ciabatta. Callum was really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We were disappointed in the first room we had, I would say it was a box room with a double bed and toilet although it was very clean, after speaking to reception we upgraded the room and the second room was much much better, spacious lovely view of the loch, the staff were friendly, and helpful. Ordered food to the room which was lovely and very tasty. All in all a very good hotel a little busy during the day but that's to be expected with the boat tours they offer. Just becareful what room you book.

Discovered by chance, and a nice surprise! The service was friendly and professional. The dishes are very good, including a perfect fish and chips because it's not greasy at all (its recipe obviously won a prize). And the prices are very reasonable.

Good city centre location. Didn't eat. Friendly staff. Nothing special here just reasonable. Would recommend visit for a pint if in city centre.

We went in as dogs were allowed mainly. The food was really good for the money and service was good.

First time going back for a meal since new owners took over. Doubt, I will bother going back. Asked for mussels as a starter, completely inedible. The Steak was OK however only around half of the sweet menu was in stock. If you are looking for a European style meal steer clear.

Tan decepcionado - Fui allí esta noche pedí vestido eglefino y patatas fritas como una realización. Cuando llegué a casa y abrí la caja descubrí que era un pescado rebozado que me habían dado - para agregar a la lesión el rebozado no era crujiente estaba empapado y crudo. He oído cosas buenas acerca de este lugar, pero la alfombra había sido arrancada de debajo de mis pies. Se supone que esta es una tienda de fish and chip que suministra un producto premium - ¡no obtuve lo que había pagado! Tan decepcionado.

Disappointing Popped in for a drink just before 7pm on Saturday . Two staff taking an age to make cocktails ( in and out of the back area for glasses). We should have left but stood patiently in the queue for 20 mins. Toilets were also dreadful. Won’t be back.

Este es un gran lugar para una cena. Vine aquí el lunes alrededor de las 18: 00 y estaba ocupado, pero no demasiado ocupado. La comida era deliciosa, tenía un plato de pollo que era muy sabroso. Nuestra factura llegó a poco más de £ 40 para dos personas, lo que era justo valor. El servicio era de primera clase. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo pronto.

Went for dinner on Easter Sunday and the food and service was excellent. There was plenty of space between tables which we all appreciated. Menu was terrific, so it was difficult to make a choice but every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
